Did not like my microneedling experience

Just leaving after our VDay promo couples massage and facial, and my husband and I feel relaxed. Overall, I agree with the reviews. This was our first couples massage, and although it was a good intro. one, it definitely was not all that. Pros: hot towels, hot stones, the 2 ladies were nice and hospitable, they honor your groupon, and it was relatively clean Cons: not an actual spa, no robes or slippers, no real drink/treat options (they do offer halloween candies at the end lol), cleanliness, many distractions...one of the ladies stopped a couple times to text and her phone kept buzzing at my feet. It was more rubbing than a massage. They kept walking in and out. The music cut off at one point so my lady had to leave to get her phone charger. None of the rubbing was the same on both sides. Also, my woman kept uncovering my boobs to massage my arms, which I found uncomfortable and has never happened to me before when getting a massage. The facial was OK, but she used a face mask on me, which again, never happened to me before, and she covered my nose soI couldn't breathe well for some time (I uncovered my nose myself). Also, they use paper towels for your face once you turn over, which is smart but a little raggedy to be a spa... It is a house, and they use every space. We were not comfortable with their cleanliness so we did not drink anything from them.

I booked a group on it and made an appointment 2 to 3 weeks in advance. When I showed up they had double booked my appointment and I was unable to go at 30 minutes to an hour later. They only had one time available, which didn’t work for me, and since I don’t live in the city, I’m unable to utilize the Groupon. They are refusing to do a refund.they didn’t have anyone in that spoke English either to help with the original mistake!

JUST HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE!! We scheduled a massage with my boyfriend; when we arrived, a laddie was complaining about the service, that the massager left for 15 minutes and left her with no massage. Well, guess what happened to us when we started? They didn't have the room ready, going in and out all the time, we couldn't relax, and then the girl that was doing my massage NEVER COME BACK, after I while I asked what happened and she said she had an emergency but never let me know just left me there. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I have experienced better service at all my other massage centers. Mint employees applied plenty of oils, but not much pressure or techniques. No robes or slippers provided. The outside building apperance looks abandoned. The hot stones was the highlight of the services.

If i can give 00 stars i would. This place is horrible, not clean at all. You can see mold n the walls inside the cabin where you are supposed to receive your corporal treatment. You don’t see results other than get burn because they use glycerin instead of get to do radio frequency. They promote champagne in some services but you end up getting sparkling water and chocolates, yeah right only the remaining ones from Halloween. Please avoid this place.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from relaxing. I booked a 70-minute session for back pain relief, but the therapist only provided an hour. I arrived at 1:10 PM and was finished by 2:10 PM. From the start, I was surprised to be asked to pay and tip before the session, which is unusual in my experience. During the massage, while the therapist was polite, the session itself felt rushed and rough. She handled the sheets carelessly, making a lot of noise, and the music was unexpected – it was church music (“Hallelujah”), which felt out of place for a spa setting. The massage quality itself was disappointing and didn’t provide the relief I was hoping for. When I tried to speak with someone at the reception after my session, there was no one available. I appreciate the professionalism I experienced over the phone, but I was disappointed by the overall experience and service quality.

Driving up to the place I was not sure what to expect. There are no signs and it looks more like an old house than a business, parking in the back also. However, I would rather come to that and have the experience I did than pay 3 x more to come to a lavish establishment for less service. The massage, facial, back scrub, microderm abrasion was amazing. came with my daughter and we did a couples day spa package. Daisy and Camilla were who took care of us. We do speak Spanish fluently so there was no problem communicating. It was an amazing experience for the price. I am not sure why there are negative reviews but I would definitely come again when I am in Miami.

I bought a Groupon (Day spa package for couples with microdermabrasion) for my mom and I to use on a short girls trip in Miami. We came to the Biscayne location. First let me start off by saying “don’t judge a book by its cover,” the place is a little hidden and hard to find, it looks like an old house on the outside and you have to park around back which kinda seems sketchy and threw me off at first. But I wanted to give it a try anyway and at least see inside before I made my decision. I am SO GLAD I DID!! The inside is immaculate, beautifully lit and decorated, so so clean, cozy and inviting!! We were greeted by Daisy who is the sweetest she took us back right away after filling out the questionnaire. My masseuse was Camila, don’t let her size fool you, she is small but strong! We asked to add hot stones to our massage and she happily obliged she also offered us a back exfoliating scrub which of course was extra, we hesitated at first but decided why not let’s try it, it was AMAZING, it felt so good on my skin I loved it. The microdermabrasion was a little strange feeling to me but afterwards my face felt as smooth as a baby’s butt!! The entire experience was so relaxing and so worth it. I felt like a new woman and my mom said the same! I will definitely be back to see Daisy or Camila!!!

So I saw an email for a special on a 50min facial and massage with hot stones. I booked it and when I arrived (which place was hard to find because it looks like a house and I had to park in the back in muddy backyard), the front desk tried to convince me I was booked at their coral gables location. I had to show proof of messages I was at the right place. They ended up taking my appt, but 10mins later than schedule. The facial was decent (but it’s not a real one— more like a face wash) and the massage which I was really looking Forward to bc it was my bday and I had back pain — it was absolutely terrible! It felt like she was just rubbing lotion on me and at one point while rubbing my left leg, I know for a fact she was texting on her phone and I just couldn’t believe it. She was doing the same up and down rub down on my left leg for no lie— like 3-5 mins while texting. I got so annoyed, I didn’t even tip her bc i paid $100 for a rub down of oil and face wash that I drove 30mins to get on my bday. Oh and then they gave me a cup of water (my deal was suppose to come with champagne and chocolates) and some old Halloween looking mini m&ms. This was a joke…This place was definitely mediocre and disappointing. I so badly wished I would of read the reviews before going.

Unfortunately, my experience at Mint Wellness Spa has been very disappointing. We've spent over thousand dollars on massages, but after our last visit, we've officially decided to look for a different place. We left feeling that our money wasn't spent right due to poor customer service and a complete lack of communication. The staff didn't engage with us at all, and there is never English-speaking staff. The massage is more like lotion application than an actual massage, and the facial was rushed and incomplete, which is considered false advertisement of their package offers. It seemed like the staff just didn't want to be there. Despite our dissatisfaction, we always leave generous tips, especially since we usually go in the evenings and appreciate that the staff works late. However, our experience has made it hard to continue supporting this business. I even tried reaching out through their online contact form, but received no response. It's disappointing to feel that customer experience and loyalty don't matter here. I really wish we had spent our hard-earned money elsewhere.

I went to this place because I found a good deal for it on Groupon, and boy was it a waste of money even on sale. I specifically had the microneedling done. To say I had nothing done would be very precise. The aesthetician, (I can't remember her name but she didn't speak much English), didn't apply any numbing cream which I thought was odd but now I understand why. The needle pricking was SOOOO superficial. I'd had a session elsewhere before and it wasn't the best but it was better than this one and the lady HAD numbed my face. After this place I tried a third one and third time's a charm because she was far superior and even had a better price than Mint Wellness and BotoPlace in North Miami Beach. If you want good microneedling done go to Monica at Mint Esthetics. Although a similar name, there is no association.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service. It went from good to just such a horrible experience for my boyfriends birthday. We never got our massages or money back. Our appointment was rescheduled then cancelled on their end due to the massage therapist having a family emergency. Things happen but you don't just keep the money knowing you COULDN'T provide the service that just wrong! I am still fighting with this rude, horrible and unprofessional establishment to get my money back for massages WE NEVER REICEVED !!! Don't book with this company unless you want to take a chance & get talk to rudely for a massage you never received when asking about your refund that they won't submit! BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

My kids got me a massage for Mother Day I decide to use it a week ago the massage was terrible the facial was horrible after the experience I was ask to pay $22.00 and given an envelope for tip after my kids paid the bill

El peor lugar de trato al cliente... cancelacion a último minuto y sin resolver la situación. Además, cero trato educado de parte del "manager" Andres quien ni resolvio la situación ni acepto su equivocacion. Las chicas que atienden tienen la mejor vibra y excelente sonrisa y actitud, ademas el lugar huele delicioso al entrar, una lastima que no pude comprobar la experiencia sino un mal rato por una equivocacion por parte del local.

Omg! 5 ⭐️ is truly not enough! It was by far the best experience, massage, & facial I have ever had! From the young lady that answers the phone, to the front desk attention, to the therapist everyone INCREDIBLE! 🥂🍾🧖🏻‍♀️ Fabiola was incredible. I am an event & wedding planner and mother of two toddlers and needless to say that I am always busy and never have time for myself. Let alone pamper myself. I also have suffered my whole life from migraines (I’ve had one for a month straight) until today. She completely took out all my knots and my I can’t feel my migraine anymore. You have to book your appointment ASAP! They were the best! Thank you again! ❤️ And thank you for being so patient with me having to move my appointment due to unforeseen situations! Greatly appreciate it! 🙂

They will take time away from your massage appointment if you take long parking, filling out paperwork and using the restroom!!!???????????! Scamming people on gifts they received is crazy.
