Simple, non descript haircutting salon. Folks are friendly and service is very good and much, much cheaper than the big chains. Been a patron for about 20 years.

I have been going there for years. I've been pleased with the haircuts and service. I ALWAYS leave a $10 tip! Today I was told someone had an appointment...so I couldn't get my hair cut. There were 2 people cutting hair...they both had appointments? I doubt it. I was not told when I would be able to get my hair cut. Not warm at all...I've been one of their best customers for years! Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Best haircut I’ve gotten in a while (long hair). She checked in a bunch of times to make sure I was happy. She took off a ton of weight like I asked and gave me a new style. Lots of compliments so far!

I called ahead and asked if they take walk-ins. I was told that I could come in half an hour. I showed up was greeted the only thing is I ended up waiting another half an hour due to the fact they thought I was with a different family. Plus I didn't speak up and let them know I was there for a haircut. After all that I showed him what I wanted and he did and amazing job. Touching back with me making sure I'm happy through the process. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get a cut plus the price was definitely with it. I will be coming back to them

I was looking all over downtown San Jose the other day for hair salons they were all closed then I want to masaki I was there the other year I am glad they are still there they do a great job I got a trim was only $15 very reasonable

Nice and friendly service..Chi cuts my hair for over 27 yrs.. he's in this service this long, he must doing something right ! Came back from out-of-state and visited him, talk about faithfulness . Peace !!!

Provide extended parking permit for perm. No price list displayed. Asked about man hair cut, was told $15. Not sure if this is standard charge.

I go here regularly for haircut and each time they get my haircut right. They are cash only and charge 13$ per haircut. They hear you clearly and get your feedback consistently.

They always do a good job. I have been going here since 4 years. Never had a bad haircut. Just show them a reference picture of the kind of hairstyle you want. The lady especially is very good at cutting spiky hairstyle.
