My name its Luz Marquez, I was born in Ciudad Juarez, Chih. I have been married to Raul Marquez for 31 years. I am a proud mother of three wonderful daughters and a beautiful granddaughter. I immigrated to the United States in 1984 and graduated high school in San Diego, CA. I moved to El Paso in 1991 to pursue a career in the fitness industry. After 13 years in the fitness fields I changed gears to the beauty industry specifically skin therapy. I was frustrated with my skin (Adult Acne) and needed to find a solution. Cynthia is the absolute best. From haircuts, color, color correction, blowouts, and extensions.... shes the only one who can touch my hair. 10000% recommend 👌

Diana Cordero at Mix salon is truly a rare and precious hair stylist!! We are INCREDIBLY blessed to have her in El Paso. She is always super stylish, kind, has ingenuity, and truly cares about giving you the best haircut of your life every time. I have gotten my hair done with her 4 times and each time is the best!!! Adrian is the best 👌 My hair was so damaged and needed to be styled, Adrian did a fabulous job. I love how he takes his career seriously. He is so gentle and precise with hair

I love my haircut. My stylist did an awesome job. The only negative thing is that it is difficult to get an appointment or keep an appointment. The stylist seems to be very busy.

Terrible service from the nail technician, We went on a school trip she was so rude and unwelcoming. She was also racist and the place was dirty. It’s better to just go somewhere else tbh.

I give this place a 5 start rating! My hair was definitely a piece of work but Mikel made it happen! The place was clean and everyone was friendly! Definitely plan on going back! :)

The facial and Esthetician made me my skin break out worse than I've seen in years. I am still recovering from it. Spending more money on fixing it now. I would not recommend getting a facial, go to registered RN or Plastic Surgeons office instead. Did not ask about my skin type and just put all kind of stuff on me, without even knowing my allergies or skin type. So unprofessional

ZERO STARS! I got a facial with one new and young--"Esthetician". It was so expensive and she did not know what she was doing. I broke out so bad, and I am still breaking out. I have keep medications and serums to fix the damage she caused. I know go to Biometrix clinic spa or Azul Med Spa, NEVER AGAIN MIX! You are supposed to help my skin, not mess it up! I wouldn't recommend this place if you want a clear complexion.

I had called and they specified was going to be $50 but they ended up charging 125 very very bad service they didn't cut professionally. I ended up going somewhere else to fix the bad cutting of my hair very dissapointed

My husband tried to gift me a Brazilian Blowout while they were running a special on them. They told him it would be $150. I have EXTREMELY thick hair and was told I would need double the amount of chemical/product. So my total came out to $486. I asked what happened and the MANAGER explained to me they had to charge me double because I had thick hair and that the stylist spent 4 hours on my hair. I asked if they charged by the hour and the manager responded “no but it took a lot of work and most people who come to this salon do not ask about prices” I think my jaw hit the floor!!! I was nothing but polite and courteous and to be told that was shocking!!! HORRIBLE that they allow this person to run this business. Seriously do not recommend this place. ZERO STARS. I have now been told that no matter how thick your hair is, there is only one amount of product that can be used soI got scammed.
