I asked for almond french tip full set and I got this horrible looking nails. On top of that it took the girl 3 hrs to do nails. Please don’t waste your time and money.

They didn’t even know how to do a French pedicure smh, will not be returning and do not recommend. Top it off the nail lady makes fun of my 9yr old daughter cuz her legs are hairy. 🤬

I didn’t like their customer service at all the nails I got were bumpy and wanted to charge me for gel even though I brought in my own product Will create anything up just to charge you extra for nails that aren’t even done professionally. I recommend not going there and finding somewhere else it’s not worth your money!

Kudos to those who got good service and great results. Unfortunately for me it didn't go as planned. Please be aware that a full set like mine is 55 and up +gell polish addition $20. I got a pedicure, a short full set, and my daughter's 5-year-old pedi. And I paid a total of $175. I'm new to the neighborhood, and I was so excited to try this place. I normally pay about $100 and a little over for all 3. My nails were $75, my pedi $50 and my daughter's pedi $50. On top of that, I walked in asking for a gel manicure. The lady said no, that I should get short nails better. I hate when they don't do what you ask for. This was my 1st time here and my last one as well! My nails lifted at a week and a half. I tried a different location, and as she was removing my gel, I had built moisture in the middle of my nails, she had to clip most of the nail off to get to it and remove it on 3 nails. It looked like fungus. They were so thick and bulky , just horrible. I was so happy and excited to get those ugly nails off. I found an amazing place dwn the street and took care of me and did what I asked not what she wanted (my pink nails) in this place I got a fill $38, pedi for $44 plus my daughter's pedi $20 for $106. This is way reasonable than $175..... Lady's and gentlemen, I'm warning you!

Emily did my nails and she was super quick and efficient! She was really kind and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. My nails came out really nice. I like this place a lot, it's cute and everyone seems really nice.

I asked for a gel dip manicure. No gel, no cuticle grooming, no hot towel wrap, no lotion massage. Lady kept going in the back to eat and forgetting items for the service. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Take your money elsewhere. After nails were dry the hostess put oil on my cuticles. Smh. $50 dollars down the drain.

I found this place a few months ago. I thought my daughter granddaughter great-granddaughter and I found the right place for us. Turns out it's not. Today we went there I had three appointments. I normally like to go to Ruth because she's very good. But today they messed up my granddaughter's 9:00 appointment, mine was 45 mins late and daughters 4:30 appointment was changed to 4 without telling us. She arrived at 430 and was told she had to wait a long time . I was shopping next door at sprouts when she called. I left my basket and went straight there 2 minutes. I asked for my 80 dollar gift certificate to be refunded immediately.. she tried to say no, but the look on my face said otherwise. I explained we would never come back. What's really sad is Ruth just sat there not saying anything to protect the 430 appt I spoke with her about at 1030. this owner cares nothing about the customer. (Jenny) very rude. By the way there was 2 customers telling us they had been waiting for over 45 mins. Went to another salon. Shane on them ..

No one greets you and technician didn’t even give me her name-I had to ask. Seems like they are only interested in getting your money and move on to next client. Based on other reviews I will go back asking for Emily. Everyone deserves a second chance.

Pedicure was great, but the gel mani I got was so quick and lazy they are already peeling off both me and my daughter. Keep in mind they are $30 not cheap at all. Giving 3 stars because the pedicure was well done.

This place called us to ask if we were coming 5 mins before our appointment time. I said yes we were 3 minutes away. They decided to take walk-ins over our appointments. It took them 35 mins to get to me and 45 mins to get to mom. And then they rambled off excuse after excuse to us. Utterly ridiculous!! Never going back again!!!

This was one of the worst nail experiences ever. For the past 3 years I've been getting press on and swore off nails salons, today I thought I would give it a shot again. My mom asked for a medium size and the man doing her nails charged her $70 for a large size because he said he showed her the nails and she didn't tell him to make them shorter, how was my mom supposed to know that wasn't the medium size she asked for? Ridiculous. I wanted my nails to be longer than my mom's and they ended up looking like little shark teeth, significantly shorter than my mom's and still was charged the same $70. It honestly feels like they like scamming people and charge everyone for large. Their wait times are inaccurate, it didn't happen to me but I saw it happen to everyone who came in and so many people left because they made appointments and weren't taken on time and they had other commitments afterwords. My nail also broke the day after. Now I remember why I need to stick with press ons. For under $40 I could get rhinestones and complex designs meanwhile I was charged $70 for just the powder, not even color nailpolish.

Worst salon ever!!! Had appointments for me and my daughter but did not get to me until 40 minutes later. Had to leave to get home to babysitter. Very over priced. Would not recommend.

I really like this place, they do a good job, they are clean and since I've moved to the area I've only been going to them. But I'm getting tired of waiting for about an hr after my appt is suppose to be and just sitting in the chair as the water gets cold. This is like the 3rd time in a row they had me waiting like that. If ur running behind I understand and get it just let me know and I can go eat or shop next door and text me when ur about ready to take me. Just don't have me sitting there for an hr with cold wrinkly feet.

Please don’t take appointments if the wait time will be longer than 10 mins 😭 Had an 11am mani/pedi appointment, and by 11:30am my mom and I were still waiting, and no one was keeping us updated. I had to request to soak my feet for my pedi while we waited. When I asked how much longer the wait would be, they said 10-15 mins (would have been a total wait time of 45 mins). We waited so long already, we ended up leaving. I was disappointed in the lack of punctuality and communication.

Vy!!!! I came in for a pedi and she was so pleasant and nice, really great energy. Her massage was amazing and she did an outstanding job on my feet that really needed TLC. Her design was so cute aswell. She definitely gained a loyal customer 👏 🙌 👌 💓

Went there when another local salon hadn’t served me after a half hour after my appointment time at opening. Went here and I was seen without an appointment after 5 minutes. Tina did a wonderful mani/pedi and I will definitely be back. Already made an appointment.
