Do NOT waste your money or time. My husband got a $135 “premier” facial and all they did was a bit of face massage, a machine sort of thing and loads of heavily scented cream. He left with no pore cleaning and his face filthy that took him half an hour to wash clean.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! Every staff member is very attentive, kind, and considerate. The atmosphere is very relaxing with the color scheme, plants, soft music in the background (top 40 not just elevator music/instrumentals ☺️🤣), they had a chocolate jar for customers, and it exudes a very warm feminine energy. It’s all about the details. Hanh, Phoebe, & Stephanie were awesome. They really took care of me during my appointment and are meticulous in their work. This place is a 10/10- highly recommend Miracle Spa 🤩🤩🤩

Updating my rating to 5 stars. Had a religious experience during my shoulder massage (part of my Mani Pedi experience). This is a luxury I will always make room for.

Update: I'm back visiting again, and they are still fantastic 🥹 got my brows done again by Stephanie. She's amazing. I love this place 🤩 Original: Came in here randomly because I was visiting the area and needed to get my brows waxed. They exceeded my expectations. Fantastic job with shaping and cleaning up my brows. I went back the day before I left to have them do a touch up so they could stay perfect after I left. I honestly wish I lived near there just so I could always go get my brows done there 🥲

I've been coming here for about 10 years since I went to college nearby. I've moved out of town, have moved back in town to support this salon but it's not worth it. The quality of the services have gone up and down and currently it's down with no upward swing in sight. I don't live in the area anymore, I actually travel across town to get to Miracle Spa (Excelsior to Outer Richmond) and it's not worth what you get. I went in on 7/12 for a gel mani and pedi and the gel is ALREADY lifting. I'll give them two stars because the facility is very clean. It's not even worth getting a massage with any of your services -- I've had cats rub up against my leg with more enthusiasm and pressure. I had to point out several times that there was still NORMAL (not gel) polish on my hands right as the tech was about to go in and put on the gel -- like you can't even take normal nail polish off?! The communication, the vibe and the overall customer service at Miracle Spa is dismal. Take your money and time elsewhere.

Best mani/pedi ever. Hoa took care of me and allowed me to relax during the process without forcing conversation. The attention to detail is unmatched. She took the time to really care for my nails instead of rushing to get to the next client. Very much recommend going to Hoa for your next nail service.

I drive across the city passing by another 7-10 mani/pedi shops just to get my nails done here. Nice evironment, good service and extraordinary results! Shellack stays consistently good for 2 weeks, often longer.

I have been coming to Miracle Spa for 8 years. Stephanie and the women who work with her are simply the best! The best mani pedi in San Francisco. From the flowers in the water to the hot towels and massage. I would recommend this and rate it a perfect 10

This is the most amazing place! Jenny's manicure's last for weeks. Stephanie just masters the brow waxing.. More importantly, I had a migraine- something I have never suffered from.... went to the chiropractor...went to the doctor.... nothing anything anybody could do to just alleviate just being able to step on my foot..... In desperation, I went for a neck massage with Jenny......I walked out of Miracle Spa, comfortably and being able to be mobile for the first time in weeks...... Yes! "Miracle" spa is right on This sweet family owned business is the best. Honest, totally doting on their clients. Honestly, no reason to go anywhere else. So solid and honest;

all I have to say is head to butt massage chairs and neck massage while you a manicure and foot massage. Also perfect cuticle care and polish application. Definitely a hidden gem in this city.

Very friendly technicians. Stephanie did an amazing job on my acrylics! Their pedicures are a full spa treatment with scrubs and lovely massage. Highly recommend!
