I get my nails done with Denise and she does an amazing job. (There are 2 Denise's, one does hair and one does nails.) Great atmosphere and they are both very friendly and kind. Definitely recommend!

Ich hab mir meine Nägel machen lassen und bin sehr glücklich mit dem Ergebnis. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, wenn ich wieder in Las Vegas bin! Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und die Preise sind auch sehr fair:)

There are two Denise's here. I love them both, but the 2nd Denise who did my nails is amazing. She does customer service how it should be handled. She is also amazing with conversation too! She will definitely be my new nail tech gal! I highly recommend here for hair and nails.

I have been a customer for 1 year and a half at Mirror Mirror Salon, however, I will never go back. I booked an appointment for a back wax last Friday. From Friday thru Monday I received 3 texts confirming my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 11 am this morning (March 2). At 10 am today I received a text cancelling my appointment due to no technician being available. I should add that technicians name was Carolyn Townsend. I contacted Mirror Mirror Salon and explained the above. The receptionist informed me that I did not have a scheduled appointment. I found this comical as I received 3 texts confirming the appointment. The receptionist then said I would receive a phone call later today when the technician comes into work, however, after 3 hours I never received a call. I them called back and spoke with Chelsea. I explained the situation to Chelsea who told me that someone would call me today. I never recieved a call back. During these trying times I would think businesses would like to accomodate their clientele, apparently Mirror, Mirror Salon is not interesting in keeping clients. I will never return, very unprofessional.

I was in the hospital(ICU) and my hair was severely matted. Denise was so very patient trying to get the knots out. She did an excellent job saving my hair! Now it looks just like the picture I showed her. My fIrst time there and I'm so happy! I will definitely be back.

Denise did a poor job on my root touch up on two occasions, called me at home accusing me of eating her candy (appalling and untrue) and locked and left the salon when I was seven minutes late. I would like to say in my own defense, I live 1.3 miles away from the salon, My hair color is a professional hair color, and is expensive and very difficult to find and buy. I NEVER went into the employee refrigerator. I brought my own drinks with me at least 95% of the time. Those few times I forgot, I asked for water. I like my water room temperature, and not cold. I did not realize I was "fired" as a client from the salon. When I walked back home, I called and left a message to cancel all my future appointments. I would also like to say, I did return to the salon after the disappointing results of my root touch up on two occasions. I returned because i hoped to work this out by having my Professional hair color measured out, instead of "eyeballing" it. It definitely made a difference in the appearance of my hair. I have brought this same hair color to the Wynn Salon, had my hair colored by Paul, with no problem. I just returned from Rio de Janeiro. I bring this same brand and color to my hairstylist there, and I have never had a problem.

Denise is wonderful and going to her salon is always a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I know few people who can remember small details about your life and seem to genuinely care like Denise does. She always does a wonderful job on my hair and is always willing to try some new idea i come up with. She keeps up with the latest hairstyle trends, products and methods. Many of her clients have been with her for over ten years, including me. You will be treated as a friend rather than a client. I Would definitely recommend Mirror Mirror Salon!

I had a last minute wedding and just managed to catch Denise before she closed. (I hope I got the right name). And she was able to pull off the hairstyle and the nails with such ease that I actually had 30 minutes to spare to get ready! Very awesome pricing, and loved talking to her, it was very much like talking to an old friend. Unfortunately, I'm from out of town, but this is a place I would reccomend in a heartbeat!

This salon is top notch with very reasonable prices! I highly recommend this place and have been going since it opened. Denise has always done a great job doing my hair and nails as well as my daughters. I love that she does exactly as I ask and always takes such great care of me! I won't go anywhere else.
