Estaba en busca de un cambio completo de mi estilo de cabello, pensé que era buena opción por sus estrellas en la página. Pero termine pagando $600 dls y no hicieron el trabajo que yo pedí . Hicieron los estilos que ellos trabajan , los cortes que solo ellas saben . Yo pedí capas en mi cabello para dar forma , y solamente cortaron degrafilado . Pienso que por $600 dls .tenia que salir muy satisfecha de ese lugar. Y para variar mi pésima experiencia en ese salón . Al lavar mi cabello me mojaron toda la espalda . Pero si quieres hacer una cita tienes que dejar forma de pago porque si les cancelas te cobrarán por cancelar . Yo estuve temprano ahí , y me pasaron 20 minutos después de la hora. Aparte ellas agarran de 2 clientas ala vez . Siento que no tengo nada bueno para recomendarte este lugar

Kerrin started cutting my hair earlier this year and it’s been such a great experience every time! Whether it’s a clean-up or full haircut, she not only does a fantastic job, but she’s hilarious and always has fun(ny) stories to tell! Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a fun experience here and get exactly the hairstyle you are looking for!

After finding Rebecca’s page on IG, I immediately made an appointment! Extensions have been a game changer for me! I’ve been unhappy with my extensions for the last 4 months and I was looking for an extension specialist. Rebecca did an amazing job with my weft extensions! She took the time to talk to me about my hair and to understand my hair texture, hair concerns, etc. She identified the reason why I’m unhappy within a few minutes and fixed it! I’m thrilled to have a new hairstylist who is an expert on extensions and is committed to keeping my hair healthy while not giving up extensions. I love the location of the salon. It was fairly easy to find parking and the neighborhood is lovely to walk through.

I had another wonderful hair experience with Rebecca! She accommodated me despite her packed schedule. I went in for a root touch-up and she offered to refresh my ends too. And the best part about getting pampered by Rebecca are the amazing conversations. She’s knowledgeable on various subjects and friendly to talk to. And offcourse she understands my brunette Indian hair well. I am a regular at the salon and thoroughly enjoy my hair experience with Rebecca every time!

Lily is the best colorist and cutter in the city, hands down. She walks you through everything and also gets people's vibes, styles, preferences. With color she AMAZING! Always keeping the hair health at heart, Lily always knows.She is a true blue master of hair!

I have never done any hair coloring (highlights, balayage, etc.) on my hair and have been wanting to do it for awhile, but just never had the courage to! After doing some research and seeing the great reviews here, I decided to book an appointment with Wendy. Wendy was fantastic. I showed her reference photos, and she helped me go with a full balayage (over partial, which I had originally selected) as that would give me the look I wanted. I also asked her for advice on layers and we decided to go with long layers in the back and framing in the front. She was kind and wonderful throughout the entire process - it was genuinely a very therapeutic experience, and I really had a great time. The final look was EXACTLY what I wanted, and I was so happy!! Wendy - thank YOU so much for the experience & amazing hair. I will definitely be back in the future, and look forward to it!

Loved my experience! I got my roots bleached and toned, Lily did an excellent job and she for sure knows how to work with blondes. Will go back next time :)

Moving to a new city can be hard. It means relearning everything, including finding a new hairstylist. I moved to San Francisco last year and quickly found an all-new favorite dry cleaners, pharmacy, grocery store, etc. Now, after trying a few places, I finally found my favorite place to get my haircut, by Lily, at ML Hair Studio on Union St. near Octavia. I have been a few times, and the experience is consistently excellent! Always professional. I have been getting compliments on my hair for the first time in many years, I could not be happier!!

In social media speak this place is truly my “Roman empire”. Kerrin did my hair for a few years while I was living in the city, when I moved to the east coast I cried thinking of losing this place. I’ve lived in SF my entire life, and discovered this place towards the end of my time there. Kerrin never once messed up my hair color or cut, the price was always excellent for the quality, and I always left feeling good about myself. I have very dark hair that resists chemical alterations, and she always managed to get my hair light. I can’t find anything like ML hair salon in New Jersey.

Lily did an incredible job with my blonde hair! It had been 6 months since my last cut/color and my hair was in need of some help. I am a former natural blonde turned dark blonde / light brown. I aim to keep up the facade that my hair is still the natural, light blonde color it was in childhood and that's exactly what Lily gave me. She took her time to carefully foil small sections of hair and helped me pick the perfect toner combination to give me the exact shade of blonde I was looking for. She also cut my fine, straight hair into very subtle, face-framing layers, just as I requested. The salon itself offered a wonderful upbeat, yet soothing environment that made the nearly 4-hour process fly by.

ML hair studio is the absolute best! Kerrin is honestly one of the best stylist in the city. Immediately I felt comfortable in an environment where professionalism was met with the cadence and grace that is very hard to find these days. Since my former barber retired a few months back, I felt lost, it’s difficult to find someone who actually understands the look I’ve always been going for, or always had. Not too short, not shabby, I explained to her what I always had, she analyzed my situation, and gave me the best haircut in years. I’m definitely going back, it’s hard too find someone who actually cares, I found that with Kerrin. She’s amazing, if she’s not too busy, I recommend Rebecca or Lily, they get it.
