I rushed to this salon to have my nails professionally removed after two of them broke. Instead of doing a proper soak-off, the nail technician used nail tips to forcibly remove my nails. The process was so rough that my natural nails broke, and I was left bleeding. While I have a new set now, my fingers are in pain whenever I touch something, and I’m deeply concerned about how my natural nails will grow back. This experience was horrible, and I will NEVER return. I could have removed my nails more safely on my own.

It was dead when I arrived and all, but the very nice lady who greeted me, looked like my walking in ruined their day. She asked a lady if she wanted to take me and she literally shooed me to someone else. I was sent to a young guy who looked defeated before I finished walking to his station. He was rude and mocked my responses to his questions. Said if I wanted a design I need to show him then proceeded to say he couldn’t do anything I showed him. Do not go here.

I don’t like getting my nails done anymore just bc it takes long and I think they are just rushed to get ppl in and out to make more $$ however due to me having my baby soon decided maybe to treat myself my pedi was fine but my nails oh lordt terrible my husband said go back and make them fix them but I’m just not that person and idk why. i just know i wouldn’t go back and i wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. All the nails on my left hand are literally going left, they were shaped so poorly. My husband played Beyoncé “to the left to the left” i can’t stand him. 😂😂 anyways I recommend more of the small business girlies you find on insta they not only need/want our business but they also CARE about having it. Hope this helps. 😊

The pedicure itself was good. I don't like that they don't wipe down chairs after each client. Also, I picked the 45 dollar pedicure and was charged 60. Shady pricing practices.

Ugly nails, I have had my set for 2 days and it looks like I've had them alot longer. And when I asked for the shop to fix them, only response I received was your nails grow everyday. My nails don't grow that long that fast. Horrible service, they don't care about the job they do

I've been coming to here for awhile and I love it. I have never had a bad nail tech. They always pay a lot of attention to detail and listen to what you ask for and don't get upset. I'm sad I am moving away and have to start a new search in a new town! Today I had Lee Lee and she did great on my overlay and design. But every nail tech here is wonderful

I got my nails done a week ago. I came back to change the color. I noticed my nails were lifting. She was in a hurry. She had another customer waiting for her so she told me to come back next week to fill my nails. I told her that is not good. I can get fungus she said no so I told her stop what you doing she charge me $10 to remove the color And I left the bad service

Is not what it used to be. They rush people out the door and don't give anyone quality service. They are not cheap to rush people out just to get to the next person. Do not recommend

The lady that did my nails sits at the first chair at the right entrance she’s the best. One day she was soooo busy that she sent me to a guy, he did my nails horribly. Didn’t want to fix it. Did the same to my friend who i had just introduced her to that place. I kept going back because I loved that place, specifically when the lady did my nails. Well after that experience, I went back and didn’t want to get attended by the men anymore, so from then on the lady that sits at the first chair on the entrance kept sending me to the men, which now seems on purpose. I haven’t been attended by a woman since I said I didn’t want a guy to do my nails. So now I will never go back there again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and my hunch just proved me right. No more miracle nail spa. Taking my money somewhere else.

Will never use their services again! All the different charges that they don’t tell you about like 5 dollars to remove ur nail polish 15 dollars to put on nail polish plus 50 dollars for pedicure! Awful! Not Happy!
