Angel has been cutting my hair for years and always does an amazing job. My last appointment with him was a cut and color on my super dark, Mexican hair. He exceeded my expectations and the color turned out perfect and has grown out amazingly. My hair was previously very long and he was great at managing that hair style as well. He is seriously the only person I trust with my hair!

I highly recommend Modern Peruke. Angel is fantastic. My son and I have been seeing him for many years. He always has great suggestions on hair color and style and does an exceptional job with extensions. I receive tons of compliments on my red hair color and no one realizes that I have extensions because they blend so well. The salon space is comfortable, cozy and clean, and the prices are very reasonable. We are clients for life!

I have been a client of Angel’s since 2017. We first met at his previous salon when I walked in with a hair disaster. My hair had been bleached into oblivion by a hairdresser a few months prior and my hair was impossible to do anything with. I was at my wits end trying to do my own remedies at home and thought I was going to have to have my head shaved. All of the hairdressers at the salon took a look at my hair and Angel chose to take me on as a client. Angel has been absolutely amazing to me in the many years he has been doing my hair. I have trusted him fully with my hair and have never been disappointed. He has such a dedication to his craft and it shows with every session. Hair dressing aside, Angel is also a wonderful person! He has listened to all of life’s ups, downs, twists, turns and has been a blessing to have as a sound board. He makes every time in the chair a wonderful experience and I appreciate it every time. I struggle with fine curly hair that is starting to gray. Ángel does a fantastic job with color and working with my curl. When he’s done my hair is gorgeous and it’s styled in a way I can reproduce at home. He also works with my schedule which I appreciate in a big way.

Angel and his assistant are delightful and sweet. Space was beautiful and clean. He listened to me and executed flawlessly. I loved my cut and had a great time. Really good shampoo and scalp massage, too. Modern Peruke is a smaller suite space within Stash House, in case you have trouble finding it. Highly recommend.

Angel is absolutely amazing. I travel from the west side of town just to get a haircut from him. He takes his time making sure you love the hairstyle, his studio is comfy and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

I drive 4 hours from out of town just to get my hair done by Angel. His talent is worth it. My hair is healthy, long and always gets compliments thanks to him. I completely trust him. I have been going to Angel since 2016 and has always done a great job cutting and styling my hair. He is very meticulous with his craft. He is also very personable and enjoy our back-and-forth banter when I see him. I trust his judgment everytime he offers suggestions on what do for my hair since it is very hard to tame and style.
