5 stars for David who helped me in my entire service. Such an amazing nail tech. I asked and he definitely delivered what I asked for. Place is a little on the pricy side but because of David and how much effort and work he put into my nails, I didn’t mind the price due to his services.

0 STARS IF POSSIBLE…….. This nail shop says it’s “Good for kids “ however I brought my kids with me for a service of 3 pedicures and a full set . One of the pedicures was my daughter , the owner of the store told my fiancé that there wasn’t enough staff . Then another person came out stating they wouldn’t be able to do our pedicures at the same time , I stated that was fine we can go one at a time . The same lady states again , “no they can’t do it because we can’t do it at the same time “. I then said once again , “that it was fine we will go one at a time “ The lady response and says “NO we can’t do it my boss doesn’t want the kids running around and breaking things , who’s going to watch them “ and then proceeds to say WE HAVE TOO MANY KIDS . I was then very upset , because my kids are very well behaved . I respond “ Don’t worry about my kids , they’ll be just fine “ . There were 3 boys over the age of 9 and 3 girls . One of which was getting a pedicure . I was furious ! They were worried about the wrong ones knocking stuff over in their store at that point . However we left and went to CHI NAIL SPA ! They were very friendly and kid friendly , my 2 girls sat very patiently while my fiancé , and daughter got their pedicure and I got my set . They did an amazing job on my nails .

I’ve gone to this location a total of three times. The first two were great - Tracy did my nails very well. I did dip powder and she had nice designs that lasted with high quality for 2-3 weeks. I called yesterday to come and see Tracy again. I called ahead - asked about powder, talked to Tracy, and they said they could see me anytime. I said I’d be there in 15 minutes. I got there in ten minutes and they told me Tracy didn’t do powder (I said they did, showed them my nails). They said no, do acrylic (yes I know powder is acrylic but I prefer the dip method). I said no, I’d prefer dip. They handed me off to Huang instead of Tracy after saying she didn’t do dip. Huang did not do dip, just did acrylic. I tried to clarify at least four times and they just didn’t or didn’t want to listen. I was really frustrated. For what it’s worth - Huang did a good job but he had to cover a green dip powder that still shows through. And because he did a fill, there are several nails that are lopsided at the top. The reality is this place is going to churn and burn clients and they will put you where it is most convenient to them at the time you come in (even if you call ahead). It’s an ok manicure if you’re busy in the mall and get the right person by chance, but it’s not somewhere I would prioritize to go again given this experience.

I got a manicure 💅 and I feel like i was being rush. My nails look like a kid painted my nails. The guy that does my nails was so rude. Unsanitary, they reuse tools without between clients without disinfecting them.

They have the worst customer service ever every time I go they swear they busy it only be 2 people in there they be in the back stuffing there face with food worst place ever and they get mad at you when they mess up on your nails.

This place is unsanitary and doesn't really care about their customers. Most salons work quick but to not do a good job on the clients that PAY and yet be mad about not getting tipped is ridiculous. Never coming here again

Used tools on my feet that were not cleaned , you can clearly see stuff in the tools worst part is they came out of the “ sanitary blue bags “ . And the person who checked me out was the rudest person and Insisted a tip before I could’ve even pulled out the cash from my purse . Will never go again

Das Studio ist ganz OK. Spontane Termine. Weiss aber nicht ob dir Instrumente desinfiziert werden... Jedoch wie immer bei den Asiaten eine Abfertigung. Meine Tochter zahlte for dir Maniküre den gleichen Preis wie bei Erwachsenen. Kein Kompromiss oder Rabatt. Ergebnisse waren gut.

Went sign my name told it would be 15 minutes. Wait. 15 minutes went by then I was told it would be another half hour. I was trying to ask the lady a question and she very rude. Basically did not want to be bothered to do her job. I never leave one star reviews however the way I was just treated this deserves a zero review.

We paid together and it was $167 we gave them $180. They only gave us $3 of change back so they tip them self $10 At the end of the day we loved our nails they turn out really pretty not exactly what we had in mind or what we were expecting, but they turned out really good at first I wanted white like in the picture and I made a comment about how it looked a little bit clear in the bottom and then on the top was more white so she told me that was the fact hombre or something like that so I was like OK she told me it was gonna be an extra charge. I was fine with it and then it looked ugly so when they were doing the rhinestones, I comment this to the nail tech And she decided to put glitter on what I was complaining she said because it looked more pretty so I went with it not what I had in mind not what I wanted but I’m not disappointed they look really good. I love them it’s just not what I initially asked and my friend got the one with the bow she is pretty satisfied with the results. She just wanted her nails a little bit shorter but because of the design it had to be that length she loves them. The only thing is that she was hoping since she has seen the reviews and pictures that they could do the flower which they said they couldn’t, but it shows on the pictures like, they can but is not a big of a deal she loves them. We believe that we will be returning to this place. We did like the service we did like our nails. I’ll give it a 8 out of 10.

I don’t know if I can put emphasis enough on how sweet these ladies are. Their nails last me over 3+ weeks and every time I come in they know how to brighten my day. AND do my nails exactly how I want. Usually getting your nails done feels exhausting, but coming to this salon is a refresher.

Do not ignore other poor reviews of this place. It’s awful. $133 services for a $20 experience. My young daughter had been wanting to go here because she had seen it when walking through the mall a few times. I decided to take her for a treat. I could have treated her at the Ritz Carlton for the same price but with much better service. What ever happened to good customer service at the nail salons? They really have the worst attitudes, and this place is no exception. $133 for 2 regular pedicures and a little-girl manicure. Complete rip off. Nothing special about their “deluxe” pedicure AND they charge you $15 extra for a massage chair. What exactly comes with a regular pedicure… a folding chair?? Absolutely ridiculous. Had they charged normal prices, I wouldn’t have cared much. She didn’t cut my cuticles and the gel polish was all bumpy over the uncut cuticles or file/shape my toenails; she just clipped them. It’s just common nail knowledge. They really don’t have what it takes to rip people off for $60 pedicures. Do better at your job if you want to make that kind of money. Also the massage was just a lotion rub (shocking). I’ll say it again… $133 services for a $20 experience. Don’t waste your money!! Go somewhere better or do it yourself, I promise it’ll look better than this.

I recently visited this nail salon with my daughter, hoping for a relaxing experience. While the small kid chairs were a plus for my daughter, my own manicure turned out to be a nightmare. The older man who attended to me was rough, dismissive of my discomfort, and his tools seemed far from properly sanitized. The heavy smell of smoke added to the unpleasant atmosphere. Despite the younger man’s excellent service with my daughter’s pedicure, the basic manicure I received was subpar, leaving my cuticles tender and the overall result far from satisfactory. What’s worse, the pricing was not transparent, and I ended up paying $70 for what I can only describe as the worst manicure of my life. I reluctantly endured the experience for my daughter’s happiness, but I would strongly advise against anyone else going through the same disappointment. This business is not one I would recommend to anyone seeking a quality nail care service.

Never go here! Went in for a gel Mani. She used dirty tools on me and then put them back on her station to use on somebody else. She asked if I wanted a flower, I said no and she did it and charged me anyway. Gel polish was all over my skin burning me in the light. The French lines look atrocious. If only I had a chance to look at them before I was forced to pay for the add-ons I did not ask for.

Sooo, I went in and the first thing is there is terrible and horrific service. My nail lady yelled at me multiple times, and then on my nails she didn’t know how to do a proper star. Really? I’m irritated! If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Don’t come here!

They were very rude. We walked in and they were understaffed but we didn’t mind waiting but they were very pushy and wouldn’t give me the right color. My friend asked for no gel 3 times but they proceeded to give her gel anyway and she still had to pay $42. They did not file our nails good they were all different lengths and uneven. We only went because we had a gift card but then they proceeded to tell us we had no money on our gift card? They finally understood us and listened and saw the back of the card said 25. I don’t recommend for kids to come unless they are under 9 because they only get the kids price 9 and under, shouldn’t it be 12? But I don’t recommend this place unless you must come and let alone we only got plain no designs or anything just solid. They were understaffed but the employees were walking in with handfuls of Starbucks. It was very very unprofessional.

This place is truly the best! I got my nails done for the first time and they have the best service! Don’t listen to all the bad reviews cause this place is highly recommended! Around $77 which isn’t bad at all and kids get $5 off! It is definitely 5 stars⭐️ I had Vincent and he was amazing! I will be going to him again!

Worst experience! To start she removed by current nails by taking a pointed nail file and literally ripping it between my acrylic nail and my nail beds. With this process two of my nails ripped so badly I was bleeding. Then tried to blame it on my nail being too thin. The artwork that was then completed on the new set is so poorly done, it’s embarrassing. I will be going elsewhere to get a fix on these as I wouldn’t even trust them to fix anything.

Worst nails ever, had Acryl all over on my fingers, sloppy. And he charged me 57$, ridiculous. The man didn’t even try to understand what I was asking for and told the hole time how good he knows what I want for nails because he has an excellent knowledge of human nature. I showed a picture of the nails I wanted, but he didn’t even wanted to look on it:-( Will never go there again.

Paid $100 for mine and my daughters (4 year old) gel manicure (ridiculous price) but I felt generous so I said f it. By the next day the polish chipped and or came off when I called they told me no refunds and no getting them redone. Never going there again. Ridiculously overpriced low quality

Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten the dude didn’t know what he was doing at all and took the polish off to redo them like 6 times rubbed my skin raw from using a nail file excessively to the point i was bleeding i had nail polish on my ankle by the time he was “finished “ a file was used on my bare skin on my ankle so now I’m left with a rash and irritation my nails aren’t even the same color and they are clumpy save your money there is even nail polish on the BACK of my ankle
