Booked a couples massage here which I would not recommend. The massage was not even in the salon but you had to exit the salon and go to an apartment upstairs which was questionable. Then the massage therapists were not very professional, wearing everyday clothes. The massage itself was horrible. At times he used his elbow on my spine. The experience was more painful than anything.

I booked a 60 min massage on class pass for Friday evening at 530. The appointment was confirmed on class pass and I showed up and waited 30+ min for the only employee there (a hairstylist) to tell me that I am not in their system for an appointment. While I understand it isn’t HER fault she tried to tell me that since I didn’t book through the salon there was no record of my appointment booking. So I paid for parking and didn’t end up getting a massage at all. It sounds like to me there is a problem between ClassPass and the salon regarding bookings but regardless my appointment was confirmed and set. If they can’t figure it out that way then maybe they shouldn’t be using a third party vendor to book through anymore.

Stacy is amazing. Very entertaining and gave me a truly intuitive assessment of my character, an idea I hat I should teach yoga, and a wonderful highlight and cut! I found my new stylist.

Came here for my birthday. The service was great the I felt relax during my massage. My facial was amazing and my feet and hands were polish in a pretty pink color. I even accidentally messed it up and the lady who services me fix it. Thank you

I purchased a Groupon for my wife as a Christmas gift, which included a massage, facial, and mani-pedi. We scheduled an appointment with no issues and arrived on time. I dropped her off, hoping she would enjoy a relaxing "spa day"—something she truly deserves. After about three hours, I picked her up, expecting to find her refreshed and happy. Unfortunately, she was disappointed with the overall experience. While the massage and facial were just average, the mani-pedi was especially underwhelming. She wanted her nails and toes painted the same color, but for some reason, they couldn’t accommodate that. They assured her the colors would match once they dried—but they didn’t. To make matters worse, she requested a no-chip polish, yet two of her nails chipped the very next day. This experience fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend this place.

Booked a service for my significant other. She was treated very horribly. Wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all. The manager there has no compassion at all. Rude and very belittling towards you.

Completely rude people there! Worst customer service ever. Don’t recommend it at all. Door was locked and before 9am and was told why I couldn’t walk in. And clearly couldn’t come in with a lock door. As I get in there the girl who took me to the room, just open the door and then closed it without saying anything. It was my birthday and instead of having a relaxed day it was a horrible experience. Don’t go here. They didn’t even bother being nice about it after. Worst place ever. They scammed me on how long my facial was. I don’t understand how people can run a business and be like this. Speaking the the owner there, she’s completely rude. She talks to you as if your dumb and refuse to give me a refund. Stating that it wouldn’t be up to her. I don’t even know how this place has a 3 star. All she said is that she fired the lady and what else did she wanted me to do and that she didn’t raise her to be the way she was. If that doesn’t tell you the type of person the manager owner is then I hope this review finds that answer.

Francis did such an amazing job with my 60 minute Swedish massage. She was gentle yet gave attention to all of the tense spots. The customer service was amazing and I loved the touch of tea tree oil.

I booked a 60 minute massage through Groupon. At almost 11 PM the night before (I was asleep) I got a scammy-looking text saying they need to move my appointment by 1.25 hours later. Improper punctuation and all. Fine, happens to all of us and it’s the holidays. I show up a few minutes before my new appointment time and nobody is there at the front desk area to check me in or tell me what to do, so I just sit down. A few minutes later, the girl who will do my massage says to come back with her. Cool! Back behind some curtains are some private rooms which was a nice separation from the salon area. I could see some wet marks on the floor of my massage room, but it didn’t bother me that much. I get undressed and the service starts shortly after. It doesn’t take long before I notice this girl obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing. The only thing she’s doing for the first half of the massage is running her hands down my back, with no rhyme, reason, or consistency to her pressure. I guess she was sweet enough to ask if the pressure was good… And she randomly pauses over and over, like she’s on her phone or something. Kind of like my boyfriend giving me a “massage” while watching TV. Arms, legs, and forehead portions were great! But somewhere in there, she went back to my back and did that repetitive thing of stroking down my back with her thumb and middle finger— I learned to hate whatever stroke that is through this experience. I wanted to clench my scapula to get her to stop doing that over and over. Overall poor experience and massage, stars for certain portions of the massage and location of Mirror Mirror.

I would first like to say the woman whom scheduled my appointment was nice. However, when I got there it was freezing like there was no heat on and its the winter time. Was definitely happy the bed for facial was heated. Nevertheless, I have tried contacting this place because I developed pink eye after getting a facial and my jaw was burned due to the heat and stuff used! However, after the facial they didnt show what they used etc which I feel will be more professional to let client know what products was used. I have messaged the contacting number and no response and I know they got the message because its an iphone and it says delivered. However, I went to another place to get a facial and the services was amazing. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. If I can give 0 stars I would

In a cute neighborhood, but when I arrived people looked at me as if I was in the wrong place. I was not greeted so I mentioned I came for a massage and I was directed to another area of the salon. Stopped by to get a mens haircut. Stylist asked if I had appointment. I did not but she said I could come back 2hours later and get my haircut. Went back wanted an extra 15 minutes asked if the person was there to cut my hair. There was no one in the salon except myself and the lady at desk. She said she has not heard back. I said I could not wait any longer. She said okay. No I am sorry or can I reschedule. I won't be going back there.

Got a groupon here as a wedding gift and apparently it was expired by 3 days... we were waiting to use it after our wedding. They wanted to charge $90 additional to book my couples/massage and facial. The lady who answered the phone on 12-02 was insanely rude and should not be answering calls. She had a very rude/mad demeanor the entire call and clearly did not want to help me. I am going to get a refund from Groupon and honestly am not mad because they have insanely terrible reviews. Do better or no one will come to your establishment.... wow still shocked by the terrible service and I never even went in. UPDATE: They mark the groupon used if you don't show by their ridiculous expiration! Now I have to contact support but you best believe I will get my money back. HOW UNETHICAL OF YOUR BUSINESS! Have been heard of any business redeeming a code that was never used! AKA GETTING PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER DONE!!

I had a massage appointment on a Sunday at 3. I booked through groupon. I got confused when I showed up and the door said closed Sundays and the place was dark and locked. I called the number and she said the that the therapist would be there at 3 and unlock the door. Ok, so I waited until 3:10. No one had showed up. I called the number again and she said the therapist was on the bus and would be there in 15 minutes. I waited until 3:35 and no one showed up. What a waste of my Sunday. Now I have to battle groupon to get my money back. They marked the groupon as used.

I had a fantastic experience from the moment I walked in. Tanya greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. I wasn’t sure exactly what color I wanted, just that I wanted something warm, and the color she created was perfect—a beautiful warm brown with subtle highlights. I’m particular about my haircuts, and she was incredibly attentive, always checking with me to ensure I was happy with the length before cutting. I highly recommend her and will definitely be returning!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! THIS LADY USES GROUPON TO SCAM PEOPLE!!!! I booked an appointment and no one showed up. When I called they said they cancelled my appointment because they couldn’t find my voucher in the system. Turns out they just marked my voucher as redeemed a week earlier. so they just took the money and cancelled the appointment. But no one ever informed me of this so I showed up for nothing. Ridiculous and unprofessional. And now shes telling groupon that im the one who cancelled … what a joke
