Ashley is the BEST hairdresser and human. I am walking out of the salon with the best haircut i’ve had in 15 years. her studio is so comfortable and relaxing - cannot say enough great things!!!

Ashley gave me the pink hair of my dreams, and made the experience so relaxing. She's always stocked with snacks and drinks! The hot towel part of the shampoo was one of the best parts!

Ashley is invested and truly wants to give you the hair cut and/or style you desire. She asks several questions, making me feel heard and understood. She also brings fun energy and provides beverages, snacks, and even has a TV for shows or movies for the longer appointments. I really enjoyed my time with her and will be returning! Highly recommend!

I get so excited when I know an appointment I have is coming up for my hair. She dyes my hair different every single time and just has fun with the colors. When I say that we literally make up things to inspire the colors I am serious. Canna Lillys, sunsets etc... It's always a pleasure to go and spend time here. My advice for a new customer here is to have good movie taste and really enjoy the time with Ashley because she's already going to 10/10 your head but you have to be willing to have fun and not obsess over the process.

I adore Ashley at Mirror Mirror! She is so personable and professional. Her salon is such a comfortable environment and really enjoyable. My last cut I got to watch Twilight while she worked away and I got snacks and a Diet Coke, what a dream! I have very thick hair and she lighten my hair while keeping the style perfect. My hair always feels so healthy after seeing her. If you are looking for a hair stylist in CLT I highly encourage making an appointment!

I absolutely LOVED my visit with Ashley. I came in with an idea and my preferences as I am very particular with my hair and let me just say she did not disappoint! Both her professionalism and eye for styling was an added benefit. Ashley also provided me for some tips and tricks to use when styling on my own. Aside from the hair styling, she is absolutely hilarious and keeps great conversation. Overall I am so excited about my new style and the experience I had. I can't wait for my next appointment and would recommend Ashley to anyone.

Ashley cares about and gives great customer service. She has done amazing things with my hair!! A true professional. So personable and fun to chat with. So much to offer!! Her studio-very clean and sanitary place to go, even before Covid. Increased sanitation practices all the same. Highly recommend!

Ashley is absolutely magical! I get so excited when my appointments are coming up because she always goes above and beyond not only to make me feel safe (COVID-19 procedures) but also welcome in her space and as if we have been friends for life! I always leave her studio in awe of my hair and let me tell you we have gone all the way from full ashy blonde to a chocolaty brunette and she takes care of my hair every time! She never pushes products on me or makes me feel pressured to do anything I don’t want to regarding my hair. I absolute 100% recommend Ashley! Not even to mention we are always laughing and having a good time I wish my appointments were longer haha!

This was the best hair salon experience I ever had. I was anxious about going to a new stylist, but she instantly made me feel welcomed and comfortable! She really takes the time to get to know you and your style, and made the entire experience so much fun! I was also so happy with how my hair looked in the end, she truly cares about making the customer happy! I instantly recommended her to a friend of mine after my appointment!

Ashley is an amazing stylist, and I love how she really takes the time to get to know you and what you’re looking for in a cut. She is just so personable too, and what really makes me feel so at home there is how she really does remember what is going on with you from visit to visit. I can’t wait until this pandemic subsides and I can get back in to get my hair back on point!

I found Ashley several years ago when recommended to me by a good friend. We hit it off right away! Not only did my hair look great at the end, we had great conversation. I've throughly enjoyed getting to know Ashley and look forward to the day covid goes away and I can get my overdue hair done again at Mirror Mirror Salon!!!

I've been going to Ashley for almost two years now and can't see myself going anywhere else! Not only is her work amazing (I'm blonde and she's done everything from beautiful highlights to balayage and I've always left feeling great!) but she's personable and professional. I love my "escape days" going to see her and spend time in her relaxing salon! 10/10 would recommend! :)

I just moved to Charlotte and desperately needed a hair cut. I found Ashley through an online recommendation, and I'm so thankful. Her hair studio is great. Its private and you can listen or watch whatever you please during your visit. She sits down with you and does a true consultation before even touching your hair. You can tell she is passionate about what she does - and so knowledgeable too. She not only knows how to cut and style, but why certain products should be used or avoided. I'm so thrilled with my haircut. I'll be going back soon for a color treatment. And will be rebooking with her for her to continue cutting my hair. I'm so thrilled I found my new hair guru in Charlotte on my first try. She's brilliant! (and hilarious!)
