I want to give them 5 stars for excellent service and beautiful work. I get my eyebrows done here and they always do a GREAT job! However, be prepared to be accosted and harassed relentlessly by the male to buy hair products or lotions after you get your threading done. He does not take no for an answer. He makes coming here very uncomfortable for me. Today, he wasn’t there and I couldn’t be more relieved! It was awesome to be able to walk in and out without the hard sell or guilt trip after.

I went today for the first time and I’m absolutely amazed at how they left my eyebrows. They did not thin them out whatsoever, in fact they shaped them using ALL of my natural eyebrow hairs in a way that no one had before. I swear I even look different now! Thank you so much!

Made a phone call and asked if they take walk ins; yes. As soon as I arrived staff greeted, was friendly, facility was clean and chair was available. The woman was attentive, provides explanation and quick. She Cleaned up my eyebrows nicely with their threading service. I will come back. I was pleased with their service as a first time customer.

I got my Mom a appointment for her birthday and she came back all upset. She said they had done a horrible job and would never go back. As a son I felt extremely embarrassed to give her a gift she hated. I recommend for this place to get new people who are trained and qualified for the job.
