"I had a disappointing experience at this salon. Unfortunately, the staff was quite rude, which made the visit uncomfortable. It's important for customers to feel welcomed and respected, and this was not the case during our visit. I hope they improve their customer service in the future."

My eyebrows were messed up Three times. Despite informing her the first time, there was no improvement. She had to tint my brows three times, and they ended up looking messy with no shape or proper tint color. The third time, one side was shorter, making them look ridiculously uneven. When I pointed out her mistake the second time, she was not apologetic at all. Instead of offering a refund or showing any remorse, she started taking photos of me. Reading similar experiences below, I strongly advise: DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A REALLY NICE LOOK.

I would rate this lower if I could. Yasmin, is not courteous when you walk in, no hello or anything. This is what I have noticed for years, I started to realize it's mainly to black women (I am black) There's always an underlying sense of hostility. My main issue and why I decided to finally write this review today is with how she has messed up my eyebrows TWICE now, making them ridiculously uneven. I told her last time and still no change, She threaded one eyebrow way shorter which has left them looking ridiculously uneven and my face unbalanced. When I told her of her mistake for the second time, she was not apologetic at all, when obviously she made a huge error. Instead of naturally offering a refund or showing some sense of remorse she shrugged it and said "you should have told me" Why should i have to tell a professional how to cut eyebrows evenly? There's literally.a huge gap between both eyebrows. At this point, it starting to feel deliberate and I feel very uncomfortable about it. Noor and Alvira are great. When you go, I recommend you schedule with them instead to avoid this treatment, especially if you are a black woman (which is most of who come in...) PS: I always tip very well, and am a very calm and polite person, I have had no issues with the others just her.

The atmosphere was very delightful! Raina did my eyebrow thread & wax for me. Very quick and efficient. The work was great & she was very friendly. That was my first time going, and I’ve already scheduled my second appointment! Definitely looking forward to it.

The women are very nice however as an esthetician myself it wasn’t a great experience. I’ve experienced way less painful waxes and also the wax was super hot i thought i was being burned. I suggest they take a wax class or go to school to further their education for waxing. Now i have hair bumps that I’m ready to get rid of and also when i did say something the lady proceeded with little to no solution so i laid there in pain and very hot wax until it was over. Im writing this because they have a nice shop and i want their services to be better.

I love the owner of this shop, I've been following her for 18 years, but the staff thT she currently has has not been the best. Yasmine is very rude and has made me feel uncomfortable.

I never give reviews but this is how annoyed I am. There is only 1 person ever here & the attitudes have become horrible. Not sure if she is being over worked but it’s disgusting.I tried to make an appointment over the phone and recently changed my number. I was told she could not take my appointment because I have a new number… how does that even work? So only “returning customers” can make appointments over the phone? I called another day and asked if it was busy because I know it’s only been 1 person. She says no it’s not and hung up, I get there and she’s doing a full body wax and is the only person working. How is that not busy? It could also be because they know that they are the only threading salon in the area but I’ll never come back here again. I will drive all the way to buckhead before I come here

I try to use as my go to but every time it’s something. From drawing blood to not being able to give me a receipt after hefty tip. I believe in no blood for my money… and I demand a receipt over attitude

I went Saturday to get my eyebrows waxed. It cost $15 which was a little more than I expected to pay but not extreme. It was fine. The service was quick and my brows looked lovely. My issue was that the next day both brows were lined with small bumps as well as in between my brows. I was okay thinking it was minor irritation and no big deal. Monday the bumps were super itchy and not going away. Today is Tuesday and I have been treating them with Curology and trying not to let this become an inflamed, infected mess on my face. FYI I don't have acne. The bumps are popping and healing now but I wonder if the wax was breeding bacteria. I won't return. I didn't inform the establishment because customer service is no longer a thing and I didn't want to argue.

I’ve been going to this establishment since 2020 and they’ve always followed proper health guidelines, even after the pandemic. I went in today and was shocked at how unsanitary it was, and left. One stylist was coughing uncontrollably and then Yasmeen, who usually does my eyebrows, didn’t bother to sanitize her hands before getting ready to thread my brows and she put the thread in her mouth. When I asked her to put the thread around her neck, like she would normally do all the other times I’ve gone to her, stated she couldn’t do it anymore because she didn’t have a “necklace.” I declined service and left. One employee was already sick and coughing, and I’m not going to risk my health to get my brows done. Especially if you’re not making an effort to remain sanitary. I’ll find another establishment to patronize and won’t be back.

The staff on the floor was not very helpful in knowingly what products they had on the floor. The cashier was very helpful I. Fi ding what I needed to know. I think the floor staff needs more training.

This happened a few months ago, but i am inclined to share now. I went in for a brazilian and underarm wax, and and the waxing was so rough that it left me bleeding. The area was red and looked as though I was burned. Not only that, there was so much wax left on my skin. Then the woman who did my wax charged me more than the normal price. Then a couple days later, a bunch of raised bumps showed up all over the entirety of my underarm and the brazilian wax area. They turned into white pustules. Turns out it was a bacterial infection. The infection is gone, but now I’m dealing with scarring. I don’t plan on ever getting waxed again because of this experience.

Worse experience ever!!! I usually go to my normal wax technician but I was out of town so I decided to go give this place a try.. the wax was super hot! I got burn multiple times and I did let her know but she only blew on it for one second n continued. She didn’t pat the area after she was done so the pain n the sting kept piling up, I asked if she had a fan she said no n kept going. There was still wax residue on my kitty and back area. She didn’t even prep she just went right in. I chose the least painful one but it felt the same as the regular one so that was most definitely a waist of money she asked do I wanna leave a tip because of her bad customer service I said No and she caught an attitude with me. Save your money and go else where! It’s not worth it

Went here for the first time last year and fell in love. I love this place I get my kitty waxed, chin waxed and eyebrows threaded. They’re affordable and quick. The place is really clean and close by my house.
