I just came in today and got a French tip fill. The first time I came they charged me $55 for a new French tip set. Today for the fill, they charged me $55 for a refill?

Never again. These people are so disrespectful for your time. I have called twice in advance to make appointments yet I get there at my appointment time and wind up sitting for longer than 20 minutes. If you’re not able to do my nails then say so when I call. But don’t waste my time having me drive there rushing after I get off of work and then just sit there and wait.

I dropped my teenaged daughter off for a gel polish manicure. When I left, she was with a nice woman, but after that she was transferred to a man, and it was apparently his first day on the job. The state of her nails when she came out was tragic. Such a sloppy ridiculous job. The shape of her nails was random and lopsided. You could see right through the polish to her nails. We'll never be back, and it's a shame because we live nearby, and I was hoping this could be our spot for manicures.

Was told to come at 2. Showed up at 2. Waited for a while. When it was finally time for my nails to be done, the stylist did a very poor job. The nails all looked uneven, and there were still bits of nail and cuticle hanging off of my fingers. The paint job wasn't done well, and you can see the nail under the polish. So now all my nails are uneven, and I think I could have done a better job on the paint, and I'm not even a professional for gods sake. the stylist was completely silent, which was also incredibly awkward, especially when all the other stylists were chatty with their clients. Stylist did have a very cool Harry potter cap.

Honestly, I’m really disappointed. I was super excited to get these nails, and not only did the nail tech refuse to do the original design I wanted, but she also did them at uneven lengths and ruined my cuticles as well. A lot of plastic debris was left on my hands, too. I just was wishing a better experience. On another note, the staff were very nice to me. :]

Came out very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment specifically at a time, because I had an important event. I walked in and let them know that i came in for an appointment, i came in 10 minutes earlier because i know how it can get busy sometimes. Walked in and there was a couple of people sitting down already. I waited and it was 10 minutes after my appointment and still wasn’t seated, 20 pass, 30 and saw how others got seated before i did. I walked up and asked how much longer and they said 20 minutes, i decided to wait and waited 15 more minutes but i was gonna get to my event late so i decided to just leave.

Felt like a revolving door nail salon. Get you in and out asap rather than providing a good service. My pedicure was mediocre, do not get me started on my polish. Lets just say my 8 yr old niece can do better. Employees were nice. The front door is filthy. Will not return.

I’m would give them a 5 if they were more organized and cleaner. Sometimes even if you make appointment they had come back in a hour. They need appointment book to keep track. My nails are always done beautifully. They can copy any picture I bring in.

Usually do a great job but they can rush when they are busy. Can always get you in but I recommend calling because they can get very busy amd I've seen walk-ins wait for up to an hour when all of the chairs are full.
