9 cancellations and most the same day within an hour of the appointment. I bought a package of 3 peels and got one done in September and planned to do the next two by year end. I just got another cancellation from her 45 minutes before my appointment. Very unprofessional and now have asked for a refund. Do not use unless you want to constantly try to reschedule appointments to be cancelled the same day!

Do not waste your time purchasing a Groupon from Michelle. Seems like everyone has the same issue. The day of my appt she says she has shortness of breath and can’t make it. However I see 2 days ago another lady left a review saying she cancelled her appt as well. Definitely will be calling Groupon to get our money back. Definitely will not recommend anyone else coming here.

I've had 3-4 facials with Michelle, the last one being in Aug. Initially, she was good about keeping our appointments. But, since August she has cancelled (and re-scheduled) our appointments five times. The excuses have ranged from health issues, to other conflicts. She always cancels a couple of hours before to close to the appointment time. My initial facial was with a Groupon. The subsequent ones were purchased directly from her as part of a package. I will not be returning to this spa even though I have not used the last facial in the package. She is unprofessional and may even be scam artist.

If it were possible, I would give her 0 stars. As commonly stated by other patrons, Michelle cancelled our appointment due to shortness of breath. Out of frustration, I simply text her back asking if she were a fraud. No response...shocking!

Michelle cancelled my first appointment the morning of saying we could reschedule at my convenience. If a customer did that, they would likely be charged a fee by the salon for lack of notice. I had been waiting a longgg time for this appointment, as it was the first available one before my Groupon expired (her website showed her booked out for 3 or so months in advance). Michelle then ghosted me when I tried to reschedule... I got fed up from not being able to reach her (and not trusting that appointments made on her website would actually take place) so thankfully Groupon let me trade in the 3 facials. It has now been a month since the initial cancellation, and I have yet to ever hear back from her...

I wasn't able to see her. I bought a groupon online and then she had to cancel for legitimate reasons and stated that she would reschedule. She rescheduled for a day I wasn't able to do and then I never heard from her after she. I finally had to ask for a refund because I knew I wasn't going to ever reach her.

Might have been good, but I never got my appt! 4 CANCELATIONS?!?? Could not get an appointment for 3 mo., rescheduled & canceled on me twice. 9/15 was my 1st appt., then 12/5, no returned calls, excuses made. Jan 6 canceled, on 3/29 I gave up completely & had to transfer my groupon. The groupon had expired & she promised to honor it. TERRIBLE SERVICE, full of lies and excuses, for 8 months? BBB anyone?

Very disappointed. I booked two appointments with her and she texted me and cancelled the same day. Each time she said she will get back with me to reschedule and never did. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately I’m unable to get my money back because I purchased from Groupon and they have a 30 day refund policy. I do not recommended her.

I purchased a Groupon and had the body sugar scrub, and it was wonderful. I also bought an additional package that consisted of two more scrubs and a facial. I just completed my facial, and it was awesome. She is very knowledgeable on skincare. She takes her time to go over your skin type with you and does a wonderful job. She did cancel with me once due to health issues, but got back to me to reschedule. I have not problem with that, and I think she is a very nice person with a very warming energy. If she has a health issue, I am not going to hold that against her. It appears that she has tried to remedy the other two customers that weren't happy.

Do not buy this Groupon. I bought over a year ago and was so excited for a sugar scrub I I confirmed that I was getting a sugar scrub. Came in the next day and she said she did not know that I was getting a sugar scrub so she gave me a normal massage. She told me that we could reschedule for my sugar scrub which is what I bought. I got the confirmation email that we were on for the sugar massage and then the day of the massage I got an email saying I'm in the hospital I have to reschedule. This happened about five times. Then the next two times she was sick even though the night before she said she was totally fine. I've asked for a full refund and I'm not quite sure how she stays in business. I would think long and hard before purchasing

I had a facial yesterday and my skin looks amazing today! Michelle is great about actually personalizing your treatment and her prices cannot be beat! I would definitely recommend her to everyone.
