Sophia is awesome. I get a men’s cut & wash from her every 3-4 weeks and the results are great. Not only is she talented, but she’s also incredibly friendly and makes the whole experience feel personal and relaxing. Highly recommend! +scheduling is extremely flexible

I've been going to Gloria for years for highlights, cut and style. I highly recommend her!! I have thin blonde hair and she really knows how to work with my hair. She is very professional and really takes her time, paying attention to every detail. And I love that she doesn't pressure me to buy products. I always leave feeling wonderful!

This was an incredible first experience for me. The staff and hair stylist are very helpful, answering all my questions and ensuring I achieve the best hair possible. The customer service is outstanding. This will definitely be my favorite hair salon from now on.

I asked if it was possible to lighten my hair without damage. I asked at least 3 times if it would damage my hair, and each time they replied that there would be NO damage. However, now my hair is falling out more, it’s stretchy, it’s not growing, it’s extremely dry and frizzy, and it is very clearly damaged. I’m not even sure what they did because they didn’t tell me anything before, after, or during the process. This is my worst salon experience ever. Never coming back here. I wish they were honest about the damage so I could’ve avoided it.

Wonderful experience at Mint Hair Gallery. Scheduling appointment over the phone was easy, great customer service from the start. Ladies were kind and welcoming upon arrival. Jacky was thorough, from questions about my hair routine and care, to great recommendations for my haircut due to the condition of my hair (a bit frizzy unhealthy in the ends but healthy on the top). Pricing is fair. I was recommended to add blow-dry to my hair cut (I always do) because of the volume and layering I like, but it's a client's option. Highly recommend Mint Hair Gallery if looking for kind hair stylists that will tell you what your hair needs and not just up selling.

Initially booked my first appointment at Mint hair for my long overdue haircut with an interest in getting korean digital perm next visit. Upon arrival Ms. Gloria kindly asked what style I wanted to achieve and was able to fit me in for haircut & perm! I cannot say one negative thing about my experience. Hairstyle came out better than I imagined. Customer service from everyone at the shop was impeccable, Ms. Gloria’s knowledge and skill was very impressive! Thank you very much ladies!

I’ve been to Mint hair twice and I love this place. Jacky has been my hair stylist and she’s always done a great job and always made sure I’m happy with my hair. She takes her time and puts a lot of effort in cutting and styling my hair. I just brought my friend back for a hair cut, her hair was done by Sophia and we both are very happy with our result. My experience with this salon, especially with Gloria, my hair stylist has been great! She is great and a an excellent hairstylist which takes her time listening to her client ‘s concerns and provides a great service. Have been very happy with Gloria!

Very horrible experience. spend 300$ for three blowdry. All the stylist didnt had knowledge of what they doing. They didnt paid attention to what i wanted. did a flat blowdry , then charged me another 25$ over 65$ blowdry to add curl volume. My hairs look completely dried and frizzy. Please dont trust them on your special day.Im giving them 1/10 for hair knowledge.

My eight-year-old daughter wanted her hair dyed pink before school started. The lovely ladies of the salon did a balayage (bleach)with pink dye. My daughter was thrilled. The women took their time and made sure to do it well and explained aftercare. I would highly recommend them.

Great service today at Mint Hair Gallery! Gloria was my stylist and she took her time to understand what I wanted and was upfront with the pricing, which was very fair. (Current promotion has 10% off any service for new clients). I got a ladies cut and partial highlights. Everyone there is very friendly and eager to make you comfortable. The salon is clean, bright, and cheerfully decorated. I am happy I supported this local small business.

Amazing hair salon! If you need great haircuts for kids/men, Mint Hair is the place. We have been seeing hairstylist Judy for the past couple of months and she has been amazing. We really liked all her stylish haircuts and it keeps getting better the more we see her. I strongly recommend Ms. Judy and Mint Hair.

Mint hair gallery has been my go to place since it's opened. Grace, the owner has been cutting my hair for the past 20 years and she is exceptional at her job! She is great with men's and women's haircuts and her entire staff are all very well trained and all very respectful. I would highly recommend a haircut from here.

They quote me $39 on the phone for Womens hair when I said I have long hair to the shoulder, and charge me $49 in person. Results is very average and won’t return it again.

I went to this salon because my wife suggested. So I went there for a haircut on Wednesday afternoon around6:00pm and I was told to make appointment first. Ironically, they put “Walk-ins welcome” sign at the door. So I made the appointment and went there the next day at3:00pm, when I walk in, the front door lady just called someone who is swiping the floor. It took an hour for her to finish my hair. I not only got an ugly haircut also she cut my neck with trim. However, I still paid $30 plus $10 tips. It was burning so bad for whole night. I was thinking about writing this bad review since yesterday but it’s not easy to run a business so I just called the salon this morning. I need a reasonable explanation. One lady picked up the phone and I told her the whole thing, and she said when I have time to stop by and they’ll help me to put ointment on my neck. I felt hilarious. This is not a way to response a customer. So after a little while, the salon owner called me and she was really honest. I explained running a business is not a simple thing, cause I am also a business owner. 30people works for me. I don’t want to bring any trouble to anyone. My neck will be heal after couple days, I don’t need any ointment just help me to fix the haircut. And the owner agreed happily and she promise to fix my hair. Then, I went to the salon this afternoon again even it’s 20miles away from me. I peacefully explained the hair style I’m looking for and showed the pictures and video to the stylist. I don’t even know if she was listening to me or just go with her own feeling. As a result, I didn’t even want to get a hair wash and run out of the salon. My haircut is a mess. It’s a joke that at the end the stylist said I won’t get charge this time. I will never step into this place again in my life. The reason I’m writing this long review is because I am telling the truth. Won’t come again. I feel so funny about myself that I not only spent 3days back and forth for a haircut and $40 on a MEN’S HAIRCUT also my neck got cut! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I don't need any explanation, I don't need any compensation, I just want to let more people know about this.

Gloria styled my hair for prom and it turned out fantastic!!! She made sure it looked liked the picture I showed her. She even walked me to my car with an umbrella because it was raining. The hairdo made it through the event despite rain and dancing. I would highly recommend her for hair styling.

Having moved to DC around 2 1/2 years ago I was lucky enough to find a great hairdresser in Anna, who is now at the Mint Hair Gallery, 5099 Westfields Blvd, Centreville, VA . Anna is awesome. I have had consistently great results. Not once have I been disappointed. I highly recommend!
