I don't know my stylists name because she never even introduced herself. But whatever her name is, she clearly does not belong working in a high priced salon. She does not know the different between balayage and the end styling of my hair looks like a third grader did it. Worst $580!!!!! That I've ever spent in my life.

I LOVED this spa with all my heart! I got a hidryfacial and I couldn’t believe how good it was, with aroma therapy and deep massage, my skin was glowing! Also got a body massage and I almost couldn’t get up so relaxed I got. Staff is amazing, the place is amazing. They have shows in the steamer… After that I got in love with spas, I went to the one at Bellagio and it couldn’t compare AT ALL.

Good quality and super convenient salon. You can get a drink and get nails hair or makeup done! Came for a last minute manicure before a work convention. Didn’t have to leave my hotel and they were quick too!

Let my wife get her nails done nothing thinking much of it but when I arrive to pay it’s $375 USD when there is other places that charge $45-$60 I asked if they have any packages but they don’t and charge separately for massage every single add on they can possibly squeeze out of you. Worth it if you don’t want to walk far from the hotel but not worth the price The swap meet here in Las Vegas is the same quality

Was my first time in Vegas, got an iconic medium oval Vegas Red full set. Absolutely the best set I’ve ever gotten! They were flawless! AND it lasted for weeks! 🥰 I wish I remembered my Tech’s name, she was incredible and so sweet! (You were limping because you had tripped over your dog 😅, you know who you are. Thank you! I love you!)

This was the worse experience I ever had. I am doing nails for 12 years so far and I always wanted to go and just relax (girls would understand). So I celebrated my birthday in Hilton hotel. My boyfriend made reservation for me, because he knew that I didn't have time to do mu toes. I was so surprised that finally this happened and I've got an appt and money for a pedicure as a surprise. All was good at the beginning, I've got a glass of mimosa and we started a pedicure. I've got a pretty bad gel which I asked to file, because it looked terrible. I showed the girl how to paint my toes so the color is solid, without any stains.. then I tried to relax without any critic. So wrong.. Those pictures 2nd day having my pedicure. Gel is almost on every toe skin, some of them already coming off. I needed to file nails because they were sharp, the girl just left them not filed and with a clear gel over the length. I filed them and then did a pictures and realized that I won't have it and took it all of. 2nd day, 235 dollars for nothing. Don't do pedicure at this place if you want to save your money and nerves.

Went in as walk in for standard manicure, no gel. They did not have prices posted and I didn’t ask. When it was time to pay they charged $85. Now I see $65 online. It was basically just a polish change. She thought I was from out of town because she said, “enjoy your visit” but I live here and lots of people ask me about local services. 2 stars because the nail tech did the polish well at least.

Not worth the price. Went in for a blowout (~$95). I was charged $25 extra (without notification) because she used a curling iron. I didn’t want my hair curled… I simply asked for a loose wave/curl look when she asked me how I wanted to look. With the service fee, I was charged $144 for something that took less than 30 mins and I looked like a school girl with the tight curls she put in. The whole experience lacked the glam aura they claim to have.

Good service, but lack of transparency on costs is a big red flag and makes this a 1 star situation. My service should have cost $235 (hair & makeup)plus tip per the menu. I decided to buy the lip gloss. At the end it was $313. They do not disclose the 20% service charge up front and this isn’t considered a tip. And the receipt I received was not itemized either. This is not the transparency I expect from a beauty service provider. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. The price I paid is way overpriced for the services, which took about an hour and 15 mins. It wasn’t my wedding hair and makeup, ffs. Just avoid.

Another one of my go-to spots as a local. They always get me right, whether it's hair, nails, or makeup! I love pampering myself at Miss Behave. I also would love to mention the atmosphere and the attention to detail. The bar is the middle is to die for!! So girly and elegant, absolutely love it.

I was staying at Resorts World fLas and really needed to get my nails done since I did not have time to get them done before I left town. Concierge recommended the salon and I’m so happy I found it. I got a full set of gel-x nails, and the lady was so talent. she told me she also did Britney Spears’s nails and Carrie Underwood‘s nails when they were staying at the hotel. the service was amazing and it lasted for over three weeks after I got home. I got so many compliments. Can’t wait to go back when I’m in Las Vegas.

Paid 102$ for men’s high fade haircut. Never can imagine paying 100+ for a simple fade. Also missed obvious hair on my back of neck I used a razor and did it myself. And also took over an hour. Do not recommend

Scam. I booked a single process and a bang trim. Should have been $125 total. My stylist colored from the roots halfway down and started to tie my hair up and I asked her about the ends, she told me that I booked a single process which is only roots... I told her that that's what a root touch-up is, single process is all-over color and a double process is when the hair is bleached first before applying color– someone with a cosmetology license should know this... she told me that a double process was coloring the whole head. I reluctantly agreed to get a "double process" because I wasn't going to be walking around with two-toned hair since I asked for the shade to be a bit different than what my original faded color was. She washes my hair and asks me if I would like a hair treatment and I say no thank you, she gives me a deep conditioning treatment without mentioning it would be extra. She trims my bangs and begins blowing my hair out, again not mentioning it would be extra. I've also never experienced getting my hair colored and a blow out not being included. I go to the desk to pay and my $125 service read $420 on the screen. I questioned the charges and she mentions that the double process was $195, bang trim $30, hair treatment $30, blow out $125 (don't know where the other $40 came from), I mentioned I said no to a hair treatment, and I was never informed a blow out would be extra. The woman at the front desk tried to guilt me into paying stating that my hair is long and that the stylist could have taken another client instead of doing my hair (the salon was empty when I got there and it was empty when I was leaving), I stated that I should've been informed beforehand that things would be extra so I could make an informed decision, I was told that I should've asked if they were going to be extra or not. After a long back and forth I paid $195 for the "double process" and $30 for the bang trim and a mysterious extra $51, I asked for a receipt and did not realize until I left that it was not itemized as I wanted to get as far away from there as possible. STAY AWAY.

My gel manicure (only) was over $150. When they started to chip after a week, it was worse than any other gel manicure I had in a long time. I'm a month out from when I got them done, with no color polish left, and the clear base coat is still stuck unevenly all over my nails! No amount of acetone can get it off. Super bummed. Nail tech was sweet, they looked nice at the time of application, but this damage is too much. Happy birthday to me.

Had a pedi with Sierra while celebrating our anniversary and it was by far the best pedi I had. Typically when I get them back home it’s a little cheaper however they don’t even massage the legs or actually allow you to have your feet in the water long. Nope she was worth all of it and helped in keeping me relaxed. Also the Sangria drink is so bomb! 🤌🏾

THE ULTIMATE SCAM! I’d like to preface by saying that my hair stylist, Maria, who told me that she just comes to cover busy days at this salon was absolutely amazing! Everything else about this salon is dishonest and that should be extremely concerning to all future customers. I wish I had read all these reviews before booking 2 different services, however, I’d like to warn others. The girls upfront, Ani V. and another blond one who does make-up, are unprofessional and on 2 different days I’ve witnessed them ignoring us standing in front of them and speaking to clients on the phone for 5-7 minutes while you awkwardly wait to be acknowledged. Also made us wait for 20+ minutes with appointments with no apologies. We booked my friend’s manicure (full set) service and were advised of $135 fee. My friend ended up paying $240 without getting any extras. I didn’t realize why the price discrepancy occurred until the next day when we came in for our blowouts and my $95 blowout service ended up being $114… I asked for an explanation and Ani V. told me that “it’s a 20% service charge”. I double checked that this service charge would go to Maria and she said yes and that I just needed to press 20%. After I did that my total went up to $136.80 which I declined. I again verified with the same front desk associate that my subtotal was supposed to be $95 plus 20% tip for the stylist. I explained to her that I pressed 20% as advised and it increased the total to the amount I had not approved. Her response was: “I don’t know what you pressed”… A few minutes later I witnessed Ani V. fraudulently overcharge a non-local lady who spoke poor English and told her when the client questioned the price difference that her $95 blowout is now $175 due to “holiday pricing”. Ani V. swiftly figured out that I’m standing there observing her insulting behavior and asked me to wait for my party “away from the front desk”… Majority of these women are not from United States and speak their language in front of customers knowing that not many would understand. They should be ashamed of themselves by treating clients like this. STAY AWAY!!!

Was charged $211 for a long hair blow out, on my confirmation emails it shows my total should have been $125. As soon I was done I gave my stylist a cash tip. When I went to check out, (I had one cocktail) she told me the total was $211, and did not give me an itemized receipt breaking down charges. She said the total was reflective to a service fee charge for convenience of them being inside the hotel. Even if my cocktail was $25 this would be a $61 service charge. This is completely unethical and not stated anywhere online or in person on the menu. I am beyond disappointed, never one to complain but this is flat out unacceptable.

Worst overpriced pedicure ever. They looked better with a three week old pedicure in them before they got their hands and clippers ans nail files on my feet. Just don't. Kind of like everything at resort world. Tacky. Not done well. Overpriced and under-good. Just. Don't.
