An amazingly personal and relaxing experience. We were greeted and instantaneously offered refreshments as we filled out the consent forms. The front desk ladies were very kind as they walked us through the unique process of choosing our favorite aromas that would be used during our massages. Shortly after, my boyfriend and I were guided to our separate changing rooms. We were given robes to wear during our stay, and there were various toiletries provided like scrunchies, combs, brushes, hair gel, feminine products, etc. I was given a tour of the women’s interior and introduced to the various amenities such as the multiple pitchers of spa water, a small tea station, the sauna, the showers, and the relaxation lounge. We went on a Sunday evening and there was only one or two other guests in the facility with us; which is fantastic considering Sundays are typically busy. Mokara was very accommodating and honored our request to be in the same room as each other during our massages even though our massages were not a part of the couples package. For $280 we received 50 minutes of personalized massages. It was an entire body massage from the tips of our fingers down to our toes and had hot towels draped across our bodies throughout the treatment. The staff finished our massages and waited outside of our door with glasses of spa water as we got dressed. We were welcomed to use the facilities up until closing time and none of the staff made us feel rushed. All in all, it was a spectacular experience for a decent price compared to other luxury spas. In regards to heavy traffic noises that some guests have left reviews about, I personally did not hear anything but the spa music for the entirety of our stay.

8/10 experience - Alessandra & Abigail at the check in desk we're great. The staff gave us a card for our anniversary, chocolates, and complimentary samples of skin care products. Relaxing vibes and aromatic scents when you walk in. Complimentary mimosas 🥂 and spa water. The ladies lounge was nice and relaxing, showers, a sauna, and lockers, everything was clean and well maintained. They also have hair ties, hair tools, scrunchies for your use. Hubby and I booked a couples massage, Sharon & Vanessa the massage therapists did an excellent job! The only reason I didn't rate this experience 10/10 is, because it was difficult to relax with the loud sounds of doors slamming and the highway nearby sounded like the speed way 😲😞 The staff did an amazing job!!!

I had the best time here! I got the mokara massage. Upon entering the spa it smells lovely and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. You choose between different essential oils used in your massage and are given a pair of slippers and very comfy robe. You fill out a questionnaire to help personalize your experience. The specialist directs you to the changing room where you find your locker for all of your things and anything you might need. They had hair ties, shower caps, razors, curling iron, pads, tampons, qtips, brushes, lotion,…. Everything. You’re invited to use the relaxation room while you wait for your massage therapist. There are several comfortable chairs, tea, and delicious infused water. Arrive 30 minutes early to take full advantage of this. My massage was excellent! I carry so much tension in my shoulders. I am sore from the massage, but I feel more relaxed. She released so much knotting and I expected to be sore from that. I had Cassandra and she really means it when she says “this massage is for you, not me”. The bed is heated and everything smells amazing. After the massage you are invited to use the sauna, relaxation room, and shower. It’s a rain shower with multiple jets in the walls. It was heaven. I felt so cared for and relaxed here. I am not a person who gets to do this all the time. I don’t have the money to stay at the Omni and this was an extremely kind gift from my mom to get the massage. It was beautiful and I hope to come back again as soon as I can. I can’t post many pictures of the spa as it’s electronic free past the changing room. I think we all need that for a few hours anyways! Book the massage with Cassandra. You will leave feeling like the best version of yourself.

Left a message, hours later no response. Since I was staying in hotel stopped by the desk and was greeted with three individuals to busy talking to return phone calls. They had a note book, but none of them working on the list. If you are looking for a place better to communicate with one who wants the customers. Interaction with the front desk showed me this place is content with the way things are.

Low quality service, massage was performed next to a busy street with a lot of noise. Stingy with the mimosas for a $200 dollar massage, I won’t be back.

Honestly one of the most disappointing hotel spas I’ve visited. The massage room shares an exterior wall to the busy street outside so you hear ever loud car and horn that passes buy. The quality of the massage was okay but not great. And the locker room was unimpressive with their water stations empty and a shower that didn’t fully work and had the handle come off as well. Speaking with the staff they apologized but they seemed new and unaware. It’s located in a great hotel that I would visit again, but next time I’m definitely skipping the Mokara Spa.

Oh, my. I'm a first time client who had a wonderful experience! I recently had a facial and a massage. All the staff in the spa are genuinely so friendly and welcoming. Tammy was my facial tech. She explained all the products, benefits and was just so pleasant! Shira was my masseuse and was perfect for a deep sports tissue massage. I look forward to returning for another day of well needed self care!

I love this spa. I'd rate everything 5 stars; from the top notch customer service, to the quality of the massages/services, the pleasant aromas, complimentary beverages, relaxation room before and after the massage, and other amenities such as the sauna. Mokara-Fort Worth is absolutely beautiful and offers a 5 star spa experience all around.

First massage and it was AWESOME!!! The couples sweet had a very nice ambiance calm, but yet warming. The staff upfront was very pleasant, reassuring, and knowledgeable. Definitely A great Birthday gift!!! I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

In love with this place. Free valet parking(SPA will validate). Easy to find it’s inside the Omni hotel on the 3rd floor. Friendly staff. Love how they have taken Covid pro cautions. They give you a small variety of different oils to pick from. They will give you slippers and a robe. If you arrive 30mins before your appointment you can take advantage of the Sauna and relax in the lounge, there’s water and a trail mix to enjoy. There’s also a nice shower area. I love Mary she did a great job as far massaging me!!! She was gentle and will ask you if you’re ok or if you want less pressure or more. The room was dim and smelled AMAZING!! The beautiful relaxing music from walking in to the end was so soothing to me. After the massage i got offered some delicious champagne! I definitely recommend this SPA.

Just went to check in for my daughter’s and my massages after a long drive from San Antonio. They scheduled it for the wrong month!!!! All that was offered was an apology. Not even an offer to use the facilities!

My husband and I recently booked a 50 min. couples massage off Groupon at Mokara Spa. Both woman did a spectacular job, I had Mary who I definitely recommend. It was a relaxing, wonderful experiance.!

We had a couples massage this past weekend for my 40th and it was anything but relaxing. There was a cheer competition in town (no shortage of covid here) and during our massage we heard EVERYTHING. All the girls practicing in the lobby, screaming and clapping and on the third floor we could hear them the whole time too ( third floor should of been off limits to them) We couldn't even hear the music in the room . The girls that did our massage were great, nothing to complain about them, but the atmosphere was horrible. Not worth what we paid to not even be able to relax. Both times that we were asked to hang out in the relaxing room and there was people in it. There should be a room for couples to relax alone and not have to share with the world. After our massage we got champagne and when we went into the relaxing lounge it was full of women and no where to even sit, hubby and I downed our champagne and got dressed and left because we felt so uncomfortable. I was so upset, especially since hubby spent a lot of money on both massages and hotel stay which was even a bigger nightmare. There was no control over the covid situation at all. They really should move massage to a different floor or control the situation downstairs, but there was no control at all anywhere this weekend. its almost like they said screw the people who aren't part of this stupid cheer competition.
