This was my first experience at this salon after looking for a braiding place for more than a year. From the time that I called to the time that entered, I was treated with respect and decency. Amber did a fantastic job on my hair to the point that before she even finished, I asked what we were going to do the next time. I would refer anyone to this establishment.

Absolutely loved going there, really grateful for Mrs Elisha She’s not afraid to tell her clients what they need to do to keep their hair up. She is friendly, nice and very fun to be around got my hair done and a timely manner and it came out really cute 10 out of 10.

Alisha gave my young niece a safe virgin relaxer and helped her find her own style. She also recommended quality products for maintaining healthy hair. She works great with kids and she is an excellent resource for hair care. Alisha is the very best!

Elisha is not only a great stylist, she is a great person. She has styled my hair for years. She maintained my relaxers and then when I transitioned to natural she was there. There is nothing she won’t do. Her main goal to make sure you are comfortable with your hair style. She listens and consults you on the health of your hair. When I needed a break from my short Afro, she did box braids for me. Elisha is a stylist that can grow and transition with all of the phases of your hair.

I have been going to modish beauty salon and spa for a while now and I really enjoy the salon and the atmosphere. Elisha does an awesome job with my hair. I receive a relaxer and color to color my gray along with highlights. I Also received a quick weave ponytail for the first time and everyone loved me hair. She does an awesome job.

Stylist/owner is very knowledgeable in hair treatment for all types of hair. She has help me transition from relax to natural and back to relax. Salon is cleaned and well kept. It is a hidden gem.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SALON! Elisha has been doing my hair since 2013. She does an awesome job and takes her time. This lady knows what she is doing. She’s very polite as well and have great communication skills, her products are not cheap she very products knowledge. I recommend her to anyone. If you are looking for a reasonable price salon than Modish is you’re go to.

I came across Modish Beauty Salon via a google search. I was skeptical because I was able to get an appointment so quickly. When I tell you Lisa put my fears to rest not only did she work magic on my hair, it was a pleasure talking to her and her knowledge of natural hair care is exactly what I have been searching for. She exceeded my expectations. I am so excited to be a regular client of hers. I can’t wait to go back.

My hair was cut unevenly by the hairstylist I saw, so I'm hoping it'll grow back to what it was before. It also took too long while another customer's hair took up the duration that I was there. My fee ended up being more than what I found posted on the website. I won't be back.

It was my 1st time going to this salon and I was very impressed with the way my hair turned out. Absolutely Gorgeous !! stylist was patient , knowledgeable , friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was indecisive about the style that I wanted and she guided me every step of the way to obtain the look I was going for. I would definitely recommend any services that they offer very clean very professional and great work !

Prices differ each time I visited. She was super slow because all she did was talk the entire time...even stopping to make a point. I contacted her yesterday to inquire about a wash and she asked my name. I then asked her if prices were different depending on the person..she stated no... but she NEVER gave a price! Truly trifling! I notice she only comments on great service comments but fail to even address 9r apologize for the unhappy customer. #neveragain

Online it clearly states that to cancel your appointment 24hrs before. I had cancelled my appointment with Elisha 2 days before and asked her for my deposit refund. She never responded. So again I asked her for my deposit refund the following day (24 hours before) and she went on to tell me because it’s short notice she will refund half. My deposit was $35 and she refunded $15 only. Then I proceeded to tell her online it clearly states 24 hours before. She went on to tell me during the holidays the policy is different. This is not stated on the website. Very unprofessional and clearly bad business habits.

Didn't get a call that stylist Elisha was gonna be late til arriving from Durham after she texted the wrong number attempting to make contact. That was odd. Prices different than what's advertised on website. I have no extra money to be giving anybody when the same job can be done elsewhere even better. Also extremely slow service compared to other salons in the triangle area doing the same job. Messy boots for sure.
