I loveeee how Manuel cut my hair! It is exactly what I wanted and imagined in my head. He was so attentive and extremely nice. I will definitely be coming back. Super excited to have found someone that can do exactly what I ask for.

I had a dry haircut with the owner and very happy with my hair. He took time to make sure it was even and all the dryness was cut. He also taught me how to style it. I highly recommend getting a dry haircut.

I made an appointment with Manuel online and got a notification that it was accepted. The next day I showed up and the salon was closed. I waited outside for about 30 mins, called and texted the numbers I had, but there was no response until the morning after. No apology, just asking if I could reschedule for that day. If it’s a system error, then it should be fixed, however the lack of apology spoke volumes. The first and last time I booked with him over a year ago, Manuel was also over 30 minutes late to the appointment, I just didn’t leave a review. As other reviews state, it is a very unprofessional establishment in this aspect.

If you are looking for major work (highlights or vivid colors) unfortunately this is not the place. My experience was not pleasant. After being in the chair for 6+ hours and being left with awful “highlights” he offered to “re tone” my hair for free and I still decided to never go back. He was also late to the appointment. Very unprofessional.

I had the most AMAZING Blowout Experience! I can’t say enough good things about my last visit to Mirage. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Manny is professional, kind, and incredibly talented. He always listens to what I want and offers me tips for keeping my hair looking great even after my appointment. The hair products he used were absolutely incredible. My hair felt nourished, shiny, and weightless. The products smelled amazing, which was such a bonus! The end result was beyond my expectation! My hair had so much volume and movement, and the style held perfectly for days. The salon itself is always clean, stylish, and has such a relaxing vibe. I feel completely pampered the entire time. First time in Mirage Beauty and found it to be a cozy place. It is very intimate in the way that the experience is individualized and personal as you are not just one more customer but a guest or friend in a home. Manny is kind and passionate about his work. Booking an appointment is easy I would just call maybe to see if they are available instead of showing up on the spot as the app is automatic to book. They accept card and cash, and prices are reasonable. Will continue to come for my maintenance haircut. Very happy with my first impression and experience of the establishment.

The owner Manuel gave me false hope and the worst haircut of my life. I showed him and told him exactly what I wanted and he told me my curly hair was his "specialty". After the damage was done one of his many excuses was that he didn't have a lot of experience with my hair type. WHAT??????? He said he would refund me but an hour after leaving I texted him requesting the refund and he left it on READ. I sent another text and the same thing. I went to his shop the very next day and he said that offer was off the table and he's "glad you came in so I can tell you in person". He was extremely unprofessional and his confidence way surpasses his talent. He said he was going to take off 1inch off and he took off almost 5 INCHES. Even if I wanted it short, the cut is AWFUL. My hair is uneven all over, one side is thicker and longer then the other, and he literally hacked my hair with a razor damaging my ends. I was excited with the tools he was using because I've gotten a haircut before that was great and they used the same tools. Manuel however had no idea what he was doing. I cannot believe this establishment has been around for four years because it looks like a beginner student cut my hair. I'm so upset and he was so unprofessional about the aftermath. I should have known to get up and get out when the customer that was there left unhappy. Please, PLEASE, if you love your hair then don't go to this establishment. I promise you will regret it 😢

I was running short on time and called the salon to see if the could squeeze me in for a blow out for a special event that evening. Manuel was able to get me in right away and did a great job. He saved the day giving me a beautiful blow out that had be feeling confident all night and weekend.

I had a great experience at Mirage. My barber and stylist, Manuel, gave me sound advice for taking care of my hair and getting the hair I want every day. $35 and over an hour between waiting and the treatment, but worth every bit of it. I recommend booking an appointment instead of showing up on the spot, and making that appointment an hour into their daily operations to budget your time.

Had a great experience. It was somewhat of a trim and he recommended other things. My hair gained more volume and feels very soft. Price was $80 for my haircut. Definitely thinking of going back:)
