I got a massage and a hi-frequency facial. My service providers were exceptional. The entire spa and sauna were as clean as could be. It was hands down the most relaxing spa experience that I’ve had the chance to enjoy. World class.

This place is beautiful & clean. The people are super nice too! But they cut your massages short even after you let them know you want to make sure it’s a complete hour since you are paying a lot of $$. They just lie to you straight to your face and cut your time short. The old Hispanic lady that did my massage was so sweet but she wasn’t that good during the massage and she has long nails so I did not like that whatsoever, other then that it was okay!

DO NOT GO, ITS NOT RELAXING!! I’ve been coming for years they are under new management who has a lying problem and unprofessional. JASMINE the manager was feeling miserable and insecure so she had displaced animosity that she spread to the coworkers. She can’t remember what days the spa was open, lied and said they were booked the entire month. Lying about availability which puts the esthetician finances at risk. VERY INCONSIDERATE. She likes to chit chat all day instead of helping guest who frequent the spa. Even had a membership. I guess that’s why it was hair EVERYWHERE the last time I came. I informed the front desk and never received a follow up call to resolve the issue. Which expressed the lack of care for the issue. I’m sure the quality of the salon will continue to go down under her management though.

Booked pedicures for my brother and his wife for a surprise 40th birthday trip we planned them in Dallas! The staff was super helpful and kind helping me plan everything over the phone since I live in Canada. My brother and sister in law said their esthetician who did their pedicures was amazing and they absolutely loved the facilities. So grateful to them for making this surprise so wonderful.

Was so excited to spend Mother’s Day weekend here and was pretty disappointed. I called many weeks in advance to book a facial and massage for myself and massage for my sister. I was very specific about who’s getting what. They never picked me up for my facial causing me to miss the entire appointment. Then mixed my massage with my sisters. Then after the massage my sister told me they tried giving her the facial. She told them to go get me and they never did. I’m very annoyed because the day before they called me and confirmed the service with appropriate names. The lady at the front desk seemed a little overwhelmed because she kept telling me she’d come back and try to squeeze me in and but also never did. With all that said, Theo did my massage which was fine and overall the workers were very nice. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back, I just don’t think it’s worth it at this point.

Located on the 4th floor at the Omni Dallas, this spa has a great view into downtown. It is beautiful, clean, elegant, and very relaxing. We did the 50-60 min massage and along with that got access to the sauna and to the rooftop pool. Would love to go back.

Amazing experience at the spa today. My daughter and I had the massage, exfoliating scrub treatment and facial package and they were all amazing! Brandi gave me one of the best massages! Fantastic start to our day!

I gifted myself the Spa for Christmas. When I tell you this was the best thing I’ve ever had… it was the best. From the moment you arrive to the end of the appointment, you feel like pure royalty. I am planning to visit quarterly because the experience was everything. Thanks Kennth for an awesome massage and facial!

I got a full size fluffy robe to wear. I was able to use a hot dry sauna. I had a relaxation room. I could take a full shower with amazing soaps. They had a hair drier and accessories to help you get ready when leaving. Full service spa, not just a massage. I got to pick the aroma smell they used.

My bestie was given a weekend stay at the Omni as a gift from her daughter for her birthday. She had asked me to join her for a spa day at Mokara Spa, but when I went online and saw the price, I told her I could think of so many other things I'd like to do with the $500 charge. The evening before, I called her & asked if her other buddies were joining her and when she said no, I knew I had to go. I told her I'd just do the body wrap. I belong to another spa, much more reasonable. But I soon found out why the prices are higher - remember (in most cases) you get what you pay for. And she and I travel together a lot and have had fantastic spa services in Dubai, the Philippines, so why not here in my own backyard? I selected the Deep Ellum Body Treatment: Our signature body wrap is the one that gets the job done! Be ready for a night on the town by exfoliating the body with a revitalizing scrub. Then you will be cocooned in a restorative shea butter wrap to increase circulation, reduce water retention, and boost the skin's overall appearance. When my buddy & I entered the spa, we were warmly greeted and shown to the lounge area, where we were treated to cucumber slices for our under-eyes & snack bit and tea. After a few minutes of relaxing, we were ushered into separate rooms and I was introduced to my Masseuse, who explained what she would be doing and asked if I had any questions. It was a wonderful scrub, massage & wrap. After I was done, she walked me out and showed me the showers and told me to relax while I wait for my friend to finish. Yes, it is pricey compared to my neighborhood spa, but you are paying for the lovely view in the wonderfully comfortable lounge, the private showers and blow dryers, the small bottle of bubbly served with a champagne flute, the attentive staff and the luxurious products used. Most importantly the training and technique made my experience in November 2023 a very memorable one and I know I will return for another day of pampering!

My husband gifted me a spa day for our 14 year anniversary. Overall left very disappointed. The massage and facial were 3 star but the pedicure was 1 star. I left feeling like I hadn’t had one. She didn’t scrub the balls or side of my feet. I was charged $20 to remove gel polish which is fine if she removed it but she only removed half and painted over it. The price tag for my services was $857. I would have been okay with the price if I had amazing services. I see other great reviews so maybe I just went on an off day but wouldn’t book again based on my visit.

So I appreciate the front. Very welcoming and clean space as you prep for your treatments and massage. Restrooms, sauna and locker rooms were spaced, smelled good and clean. However the relaxation room needed some slight attention. It would be helpful if it had a better event to it and someone attaining to it per half hour to wipe down tables and clean up some. Amy massage wasn’t the greatest unfortunately. Super nice guy but I actually had to ask if he was fairly new because it wasn’t a great massage and unfortunately a waste of time since we didn’t even get close to relaxing me or handling any knots. A massage is an opportunity for me to personally be in a place of relaxing and serenity. A chance for me to not worry, relax and just let go. Music was too loud and not spa like distracting me, his pressure was off and no focus on my neck like I needed and no oils were used. I just unfortunately felt as if I was in a massage school and wasted paid to help them instead of a relaxing therapeutic experience that I really needed. And the price was way too much for the experience I had. I do recommend that the hotel make a consideration to spend some attention here at this time. Great people just poor quality and overpriced.

Absolutely loved Mokara. Very nice amenities. Had a couple's massage and it was amazing. Every person on staff that we encountered was helpful and greeted you with a smile. We will definitely be back!

I have been calling for a week trying to book in for my stay that begins today. No one ever answers the phone or called me back. If you don't want to answer the phone, at least have an online booking option. I am sure they will be full by the time I check in... so disappointing. Was very much looking forward to a spa day during my trip.

I would have to say this is probably the worst pedicure I ever had. For a huge hotel and a fancy spa there was one nail tech so we had to each wait for both of us to get our pedicure and she cut both of our feet with the scrubber or the circle pusher. Tried to get a design on my big toe and they couldn’t do a design so for a 30 min pedicure you got a two minute massage and it cost me $100 because they charged to remove my old polish. On top there was a giant cockroach on the wall when we were leaving. Extremely disappointed😭

Quality spa experience with great providers. I have been several times and the facials are my favorite because of the fruity products. I have taken one star because it is a dated spa.

This was my first time to this particular spa but when I checked in, no one showed me around. I was told to follow another customer to the relaxation room. When I asked if someone could show me how to lock the lockers, I was informed they were low on lockers and only had one left. She said it as if she didn't really want me to use it either because I wasn't changing for my service, just wanted to lock up my purse. The two services I received were great but the front desk lacks in making you feel welcome. I would prefer another spa over this one next time.

I had a really good experience here. My husband booked the top liner facial for me and a couples massage. The decor is beautiful and makes the space feel really high end and luxurious. The receptionists were both nice and welcoming. Heather, the esthetician that did my facial was so nice and explained everything I needed to know/do as a first timer. She was really patient and kind. She even got me a bigger robe 2 different times to make sure I was comfortable. My masseuse (I believe her name was Kimberly) was also very nice. My visit was on a Friday afternoon (I was there 11am-3pm) and while there were other guests I didn’t feel like the place was overcrowded. I was only in the locker room one other time with another woman. While in the waiting area there were one to two other guests at a time but the room is pretty large so I always had my own space. This made for a very relaxing and quiet day! I have no complaints and will definitely return! Date of visit: 06/25/2021

For a “world-class spa” it was anything but that. To start, there was no beverage (water, tea, etc.) to drink before having our massage. They essentially stuck us in a room with just chairs to wait. Second, our couples massage was not intimate at all. I was very displeased with the ability for the masseuses to create an intimate atmosphere and their ability to give a complete quality massage. My wife’s massage finished a few minutes before mine ended, which was not the complete time. When I heard the other masseuse telling my wife that she was all done, it took away from the last 3-4 minutes of my experience. After the massage, both my wife and I were not happy with the service we received. The massages felt rushed and incomplete. They massaged mostly bone and not the muscles. That being said, the first 5-10 minutes were great. After that it went downhill fast. After the massage the masseuse jokingly told me that she was unable to get to all the spots for the massage and told me to go to the dry sauna to finish loosening the muscles. I was expecting more, given the cost of the experience. At the end of the day it was around $400 for a 50 minute massage. It was way over priced and truly not enjoyable.
