I like them a lot!!! I had never done IPL treatments before. Polly and Erica helped me prep and all the appointments were comfortable. They followed up each time, answered any questions, and made sure I was happy with the results. For massages, Amy is wonderful. She always asks you where you need extra work or what's hurting. She takes great care of you, and you always leave feeling refreshed and and the stress is gone.

I wish I would’ve gotten laser hair removal years ago. Such a time saver, and no more razor burn/bumps! Polly is the absolute best! She makes the whole experience painless, and I look forward to catching up with her in my maintenance laser sessions. If you’re thinking about laser hair removal — this is your place! I’ve had a massage and facial at Mod as well, both were great too.

I’ve been visiting MOD skin and body for over two years for facials, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Erika always does an amazing job, and my skin feels incredible after each visit. The experience is always so relaxing, and I genuinely look forward to my monthly appointments as part of my membership. I also had laser hair removal done here with great results. The staff is super friendly and always accommodating. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch skincare and excellent service!

I have been going to Mod for several years now for regular monthly facials and laser hair removal. I have been extremely pleased with all of my services and can’t recommend them enough. I Especially have been happy with my Aesthetician Erika who always does a top-notch job and is so friendly and warm! I just recently had micro needling done and I’ve been pleased with the results so far and am excited to see the final results!

I love MOD! Everyone is so friendly, the rooms are clean and relaxing, and every visit leaves my skin glowing. I have the membership and go in for monthly facials and it's the best self care I do for myself. The estheticians are very knowledgeable and take the time to get to know you and your skin. I also like to add on eye brow tinting and dermaplaning and am never disappointed. I cannot say enough great things about MOD and the wonderful owner and estheticians!

I started having massages at Mod Spa after a friend recommended that I see Amy. It has been wonderful and soothing and has eased the pain in my back and neck. Amy has a gentle, intuitive touch. The facility is spotless and bright. I am always greeted so warmly by Polly, who does an incredible job with scheduling and replying back quickly, which is so unheard of these days. A treasure of a place tucked away on Juanita Drive next to Bartell's and QFC. Definitely worth trying.

I’ve been doing skin treatments for years, and after trying a few places near UW, I found MOD Skin and Body in Kirkland. I’ve been coming here for the past few years and love the results! While I don’t usually go for facials, I’m very conscious about dark marks. Before MOD, I went to fancy clinics run by doctors, but they felt impersonal and cost more. MOD has been a game changer with its advanced equipment, effective products, reasonable prices, and a caring, knowledgeable team.

I’ve been getting facials with micro-dermabrasion for about 10 years and they are fabulous! Super nice staff and facility. Very professional, helping with my skin care routine to prevent age spots, minimize rocacea and smooth out my skin tone with excellent results.

I’ve been going to Stephanie for my sugaring sessions, and she’s absolutely amazing! She always makes me feel comfortable, and her attention to detail is incredible. The results are consistently smooth and long-lasting, and the experience is much more pleasant than other hair removal methods I’ve tried. I’ve also had facials and massages at this location, and they were equally fantastic. The staff is friendly, professional, and skilled across the board. If you're looking for top-notch services, from sugaring to facials and massages, I highly recommend them!

MOD Skin and Body is a hidden gem ! I’ve been going there for ten years and have never been disappointed in any service I’ve received . Walking through the doors, you enter into a very calming beautiful space. Polly usually greats me and is always warm and friendly . She’s very helpful and knowledgeable about what kind of facial I might need . I usually see Stephanie for services and I cannot recommend her enough. She’s such a perfectionist and I always leave with my skin glowing .. I look forward to the days I have appointments because it’s my Zen place.

I want to gate-keep but this spa is outstanding!! The energy of the owner and therapists/estheticians are beautiful from the inside out. I went in for a facial and massage and had the best experience! Everyone was knowledgeable, skilled, caring, and full of so much positive energy. Prices are extremely reasonable too - I highly recommend!!!

Horrible experience. I made an appointment over phone and I received a confirmation email as well. I drove in for my appointment only to find out that they didn’t have my name or reservation in the system. Not sure how I received an email confirmation. The lady who was there didn’t seem apologetic nor concerned. Worst customer experience to go through.

I went here for the first time to get my eyebrows waxed. Unfortunately, the outcome was terrible. My full thick eyebrows are now extremely thin and two total different shapes. The lady was so nice but the results are not acceptable. I did give three stars because when I called to let them know, Jamie was very apologetic and offered to try to fix them. I decided not to because at this point I’m going to have to grow them out. They did end up refunding me.
