I came in today for a wash and retwist they did an amazing job. I received so many compliments. I will be coming back I found a permanent shop. I felt so welcomed and everyone was nice and down to earth. I had some great conversations and I gained some knowledge which is always a plus. Thank you again

I use to get my hair done here by bri, she did a ok job I stopped coming because I cut my locs down and the hair I left with her in case I needed repair, my hair went missing she said she would make me some extension since no one knew what happened to my hair, needlessly nothing was done or replaced

Been goin to this place 3yrs and my last 3 experiences have been trash! Once a great place, good environment etc! NOW can't keep a appointment time, overbooking and RUDE! Today my appointment was changed and still had to wait 2hrs b4 I finally decided to leave and NEVER come back! I will not put my money in anyone's pocket that doesn't appreciate my time as they want theirs!

Booked a basic retwist appointment a month ago. Pretty sure the woman retwisting my locs did *not* know what she was doing. She used heavy products, she kept reshaping my parts. Now that the retwist isn't as fresh, I'm starting to notice severe buildup. This was never an issue for me and is now something I'm gonna have to spend time and money fixing. My brother went a month before I did and had a great experience, so just be aware that the stylists' skill levels vary greatly.

I luv it there....the owner (Ofei) & staff are very personable, fun & friendly. They are experienced and do good quality work!!! They took down my previous locs and re-started them the correct way. I'm now 7 months in. I absolutely love the mint shampoo they use!!! Jared is my loctician....he is a beast with the locs 😍

Erica came to me because I am homebound. She was was professional, very pleasant and on time. I am claiming Erica as my loctician. FYI she is a licensed beautician. I would definitely refer her to others. I gave 5 stars but she deserves 10‼️I love my hair‼️ Thanks Erica‼️

Jared was on point he got me in last min and I really appreciated it, all I needed was a style. My cousin recommended him and I’m happy he did. Jared was fast and very professional, he made sure I liked the style and he listened to me and that’s most important. I’ll definitely be back he just gain a new client.

Place is ALWAYS CLEAN! The owner has unparallele customers service. He has a love for locs that I've never seen. Don't look any further cuz this cozy place is where you need to be. The redesign makes this place girl.

The atmosphere is nice here. The lady who do my hair is name LaLa. Her work is great and I love it. She s also very sweet and kind. The owner of the shop is cool too. So if you want your locs done, I would recommend this place.

After speaking with "Ofei" he asked me to send pictures of my hair and stated he needed to do a consultation because he needed to feel my hair. After sending the pictures I NEVER heard from him again. I'm not sure if it is the texture of my hair or because it's short but it was VERY unprofessional to tell someone,... TWICE that he would contact them and then doesn't and I've spoken with him on both occasions. He'll NEVER have to worry about me contacting him again.

I have been bring my daughter here for retwist of her locs. Jared is great at what he do. He educated me on how to continue care til she visit him again and he gave her color for the first time and she loved it very much thank you jared.... I want to give Moe the barber a 0 star. She literally put a bald spot in the front of my son's hair.. he has long curly hair 4b.. and her attitude was terrible. Towards my son father. Will not be going back to her.. don't
