This was literally the best experience! I came here for my wedding nails and they are absolutely perfect! They also kept us safe during the tornados, offering us water, and words of reassurance. They even stayed open after close to make sure we were all taken care of messages and all! Also I come here from all the way across town because they offer orange peel, hot stones, hot towel, messages at the best price across town! Vi le table 1A go to her! She made my vision a reality. I don’t know if I could ever go anywhere else

Went in this evening for a shellac pedicure…. Not a great experience! Couldn’t understand the language barrier for starters then I as the lady is soaking off the shellac she rips the cotton and lays a piece off to the side, the guy next to her yeah threw it on floor by accident, she picks it up and continues to use it on me. Then a man brought her the HOT towels for wrapping my legs, one of those falls on floor she proceeds to pick it up and wrap my legs with it. Then she squirts alcohol on the towel my feet are on and cleans the instruments she used on my feet with the same towel as my pedicure then takes them to the back. So she finishes the pedicure part, gets up and next thing I know someone else is painting my toes! Paint looks terrible and still have rough skin on my heels! I will never return to this salon! UNSANITARY!

Over priced to not know how to shape nails or do nail designs. If you want a cute nail art design highly don’t recommend. I had to go back because the guy didn’t shape my toes right. My nails were cute but not what I asked for and the gems came off two days later. I also don’t think my nails are worth the amount I paid for them especially that they were shorter than what I asked for because the lady missed up cutting one hand uneven.

CROOKS! The man did my toes and the paint is thick thick! He knicked my skin with the drill like 4 times when he was taking off my old shellac. and he barely scraped my heels. i payed 45 for the pedi with shellac. i tipped 15% a they changed my tip to be 20%. i’m disputing with my bank and will never return. this business has no integrity!

Not really happy with my service. I had the guy with the leg brace. Had to tell him basically how to do it. Was going to put tips on over existing acrylic. Nails were filed crooked and uneven, didn't get excess off under the nails, hurt me taking a couple off.

I’ve always heard great things about this place. My sister is getting married so we went today as it was close to where we needed to pick her dress up. I had made a reservation the week prior. Right upon arrival I noticed the place was dirty. Like the tables, plexiglass, and towels. Junk was everywhere on the stations, piled up. My nail tech was new and nervous. He Instantly had people coming over to interpret for him. One gal had to show him how to file my nails. Totally fine, he was nice and eager. However, He made several unsanitary decisions that grossed me out. I just got a gel manicure. Something was on the nail brush mid painting and he wiped it off on the dirty towel and then went to paint my nails with it! I stopped him and said that’s unsanitary so he put some alcohol on it and rubbed a paper towel on it. Also, They had given me a water bottle when I first arrived and he opened it with his dirty fingers and handed to me to take a drink! It was a nice gesture but, gross! I just wanted him to hurry up and finish at that point. My sister had a little better experience with a more seasoned tech. But she asked for a full set with the pink ombré nails and they looked nothing like the picture she showed the gal. They just turned out a solid taupe color. We both were completely disappointed, short on time and the place was busy so we didn’t want to cause a scene but bringing up the issues. we just paid and left. But I would never go back. I know this place used to be where everyone loved going. The staff was nice and I would like to think if we pointed out the issues then and there they would have been tried to make it right. When I maid the comment about the unsanitary action, the manager kept coming over every five minutes to check to make sure I liked my color. However, we were both flustered and shocked and just agreed to move on with our day.

My daughter got foot fungus from Mohegan’s so we never went back. I was in the neighborhood and decided to try them again. I got a full set dipped nails. Within the first 2 days I lost a tip. I went back and they fixed it, then it came off a day later. Same day a second broke off, 5th day a 3rd. I wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary, just toweling off after a shower and putting a seat belt on. When I went back the first time they were rude about fixing their defective work. I went to my nail salon and they fixed the broken nails for a minimal charge. If I could give them zero stars I would have. I learned my lesson. NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!

Staff is friendly and nice. However, my nail artist gave me CUTS on my fingers from his filing technique. I have 5 cuts on my fingers from him filing into my skin when getting acrylics. They immediately started bleeding and are still bleeding a day later. I have been here before and this didn’t happen and i’ve been other places and this has never happened to me. It’s very painful so just be aware that this could happen if you choose to go here. He also was going to leave nail polish all over my fingers until i politely asked for him to clean it up😭

The nail lady’s just did not deliver . Didn’t do what i wanted argued every chance they got . Massage sucked . And it was dirty i saw women get pedicures and they didn’t even switch the towel . Feel like i should go home and wash my feet after leaving here . Not happy at all 😩
