Amazing service! So relaxing and perfect. They even made sure to wrap my feet so I don’t ruin my pedi on my way out due to me being in a rush. I highly recommend!

First time getting a facial treatment here and it was a great experience! My skin looks more radiant and even looking. When you’re a working professional and got a lot going on, it’s good to treat yourself! Important tip: they only accept cash tips.

I tried this place out once, but I don't think I'll be coming back for their services. The staff is nice, and the design has a pretty modern vibe. I went for a gel pedicure and a regular manicure. The pedicure was okay, nothing special. But the manicure didn't turn out well. The nail polish started chipping really fast, and the next day, one of my fingers got all swollen and painful with pus in it. It took like 3-4 weeks to heal up. I really wanted to like this place, but based on my experience, I can't say I do.

Mizu Spa is my neighborhood go-to for facials, manicures, and pedicures. The facilities are immaculate. After several years as a loyal customer, it’s clear the staff is very attentive and consistent with health/safety concerns. Nancy and team run a tight ship. The stations are quiet and relaxing. I haven’t tried all of their offerings, but ask for a facial by Roya. She’s very thorough and incredibly kind.

Been going weekly or biweekly for several years. Always a positive experience. Great massages, great facials and Manicures and waxing for leg and brow. I have gotten most of the services and recommend them for all of them. I love going here it’s relaxing and clean and friendly 🥳

Beware of discriminating practices. I tried to get an appointment for a facial in Oct ‘23 and was told that I didn’t show up quite a lot for appointments back in 2018. I don’t remember not showing up because I made sure to call Mizu spa in advance to reschedule appointments if I could not make it. Front desk told me one of the times I was late (!) Anyway, since it all happened 5 years ago, I don’t quite remember it well. I believe they are denying me service due to discriminatory practices. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I have lived close to this spa for 4 years and finally gave them a try. I regret waiting so long! I've been for waxing twice, a facial once and a gel mani pedi once. Every service was excellent. Probably the best facial I've had in years, Roya going to see me monthly now. She was thorough and gentle, my skin looks fabulous right now, smooth and glowy. I have sebaceous filaments so needed extractions, and don't know what products she used but my skin is very happy. Both waxers worked really quickly and did a great job - and they did my mani pedi as a team. I like very natural nails, but with gel polish so the mani lasts longer on my very thin nails. Their work was perfect. Oh - and I had a deep and very painful little claw wound from one of my kittens right under my pinky nail, so I couldn't soak that one, and they were able to dissolve the gel with a brush-on solution, and somehow trim and file and polish that finger without causing any pain at all. They were so careful. Most of the staff have been there since they opened, 17 years ago!! I've never heard of a spa keeping their staff that long. They really have a good thing going!

Unfortunately, we decided not to become clients at this spa as the brash, "whatever"attitude from Natalie was a complete turn-off. We were looking for a spa experience that was calming and thoughtful. Not to be found with an individual like her.

This is my go to for nails in San Francisco. I have been 10+ times and my nails always look great and the staff is professional. Atmosphere-wise, the salon is very relaxing as there's a no talking on cell phone policy and they give you a warm bag for your neck at the start of your service. I haven't used other services here other than nails.

Visiting from out of town and popped in for a quick manicure. Great service and my manicure experience was good. They did a great job. If I’m in town again, I’ll definitely stop in.

I've had several scheduling issues with the receptionists at this spa - I call and schedule at a certain time and when I get there it turns out they scheduled me at a different time so I have to wait (from 1:45 pm to 2:30 pm, I live near by so I left and when I returned it turns out they said 2:45 pm - really?), they are not accommodating and pretty rude. If they were able to keep their schedule together I might have given them 2 stars, the services are okay but not worth the hassle of dealing with their customer service.

This spa has the worst customer service ever. The woman who called me back about my appointment request rushed me off the phone and hung up before I could ask any additional questions. Also, their website clearly states under Spa Parties: “Due to our limited size, we are no longer able to accommodate spa parties of 4 of more.” I wanted to book an appointment for a party of 3. How are you not able to accommodate a party of 3??? Save your money and go elsewhere. Who builds a salon this small anyway.
