I've come here before and the girls are good at doing my hair no need to use an iron but I had to start washing my hair first before going because my hair is very hard to untangle. I'm spanish I know what they say and they kept insulting my hair calling me Shakira cause she has curly hair and they kept saying ima waste all their conditioner cause my hair was too tangeled, my mom was pissed, but we still went again cause their the only ones who can handle my hair. I was humiliated by everyone it was an awful experience but they are good at hair. They are just incredibly awful at untangling hair. This happened like 7 years ago but still. They gotta learn to be respectful to all types of hair. Went back and again they talk bad about you making you uncomfortable and sad. I felt humiliated they don't realize I know spanish. I'm shy and avoid confrontation. I felt bullied 😔 I will never return there again

I usually go here to get my nails done. Gabby does an amazing job, and always follows appointment time, so the wait is very minimal. Will definitely recommend.

This business is filled with self-hating individuals who promote racism and colorism. My niece is a lovely 12-year-old girl of Afro-Latina descent who is a bit reserved. She had a terrible experience at this salon, facing offensive and discriminatory remarks. The stylist was supposed to provide a wash and set using the shampoo and conditioner we brought, but before she started, she began complaining about not wanting to do it due to her type of hair. Prior to starting the wash, the employees were discussing amongst themselves, clearly reluctant to begin the task, while in front of my niece. After my niece was sent to get her hair done by someone inexperienced, who seemed unhappy to work with her hair type. The worker complained in spanish about not wanting to do the wash and set on her hair. During the hair wash, the worker soaked my niece's face instead of focusing on her hair. Throughout this entire situation, my niece was feeling uneasy and mentioned that everything was getting wet except her hair. The worker raised her voice at her for and directed her to sit back down, and being a shy girl, she complied. However, during the setting of the rollers portion of the "service," the worker continuously complained about my niece's hair type and expressed reluctance to proceed. Causing my niece to feel insecure about her appearance and hair. She urgently texted my sister, who stepped out to get her some food,  to come pick her up because she was no longer comfortable being there. The salon staff was unaware that my niece could speak and understand spanish, so she understood everything they were saying about her. We confronted them, and the only thing they could come up with was "does she speak spanish?"

Service was horrible the lady was rushing nails are crooked someone had an appointment nd because she is about to leave the lady is rushing my nails she very rough nd I won’t ever come back don’t wast ya time nd im not even from Brooklyn nd I don’t like it she didn’t do a design tried to charge me 70.00 not worth it

I do my nails at Mirian Beauty Center for so many years, i love the ambiance, Mirian is an amazing business woman, she treat everyone with so much love and respect. I love doing my nails here because they last me so long, I usually do gel manicure and pedicure, they are very clean, organized and are always on time to receive me for my appointment and that I truly appreciate, because in other salons you have to wait so long! By the way, while you do your nails, they give you great coffee, offer water, and give you an amazing service! ❤️❤️ 100% recommend it.

My Girlfriend was getting her nails done by a young girl in the store and we seen a rat chasing a roach, it was the most disgusting thing i’ve seen in a salon. And the floor was so dirty.

I'm disappointed on how twice the dip powder they used did not last! first time no more than five days second time 2 days. Never asked for any kind of refund but that they remove the powder from my nails. I thought they be nice enough not to charge me for at least that. They did knowing the job they did on my nails was horrible. Will not being going back !

Started coming to this full service salon 3 months ago because I really liked my coworker's nails. Got an appointment with Mirian and have NOT been disappointed! Mirian does amazing work and i REALLY LOVE my nails. So you should definitely book an appointment and enjoy getting your nails, hair and waxing done with them. Plus they make you feel so welcome.

You need appointment to go there. Sometimes you have to wait until they finish previous customer. Decorations are beautiful ! They are no cheap but price is razonable because they do a nice and good job

Estuvo bien, fui a limpiarme las cejas, primera vez en este salón. Me pareció muy bonito el espacio y grande. Quería preguntar por el servicio de peluquería pero cuando vi el cabello de la peluquera me arrepentí. Solo por eso me quite una estrella, creo q la presentación personal en un salón es primordial para atender

I gave a reference to my nails and they looked nothing like what I asked for. Some of the nails are crooked and weren’t placed correctly. Some of my nails are uneven and the sizes don’t match up. They do hair well, but the money is not worth it for the nails.
