After my therapeutic stretch session, I felt a significant release of tension throughout my body, particularly in my shoulders and lower back, leaving me with a noticeable improvement in my range of motion and a sense of deep relaxation, almost like a calming massage, that made it easier to move and even improved my sleep that night; while some stretches were slightly uncomfortable, the practitioner was attentive and ensured I felt safe throughout the session, making it a very positive experience overall!

I had a wonderful experience working with Sylvester. He did his initial assessment asked questions to get a better understanding of what I needed and he walked me through the process I left there feeling way better than when I came in. I definitely would recommend his services.

Great experience at MMB Therapeutic! Terry was incredibly professional and thorough, taking the time to explain everything he was doing during the session. He also asked thoughtful questions to assess my specific needs, ensuring the session was tailored to my concerns. Before my session, I was in pain even with simple movements like getting up and down from chairs or the floor. After just one session with Terry, I felt a significant amount of relief, with much less pain, and I was able to move freely and even play with my 5-year-old again! Terry offers a wide variety of massage services, and his expertise truly shows. The services are very reasonably priced, and I highly recommend MMB Therapeutic to anyone in need of pain relief or relaxation.

Just had my first session with Sylvester! I left his office feeling very relaxed, very flexible, very mindful, very Demure 😊. He gave instructions and made sure I was okay through the session. I will be definitely booking another session.

I have been getting massages since my accident in 2011. I have always been searching for someone who can also do a good stretch. My prayers have been answered!!!! Not only was I able to have more flexibility after just one session I felt AMAZING!!! He was the definition of professional, knowledgeable, caring, and focused on healing. I am now scheduled for a regular stretch and a massage every month and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend for anyone with chronic pain or who absolutely needs someone who can help them stretch and actually knows what they’re doing.

Sylvester was amazing with my daughter. He is very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly and thoroughly. My daughter is a softball pitcher and has been experiencing awful hip and lower back pain. We have been doing physical therapy for months and chiropractor visits regularly with little results. Immediately after her massage and intense stretching session with Sylvester, my daughter noticed a huge difference in the discomfort she had, and a couple hours later was excited to say she currently had no pain at all! We will continue seeing Sylvester to make sure our daughter maintains a healthy body to play her sports and prevent any future injuries. I highly recommend anyone, especially athletes, to schedule with MMB Therapeutics! You won't regret it!

Although I have had just two sessions, I was immediately aware Terry is adept at reading the needs of your body with combined massage and stretching for ultimate relaxation. He also teaches stretching and strengthening techniques for you to perform at home. I look forward to making visit with MMB a regular part of my self care routine.

Sylvester is professional and does wonders with his hands! Gives a great massage everytime!!! Every time I go in, I never want it to end. The whole experience is peaceful, comforting, and just what I need sometimes to reset!!

Terry knows what he is doing and knows the human body well, so if you’re having issues he looks for the problem and works on it. He’s more than happy to discuss what he’s doing along the way. My 12 yo was having potential scholiosis issues and he helped stretch her out and showed her stretches to do at home to help prevent pain.
