so disappointed with my experience here. Just two days after getting my nails done, three of them popped off! On top of the bad technique, they wanted to charge me to fix them and claimed they were “booked” when I tried to reschedule because of work...such a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’ve been going here since April, and this is the only place where my gel has lasted longer than two weeks. The ladies are so careful with their work and your nails, even when removing the polish. The manicures may be pricey, but it’s been worth it and has helped me curve my nail-biting habit! My nails have never felt this strong!

Not coming again. After two satisfactory manicures, I expected a similar level of quality, but what I received was unacceptable. The technician assigned to me clearly lacked the necessary skills. My cuticles were left chipped and uneven, and the polish started chipping the very next day. I spent nearly two hours in the salon for just a regular 1 color gel polish with no design, yet the results were far from what I requested. Despite my efforts to communicate my expectations with pictures, the language barrier made it impossible to convey what I needed. When I raised my concerns with the manager, she was dismissive. Her suggestion that I return the next day to fix my nails, risking further damage in the process, showed a complete lack of compassion and concern for customer satisfaction. It felt as though her only priority was making money, not ensuring a positive client experience. I chose this salon based on trust, and I am incredibly frustrated with the service I received. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to this place.

Excellent place to get a gel manicure. Nail technicians are artists here! And prices are well priced/affordable, considering how much it costs to get a gel manicure in the city.

I came across M&M Studio when I was scrolling through Instagram and saw the lashes on their customers were beautiful and done so well, that I decided to book an appointment for myself to get Anime Lash extensions 100~120. It was my very first time getting lash extensions, so needless to say, I didn't know what and how to choose. But my lash technician, Ayaka, who is a big sweetheart, kindly explained everything to me and helped me pick something that would match and look nice on me. She made sure I was okay with the choices (e.g. type of style, curl, and length) before starting the process. Ayaka was very gentle throughout the entire process, so I was able to rest and relax peacefully. When she was done, I didn't feel any pain or stinging in my eyes. And needless to say, the results were very cute and done nicely! I am so glad to have Ayaka as my lash technician! The nail artists at this salon are good, but the attitude of the receptionist is so bad that it makes me depressed when I go there. I like this salon because I trust the skills of the nail artist here. Hopefully the receptionist's attitude will be educated soon.

This place is sooo good! My friend took me here for my birthday. I noticed the technician was very careful and meticulous when prepping my nails and doing the art. She looked very carefully at my nails and took her time. I tried another salon closer to my apartment after that but the attentiveness and quality wasn’t as good so I came back to M&M and was not disappointed! Again received great care and attention to detail and I feel that the gel they use is much better quality.

Nail cracked 10 days after they were done and that’s because soft gel was used instead of hard gel which is what I asked for. They are nice and the shop is clean but expensive for poor work.

I really wanted to be a loyal customer here but 2 out of the 3 times my gel nails with hard coat started to chip within 24 hours and got worse after then. I appreciate that they can fix the nails within a week but that’s not feasible for my time having to go back after every nail appointment. Hopefully they can take this review and figure out why that’s happening and make necessary changes.

They do consistently flawless work. Every brushstroke is intentional. I've had Sasa and Moyo and both ladies are fantastic. My only gripe is that for the price, the front desk hospitality could be a little better. One of the front desk receptionists has a bit of an attitude. She makes you feel dumb for asking reasonable questions, scoffs at certain comments, and is generally not very nice. Looking at other reviews, I see this has happened to others as well. It’s a shame because they really do fantastic work.

Had my first “Japanese “ manicure (hard gel) first time 2 weeks ago , after 4 years of “ Russian manicure “. Very disappointed, as color came off;((( paid $90 +tips. I now need to go and do manicure again, as nail is weak and will break fast without gel. Didn’t have such problem in the past:( wasn’t planning to spend $105 every 2 weeks…. But, Salon is clean, ladies are polite ( funny I add it, as you would expect both for the money:) , but trying to be objective)

Amazing! I have never gotten nail art or extensions - they executed perfectly on my inspiration images for wedding nails, combining the aspects I liked from each design. 10/10 would go again!

Best nail salon in town! The place is clean, nice staffs. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I got my nails done with Yuka san, she’s the best and knew what I needed. Love her works!

I’ve been coming here for a while and as other reviewers mentioned, witnessed not that great customer service on a couple occasions, like today. I have to say that the quality of the work done was quite good, that’s why I was coming back again and again, and the reason for 3 stars. But today was my last visit, because I’m fed up with they way they treat customers here, I’m the one who is usually 10-15 min late, I have to admit that, however that’s not the reason for the receptionist to teach me punctuality. The previous time for example, I was on time and my technician was late. Today I was 14 min late for my refill gel appointment, and they refused me service because I had 2 broken nails and they wouldn’t have time to fix it. So I broke them last night, and it seems you have to let salon know, anyway. They have short slots, minimum time for the work done. So the situation was handled poorly today with my appointment, I’m a repeat client and they don’t care anyway.

M&M is an amazing, no fuss, relatively affordable nail and lash studio with really kind lash techs! Previously wasn’t huge on lashes and always felt unsatisfied whenever leaving a lash studio, but M&M changed the game for me. It’s the first spot I’ve returned to several times in a regular time frame. The lash techs are super helpful in helping determine what type of lash map you may want, and they’re quick too. Miku does an amazing job too. Highly recommend!

Truly, all the employees are polite, kind, creative, and make me excited to show off my nails and for my next appointment. I love how I always come in with a blurry close up screen shot of one nail I saw three years ago and I’ve scribbled notes and color swatches on it and Bliss just goes “ok” and makes it 93x better than I could have ever imagined.
