I wish I could rate it higher but I bought four 90min massage Groupons and I’ve never been able to get ahold of anyone to book an appointment to use them. I’ve called, left messages and even tried texting to no avail. I’m so disappointed bc I’m in serious pain and out all that money for nothing.

Edited review: I entered my information correctly when I booked my appointment. It took her over 20 minutes to charge me because the booking system doesn’t work. When someone asks you how a massage is your first instinct is to say "good." But yeah, it wasn't great and when she asked me how I felt I said okay, and then she turned around and started taking sheets off the bed. It was awkward and I left. I didn't storm out and she didn't try to talk to me. If she was rushing to get to another appointment it makes sense that she would be rushing to take the sheets off the bed so i get that. Original:I went in the day before Thanksgiving so maybe Rene was having an off day? The massage was not good- although she did spend a some extra minutes on an area I said was soar. There was a problem with her system entering my gift certificate, and it took 20 minutes for her to figure it out despite the fact that I had entered my credit card info and gift certificate code into her system when I made my appointment. So I only received 44 minutes of the hour long massage I bought. I was there 7 minutes early, which I thought was fine but I guess I would recommend showing up 30 minutes early if you want your full massage? I definitely left feeling sad about it. I tipped ahead of time so I was out that money, too. She left the shop at the same time I did afterwards. The other reviews are great, so I get why ppl will come here but i recommend waiting to tip till the end of your service

After trying 6 different therapists, FINALLY found someone who truly understands the meaning of DEEP TISSUE, and that someone is Rene!!! Rene is definitely positively different than most other massage therapists, because she actually listened to my needs, understood my level of deep tissue needed based upon my muscle density etc., and she was very thorough with the therapy she delivered the ENTIRE 90 minutes!!! If you're tired of the corporate business version of Massage Therapy, give Rene a try....you don't need water falls and exotic waiting areas to brainwash you into thinking you had a great experience, just receive the great experience!!! Thanks so much Rene, you are AMAZING!!!!!

I think Rene does a great job in what she does. I’ve gotten a full body massage and a custom facial with her. Both were amazing. But my custom facial was something I have to brag about, I told her my concern areas and boy did she fix them. My pores/nose looks amazing. Thanks Rene, I’ll be back to see you soon. Rene is a fantastic massage therapist. I need deep tissue massage to manage sports-related muscular problems. I am never disappointed by her techniques. She is always prompt and professional. I purchased her membership package and it is well worth it. Highly recommended.

I had a 90-minute massage with a hot stones add-on. It was FANTASTIC! Rene was so attentive to my needs, and worked wonders on my very tense and knotted-up back and neck. Extremely clean, stylish, and friendly environment. Great communication and customer service. I would absolutely recommend Mint Skin and Body to anyone, and can't wait to go back!
