These people are HORRIBLE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They’re mean and nasty! They can’t do hair!! My wrap was greasy, don’t waste your money!! AND I saw a ROACH!!

I felt disrespected and disregarded when I voiced my displeasure with the way my hair looked. The stylist got an attitude. I left with my hair wet (my choice) because I didn't want to be charged double??? I paid the charge and left and will not ever go back to get my hair Styled. #supportbkackbusinessNOTthis one

I have been going to this shop for almost 2 yrs. My daughter received a service it was poorly done. I asked for it to be fixed . Nothing basically was done and I was told I would need to pay for another service. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

It’s a one stop shop! Felicia is my favorite, we always have a good time while she’s doin my hair. The hair care products are great as well. And definitely love the items I’ve purchased from the table as gifts for others and myself
