Worst deep tissue massage ever. Pain without any purpose or pleasure. The masseuse elbowed all along the spine and ribs instead of the actual tissue. The next day, my spine still feels like it was punched repeatedly. She would also elbow and then drop my limbs. Best part was when she did my legs because she couldn’t elbow the bone. The masseuse started late and finished early, but I wasn’t complaining because I couldn’t relax and wanted the experience to end. My girlfriend had a similar experience and didn’t enjoy her massage either. I won’t comment on any of the other experiences that MK offers but the space was pretty and clean, the prices seemed fair. Also, at least 4-5 reviews seem to be the same and from the same person.

I had an amazing experience at here yesterday. I was a little late for my appointment, but had a good communication and with the front desk. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. The section was done with great care and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments! Highly recommend!

One of the best massage places in Brooklyn, maybe the entire city. I had an amazing experience here and honestly the masseur was amazing and understood my needs very well. The store owner was super friendly as well, and I would definitely recommend friends and family to come here. I would personally come back myself.

Expecting a 35% tip at a MINIMUM is unheard of. Giving a one star because they were unhappy with my 18% tip. I think it’s sad when places of business lose customers over a few dollars. My biggest regret is not saying, “oh you’re not happy with 18%? Then let me take that back”. How disrespectful to DEMAND a certain amount. The workers should demand their employer for more money. Not the customer. You want more money ? Then raise your price and give them the tip from that. I won’t be returning. Shame.

I and my friend visited MK studio through the reference and asked Koko to try it, hoping for a relaxing massage experience. We were in the same room unfortunately, the massage was much harder than we preferred, despite my requests for a lighter touch. Additionally, they talked throughout the session, which made it hard for me to relax. I suggest the salon could check in with clients about their comfort levels more frequently and perhaps encourage therapists to limit conversation during the massage. While the salon was clean and well-organized, these changes could make a big difference in the overall client experience. Better to be a professional in order to get the mandatory tips!!!
