Willing to change review if I ever receive services. I have attempted to book several different combos of services online, over a week ahead of time, unsuccessful. I started calling, also over a week ahead of time, have left 2 messages, and no one has made contact with me. I’ve called on 4 different days at different times of day. At this point I will be looking elsewhere as I will only be in town for a few days.

I have been going to Mokara Spa now for like 2 years, and have been with many massage therapist, but recently I have been with Miriam on my last 2 visits, and she is phenomenal.

I had such an amazing experience today at the spa! The ladies at the front were so kind at check in. My massage was with Brandi who is so talented!! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. My facial was with Katie, she is so knowledgeable and sweet. This was my first Hydrafacial and I was blown away at the results. The attendant Sheena made sure to check in on each of us throughout the entire visit. I can’t wait to come back for my next spa day!!

You owe yourself a visit to the Mokara Salon & Spa inside the Omni Louisville Hotel! They create a zen-like atmosphere and experience for you, whether you are there for a special celebration by yourself or with others and, of course, tend to your every need. Their staff include several masterful masseuse. My massage was just what I needed to free my mind, body, and spirit of tension and stress. I also loved my time in the lounging room, which was furnished with several super- comfy chaise lounges, champagne, charcuterie, an assortment of delectable mini desserts, snacks, kombucha, water, sodas and other beverages. I'm going back soon!!

I always love my experience at Mokara! This time was particularly exceptional in service for both my husband and I! My massage therapist was Diane, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with relieving some pain and tension from a pinched nerve! My husband had a male therapist (I can’t remember his name) and said it was one of the best massages he’s ever had! Thank you both for great service!

If you are used to good massages, you are NOT GONNA LIKE THIS ONE. We paid for a 50 min couple massage, the place was clean and organized but the service not so good: very light and accelerated massage, not paying attention to the critical areas. WONT COME BACK

Had an amazing spa day with friends and highly suggest Mokara. It is a beautiful, spotless spa facility. The customer service is top notch. Melissa was so helpful as we planned our visit and also when we arrived for our appointments. If you have an opportunity to request a Masseuse, ask for Truth. Seriously one of the best massages I have ever had in my life. I will be going back. We had massages in the morning and spent the afternoon at the pool with drinks and lunch. It was a perfect day!

My first Swedish massage here wasn't the best experience, but the staff provided a second complimentary massage, which was incredibly nice and hospitable! The second massage was much improved! The masseuse was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The Mokara spa provides robes and slides for their guests, and you have access to a variety of amenities (relaxation room, sauna, pool, snacks/waters, showers, etc.). The spaces are clean and well-kept.

My husband and I had a couples hot himalayan salt stone massage and it was incredible! Our massage therapists were lovely, kind, professional and great at their jobs! The Molara spa itself is a beautiful atmosphere, very clean and tranquil. While there guests have access to the sauna, showers, relation room and the pool deck if they wish! All in all a great experience and we will be back!

Wow! What a wonderful spa experience. The spa space is beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. My massage by Jessica was an 11 out of 10. Thank you for a refreshing, rejuvenating, relaxing spa day!

If you are staying in Louisville, or especially at the Omni you need to check out the spa on the 3rd floor. The staff are so friendly, accommodating and kind. They let my husband and I put our luggage in the managers office while we had our treatments. The relaxation room and the free amenities were lovely and completely unexpected. We each had a facial done. The products smelled so good and my skin felt so soft and I felt throughly refreshed. I highly recommend going and letting the staff help you relax and throughly enjoy your visit to Louisville!!

I had an 80 minute Sports Massage with Megan, and it was to die for. I enjoy relaxing, but I am more interested in learning what the knots, tightness, and soreness mean and how I can alter some of my habits that cause it. Megan was a wealth of information, and I look forward to booking with her again. Also, the black tea in the relaxation room was excellent. Thanks!

Tried to book a couples massage for our 5 year anniversary 4 months out and they said it was too far in advance. Then called one month in advance and they said they were booked. She then said they offer a request date slip which I did request however useless

I am a local resident and I have stayed at the Omni before with my husband. That experience was great. The spa experience— not so much. We arrived 5 minutes late due to traffic (3:05 pm to be exact) for our 3 PM couples massage. Once we got up to that floor, they made us rush to fill out unnecessary paperwork (I’ll come back to this later), change clothes and go the relaxation room to be called in. So we did just that and before I could even get into the relaxation room, the massage therapists were waiting outside the door for my husband and I. We got in the room for the massage and it was rush rush rush. A 50 minute massage turned into 25 minutes at most. And the massage wasn’t even that good! It was basically just them rubbing some aromatherapy oil on you and then leaving. The paper work that they had us rush to fill out didn’t even matter because they didn’t include our add on services. So we paid $360 for a 25 minute massage and a glass of champagne. Most expensive glass of champagne I’ve ever consumed. Won’t be back!

Went for my 24th birthday and everything was absolutely a 10/10 for me! There was free valet upon arrival, the girls at the desk are so nice and show you around the spa, and there is all day pool access, jacuzzi access, sauna, and rainfall showers included all day before your time of service. We had a couple massage booked and they did amazing!!! The girl ant the desk even made me a little birthday gift when I left! I love this place. Will definitely be coming back soon

A friend and I went for a couples massage just to have a girls day out. The spa is beautiful and has almost everything you could ask for in a day spa including wine and mimosas. When we went back to the massage room, the ladies asked us if we wanted the facial massage as well and our 50 minute swedish and we both said yes, they then presented the body and face oils. While my friend received the facial massage, I did not and was greatly looking forward to it (i had a headache so it sounded amazing). The 50 minute massage was fantastic with the right amount of pressure so i have absolutely no complaints other than don't offer something and then not follow through. (She even discussed how the oil would not clog pores). This is my second time here and I would come back.

I am a local, and have had a few facials here over the past few years. It is a beautiful spa, the services I had were excellent, and it is easy to get to without actually staying at the hotel itself. With that said, I would caution others to ensure they receive some sort of confirmation for their appointment the day prior - whether from the spa staff or by calling yourself! I am not one to complain, or leave reviews for that matter. However, there have been some mix-ups where my appointments were not scheduled at all. I discovered this by either calling the spa to confirm myself, or even showing up to be told I was not on the schedule. I understand mistakes happen, I just wanted to caution anyone looking into the spa.

I have ankylosing spondylitis and was feeling a build up of inflammation/tension; I called to see if they had an opening same day and luckily they were able to fit me in for a massage. Melissa and Breinnah (Pretty sure I misspelled her name, I'm so sorry!!) both had such a happy and chill vibe, they were just lovely. Johnnena was my masseuse; she's certified in lymphatic drainage, and was very knowledgeable in the subject. She explained where she found fluid build up and worked through everywhere, concentrating on the problem areas. She gave me solid advice on how to keep my inflammation at bay, reiterating how the mind's connection to the body can cause the inflammation in the first place. Overall it was a positive experience and I was very appreciative of Johnnena's attention to detail! Very happy with my visit and will treat myself here again in the future!

I have been here multiple of times. I absolutely love it. All the staff is so friendly. The spa is clean and comfortable. Jessica massaged me today for my birthday. She did amazing. This place is the place to go to for self care. You’ll never go anywhere else!

It was really disappointing that the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all out of order the day I went yet the price was the same. They have a 20% mandatory gratuity. The service is quite expensive to begin with and with the mandatory tip it was $175. So although they advertise it as a full spa day where you can use all the amenities I basically paid $175 for a 50 min massage. Having said that the spa is very beautiful. My massage was by Kelly and she was excellent. But i am not sure it is worth that price overall.

Last Friday was my first visit to your spa....and it won't be my last. A group of us come together every October to do the Bourbon Trail.....the wives go along to get along, but bourbon gets pretty old pretty fast. This is the first time we did something for us, and it was wonderful---from the cozy robes, to the lounges in the waiting area, to the aromatherapy with the massage and the sauna, we loved it all! Unfortunately one in our group couldn't make it at the last minute, but we plan on making a visit to Mokara an annual event-----for longer next time, maybe the whole afternoon! ;) I'd like to give a shout out to Meghan, who did an amazing massage and listened and customized my massage to my trouble spots. So relaxing. We can't wait to come back, and would highly recommend the Mokara Spa!

On a staycation to destress and unwind. The spa experience has been fantastic, the girls at the front desk worked hard to get two last minute services for me: a 75 minute facial with Katie and the signature massage with Lydia. Both were exceptional. Also using the sauna between services has been great. A real treat and a great way to end the year!
