Terrible… walked in and nobody was there. Eventually someone walks out and I should’ve know by her eyebrows, it wasn’t going to be good. I explained I just want my eyebrows cleaned up..nothing more or less. When she finished and gave me the mirror.. immediately said “I DONT LIKE THIS” the end of my eyebrow is completely gone. I only get my eyebrows threaded, and I have plenty of hair but she literally BOTCHED them. Didn’t show any concern or asked why… the photo on the left is what I left with, the photo on the right is what I’m use to getting… BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND ITS LACK OF SKILL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

i did not like this place i went there today to get my eyebrows done. the lady was very rude when i had walked in she was not interested in me at all but i ignored and had asked for an eyebrow tint. when she tinted my brows they were left dark and uneven. they look horrible i asked if she could make them lighter at the top but she added more and they look BOXY! i’m very upset by this place do not recommend will not be back.

very rude. I walked in to be serviced and was not greeted. I walked up to the counter and the lady got up without saying a word to me. people walked in after me but they were greeted. wouldn’t recommend.

Don’t even go there to see s miracle . The miracle may be Totally rip off . If you really want your eyebrows to be good , please don’t waste your money here . Instead rub few drops of Argon oil every single day before going to bed in circular motion . You will see a miracle in a week .

They are unprofessional. I had done my eyebrows with them three times and each time I did not like it and I tried to explain to them but they seemed like they didn’t want to hear. I don’t know what’s wrong but I think they don’t want to work.

Yesterday I was in this place the woman that was there was very rude I asked her to please leave both eyebrows the same and she said that she did not have time to work my eyebrows in detail because the place was very busy and because she was hungry She mentioned that she was there since 10 in the morning. I told her to just clean them. what that woman did I could have done alone at my house. The woman's name is Sonic. I don't know if this is the correct way to spell the name, she is an older lady. Im very Unhappy with services at this place.
