It was my first time going to Miranda’s and I loved it! Miranda was excellent she took her time and made sure I was happy with my hair. I love how my hair color and highlights came out. She was very easy to talk to and she listened to my wants. I loved that she went through each step with me on what she was doing and gave great advice on what I should do and use on my type of hair! Definitely my new place to go to! Thank you Miranda for everything and thank you for giving me advice on starting my own business you’re awesome!

America is hands-down THE BEST hair stylist I have ever had. I now live clear across the country and when I was just in town to visit friends I made it a point to come and see her the fix the hot mess my hair had become. She’s so amazing she came in on her off day for me and really took her time to make sure everything was right. She’s the only person I trust to be able to sit down in the chair and say “you do what you think would look best” and come out looking fantastic. Heck, this last time I had no idea what I needed or wanted and she totally took care of me. I’ve sent lots of folks to her that still continue to see her today. Thank you so so much! I can’t keep quiet any longer. I came in and asked for a shadow root of my natural color, which was grown out about an inch. A dark/medium blonde. The rest of my hair was platinum and I didn’t want to change it at all. I also asked for a trim, side swept bangs and NO face framing. What I got was charcoal gray hair, blue silver ends, 2 inches off of my hair, the most unflattering face framing I’ve ever seen, choppy “layers”, and a big chunk of hair in the front which wasn’t blended or texturized at all. I messaged America the night of and asked if she could fix it. She said to come in but once I sent pictures of what I wasn’t happy about and inquired if this would require bleach, because I’m pregnant and my scalp is very sensitive, hence the natural color I wanted.. she ignored my messages. The more and more I think about it the more hurt I am because I have wasted money now and not only that, the color she put in my hair is not budging and I am going to have to go through a full blown color correction and pay even more money, right before Christmas!! I don’t trust her to fix my hair because clearly she just goes into autopilot mode and overtones perfectly blonde hair even when her clients don’t ask for it. I want my money back. ** I cried for over three hours the next day because I’ve never hated the way I look before and that’s what this “stylist” did to me. She made me look like I’m 70 years old with gray hair. I guess $55 is more important to her than retaining clientele since she can’t respond to my messages or even pretend to care about her clients.**
