Was told to come right away got there waited 30 mins, then asked me if I had a problem when I was on a phone call…..Very rude and unprofessional never will I go to this place again.

i won't go anywhere else in the city. no lift nails, no chips, everyone is always kind, and even when i have been a little ashamed bc i'm on a budget that month, they will quietly (for my sake) advise me of what else i can get (shorter length, different art, whatever) so that i can still afford to have beautiful nails and pedicures. i get XXL stiletto or coffin every time. gel polish. nail art on 4 nails. deluxe pedi. gel polish. no art on toes. same price every time, no surprises. beyond that, the owner and his wife have become friends to me. i always feel so welcomed when i come in - even if i come in looking raggedy or have had a long day. i won't go anywhere else!

I have been going here for 5 to 6 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They have friendly staff and do amazing work. I also like the fact they give their employees plenty of time off for the holidays. I would highly recommend this place.

I called and asked what the best time to come in and said I’m off at 530 of that would be ok. Since they close at 7 and I probably wouldn’t get there until about 5:50, he said that would be cutting it too close and I needed to be there by 530. Ok, fair enough. So I requested to leave work at 5 (I had an occasion coming up so it was kind of urgent 🤭). I call them at 5:20!! Letting them know I am 5 minutes away and he says they can’t take me because by the time their done with who their working on it’ll be late!!! Like who does that??? Smh my friend recommended them, but now I don’t plan to ever try them.

I got a French tip pedicure and my feet look great.I was hesitant to go because alot of these places smell so bad. But I was amazed at the minimal smell of chemicals. The ladies were sweet and professional. I will be back.

Service was fast efficient absolutely love my nails and my babysitter bailed and they still were very friendly and understanding and took great care of my nails and very helpful and caring with me and my son the nails came out so pretty I love them definitely recommend and definitely will be coming back ! 💜

Tony, you are very rude and your responses to the reviews just go to show how unprofessional and disrespectful you really are. The audacity of you to imply that I asked these people to leave poor reviews is absurd! I spoke my truth and you and your wife know that nothing I said in that Tiktok (@dani_the_dreamer), Yelp or Google review was false. I stated you all do good work but as far as fluctuating prices, respect and showing your loyal clients appreciation, your responses do nothing but prove me right. You responded to a lot of these reviews saying "Help us and be constructive"...That's exactly how we got here. I was constructive. I expressed my concerns and asked questions and I was refused service because of it. I spoke on it in the form of a review via social media and it blew up sadly because a lot of consumers could relate. What the viewers chose to do after watching is what THEY chose to do. For that you continue to badger me and accuse me of being dishonest while creating a false narrative in a poor effort to save face instead of taking accountability. If being dishonest helps you sleep at night, so be it. You and I along with your wife all know that how your business handled me and the situation was uncalled for. The bottom line is I patronized your business for years, went out of my way to do so to support you in exchange for a service and in return you price gauged me with no legit explanation and dismissed me when I stood up to it instead of having good morality and finding a fair solution as an Owner and business professional should have.

Very rude and disrespectful, told someone they was making his business look bad by sitting down outside and taking a break while walking in 100 degree weather. If you was respectful and have good work you will get business regardless. I hope your business goes down hill because of the way you treat others. First it was you putting your hands on females that went viral and now this. Get it together.

Nail Salon Etiquette Review. Customers need to have a "luxury treatment budget" for their services. Be courteous and not be cheap just because of the business owner and employee demographic. Go anywhere else, and you'll get overcharged as well without the quick service. I used to come here with my daughter while doing laundry next door a few times a year before I moved. I recently visited September 2023, and the place had an overhaul redesign with newer chairs. I remember the old massage chairs. Considering the building and equipment upgrade and inflation, I feel this place has kept their prices reasonable with the condition of the place and technicians' skillset to be competitive. Big Kudos to the man who did my nails, especially with damage on both big toes. Fantastic job, and he squeezed it into my lunch break. I'm an immigrant with respect for people in service.
