Friend of mine recommend that I come here after moving to the area; Jehad never fails to deliver. The past 3 times I have gone in on a whim while passing by and have never waited longer than 15 minutes on a walk-in. Always super accommodating and makes actual good conversation, not just the generic barber talk. Don’t go anywhere else!

I recently had a haircut with Soraya Bahar, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I left feeling confident and very pleased with my new look. Please don’t say walk in appointment when you let randomly people cut the line just cause they speak local language. Just give an appointment instead.

If you have asian hair, stay away from this place. The guy can make your hair short all day long, but does not know when to stop. I went in with long hair, told him I want to keep it long just tape my back and the ends. He understood I need my head mowed went on town with it.

Jihad Singer is the best. The Fastest haircut I ever had till now. The Barber is highly recommended. He will make sure to cut it exactly as per your instructions. Will keep coming repeatedly!!

Jihad was great! Gave me the exact haircut I asked for . Modern cut is very efficient and even though they didn’t have any reservations ,and the power went out they were still able to get me in. Great haircut and great people !

1Mar24: It's been over 6 months now I have been going to Modern Cut. I have interacted with Jehad and have found him highly pleasant to talk to. However, I am especially thankful to Soraya for giving me an incredible haircut every time. Therefore, I tend to agree with all the positive reviews about their services. They are easy going people with good skills. And yes, they do offer discounts for students. Hope they keep up the great work.

Jihad is friendly and skilled barber. 30$ for a normal haircut. You need to book an appointment in advance as it would be busy especially on weekends.

I went in with a sort of ombre hair color already. It was dark on the top and light brown on the bottom and I just wanted light brown all over my head. So I just wanted my hair one color I explained to the stylus, I even showed the stylist us a picture of color iwanted . They said they could do it when they began bleaching my hair they didn’t even foil it, after the first round of bleaching, she washed my hair and then proceeded to ask me if I wanted it to be styled my hair was three different colors. It was orange on the top, dark brown in the middle, and a light brown at the end. When I explained to her that my hair was three different colors she then began to say that she knew, and I became very upset. I didn’t express that though. I asked if she could dye my hair all brown we ended up having to do a dark chocolate brown because I didn’t even want to continue my services there. overall, it was a horrible experience. I do not recommend anyone to get their hair done here. and even though my hair was a disaster, they still charge me 120+

i've heard good things about this place so i decided on a whim to give it a shot. i have long hair, so i went in for a simple maintenance cut and i was super thorough with what i wanted, showing the guy a picture of myself with a certain styling, and the guy made me look like a thumb. i went from having a wolf cut to a bowl cut. instead of cutting the back with scissors, clippers were used, resulting in very buzzed ends. I asked for layering, and although i did get somewhat of a layer, it was pretty choppy.. beware people with long hair, especially guys. i'm sure these methods work well for people with short hair, but the year and a half i spent growing out my hair went to waste. i'm gonna have to put my hair in a bun for the next couple months lol
