I cannot recommend this beautiful spa enough. The staff, led by the wonderful manager Jillian, are always so friendly and kind. I brought my grandmother in for her birthday and she could not have been happier with the services. We have returned a few times with more family members, one insisted that it was “the best massage she’d ever had”. We will continue to visit Mokara regularly.

I had the most amazing experience at the spa in this beautiful new downtown hotel! The location couldn’t be more convenient, and the views are absolutely stunning—especially in the evening when the city skyline lights up. It felt like such a treat to enjoy that view while unwinding. The spa itself is perfection. It’s airy, stylish, and warm, with just the right balance of classy and cozy. It’s quiet enough to feel peaceful but not so silent that it feels stiff. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and well taken care of. I booked a massage, facial, and eyebrow wax, and every single service exceeded my expectations. Meena gives a slow, deep massage that is incredible—she used just the right amount of pressure, and I felt so much tension melt away. Then I had a facial with Rachel, who was fantastic. She walked me through the different options and helped me customize everything to fit exactly what I needed. My skin looked and felt amazing afterward! Finally, Jacqueline did my eyebrow wax, and she nailed it. My brows look polished and perfect without being overdone, and I walked out feeling so bright and confident. The entire experience left me feeling relaxed, polished, and sculpted. I’ll absolutely be back! Just a heads-up—you’ll need to book in advance because they fill up quickly, especially on weekends. It’s easy to see why!

I sent my wife for a retreat package. I was called multiple times in advance because they kept asking to move her time. Went back and forth 2-3 different times. Then, they said they’d offer lunch and never did. The complimentary champagne was offered during the 5 min interval between treatments so she didn’t have time to enjoy it or finish it. The treatments were not what we expected - the massage was a 3/5, the facial a 4/5, the wrap and the scalp treatment both 1/5. These should all be at least 4/5 for the costs. Not worth the exorbitant price. I paid for it expecting my wife to have a full retreat experience and got much less than that. Would recommend just doing one treatment at a time if you enjoy this spa…otherwise go somewhere else.

I am still in pain from the massage I received last Friday. They claimed we were late for our appointment (which we were not) and stated they were going to charge for the 3 massages and 3 facials we had scheduled but they could only do 2 massages and 1 facial but in the end they agreed not to charge all the extra money which we would have disputed with the credit card company if they had. It felt like they screwed up their scheduling and wanted to make us feel like it was our fault. I would not recommend going here to anyone. Definitely needs new management and proper training on customer service.

I have been to this spa before with my husband and loved it, but when I came back with a group for a bachelorette party, it was not a good experience. When our group arrived, the two ladies at the front desk seemed very frazzled and disorganized. We had a group starting at 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30. 2 girls from our group arrived and were taken back and then another group arrived a few minutes before 11:30 and they took 2 girls back one at a time to change into robes and slippers. The rest of us were waiting on the front desk ladies to tell us what to do next. After waiting for 5-10 min, the director of the spa comes out and starts asking for a girl that had already went back for services. We tell her that she’s already getting her massage and she then asks for another girl…that girl was already taken back as well. At this point she doesn’t have the correct paperwork and waiver with the correct clients. It was very chaotic. So she starts naming off names that are in our booking and asks about a name that we have never heard of. Which just showed me that she had absolutely no idea who was in our group. It was in fact someone else that was getting a service, who we had no affiliation with. She then names everyone but the bride. So I notify her that our bride’s name was not said. The director says that the bride’s name is not booked, even though the girl that booked all of us had an email confirmation for all of us. The director says that it’s not a big deal, that the bride can go at 1:30. So we thought everything was squared away. When some of us go to pay after our services, we are informed that 2 members from our group will not receive services because we were “late”. When we brought up the fact that we showed up right at 11:30, Jill said that we needed arrive before 11:30, be changed, and waiting in the relaxation room prior to 11:30. So because that did not happen, that is why 2 girls weren’t receiving services. If that’s the reasoning, the only girls that would have been affected were the girls booked at 11:30. Their services were in fact cut short and were finished by 12:30. Everyone finished on time, so it shouldn’t have been a problem for the remaining services. I brought up the fact that even when we went back to change, they weren’t even prepared for our group because they didn’t have enough robes or slippers. Jill responded with “exactly” I said “so what’s the problem?” And she said that they weren’t expecting our whole group to show up at the same time. I have been to many spas, and spas that have amenities, guests can come prior to their services to utilize those amenities before their appointment. Why would they assume that a group that was booked together wouldn’t show up together? It was disorganized and handled very poorly. On top of the poor customer service, my facial was absolutely nothing that a “luxury spa” should ever offer. During my facial, I was given a sheet mask…something that I can do at home. If I’m paying $200+ for a facial, I expect high end facial products to be used, not products that I can get at a makeup store. Prior to this, I would have recommended this spa, I would no longer recommend and I will not be back.

I have enjoyed five star spas both foreign and domestic yet it pains me to even give a review this low. The spa was completely unorganized, lacked any customer service and was frankly an embarrassment to the Omni brand. I paid for a 50 minute massage and received only a 30 minute massage. After questioning the length of the massage, I was told I was late even though I verified over and over again that I was never late for this appointment. They struggled to provide robes and lockers for my appointment that had been made over a month in advance. They made other guests wait for hours before finally informing them they couldn’t be seen. This type of customer service should never be accepted by the Omni brand. It would never be accepted by a Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons.

I worked with Jill to book spa services for 16 people for a bachelorette party over a month in advance. I told her we were looking to be there from 11:30-2:30 and wanted to make sure they could accommodate us, she assured me they could. I will start off by saying 2 of us arrived early, then 6 more arrived at 11:30 on the dot with the remaining of our party shortly after. We had 6 spots booked for 11:30, and the other appointments were at a later time. I realize some time is needed to sign papers and change into a robe (this should take a max of 10 minutes), and the 11:30 group of massages would have gladly had their massages cut 10 minutes short as expected in this situation. What we did not anticipate was the mass chaos that happened when we arrived. They did not have robes ready and slippers ready (had to go to men's locker room to get more). They did not know which members of our party had already gone back for massages and a therapist was calling for a girl who had already gone back for ~15 minutes. I sat in the lounge for an hour before my massage and saw 1 massage therapist the entire time. I have been to many spas before and typically see multiple therapists coming and going while calling on their clients for services. They were in no way prepared for our group and I do not know if they even had the staff present for us. In addition, the space is meant to accommodate 8-10 people maximum. We were a party of 16 and there were also people outside of our party there. Jill and her staff had not informed me of any issues or let me know what would be happening until I went to pay around 2:15pm. I was then informed that 2 girls received a 30 minute service and 2 girls would not receive a service at all (they were still waiting at 2:30pm which is when we were leaving). It is beyond me how the afternoon progressed so poorly. The 6 members of our party who were going at 11:30 should have had sessions reduced by 10 minutes, but instead it was a huge jumbled mess resulting in sessions cut extra short or not even receiving their booked service. I do want to add that my massage by Jenni was wonderful. If you still want to visit this spa, I recommend requesting her. We had multiple other girls in our party not pleased with their services. Just be aware the management is awful. I strongly encourage you to seek out other spas in the OKC metro, especially if you are wanting to have a girl's day with a group.

This is an extremely unorganized business. We had a group of 16 people scheduled for appointments between 11:30-1:30. Therefore, all of us got there at 11:30 despite the two hour difference so we could enjoy the amenities and be together. They kept calling other people that weren’t in our group to receive a service even though they said they were fully booked by our party alone. I ended up in a couple massage that I didn’t schedule. Thank goodness it was with someone I knew. That could have been awkward… I only received 30 of my 55 min massage, but I had to pay for the entire service because we “were late”. Absolutely unacceptable. (For the record we were not late) Not to mention…… that my actual service was horrible. My therapist was doing chiropractic type methods to me. He never asked if I was enjoying my pressure or wanted anything else, but he did make an unusual comment of “I won’t break your bones” at the beginning when the other therapist in the room asked us what areas we wanted worked on the most. The other therapist asked her client multiple times how she was enjoying the massage as it occurred. Not mine. I left the treatment and spoke with the front desk. She said there was nothing they could or would do for my 30 min time or quality of treatment. IN FACT- the manager actually went ahead and included 20% gratuity and said that was their policy. I said even if the service was awful? The manager said yes. She told me she would send me some type of voucher via email. Two things.. 1- still haven’t received it and 2- I don’t want to return to this spa. It was everything except peaceful and relaxing. I don’t live in OKC. Lastly- They didn’t even have robes and shoes prepared for us knowing that 16 people were coming in at 11:30! I had to wait on THEM only to have my full service cut by nearly half without any warning or comment from the front desk as they walked me to my room. Absolutely pathetic.

Very poor management and customer service. We had a large group all getting various treatments- facials or massages and it was an absolute train wreck!! I was supposed to have a 12:30 appointment, and I arrived by 11:40, only to sit in the relaxation room for almost 3 hours and when no one ever called me back I finally went to the front desk and they told me that they were too far behind and could not do my massage. So was anyone ever going to come tell me or should I sit there for even longer wondering what in the world is going on? Don’t schedule other people outside of our party of 16 if you can’t accommodate it. If I’m going to pay top notch prices, I would like to receive top notch service. And furthermore, I was told I would receive some sort of voucher in my email because I didn’t get to do my massage and never received a thing! I don’t know that I’d go back even if they do send something.

This was my first time to come to this spa and I was so impressed with what it has to offer. This is the only “full service” spa I have seen in OKC. Valet parking is complimentary for locals which is such a plus. I loved the ambiance and my facial. The spa manager was genuinely the most gracious hostess I’ve ever seen. First class experience all the way around.

The spa was inviting, relaxing and overall wonderful. I enjoyed an 80 minute prescriptive massage with an added scalp massage and foot wrap. Thomas was equally professional and wonderful and consistently made sure I was doing okay applying the perfect amount of pressure for a full body relaxation effect then I finished with several minutes in the sauna. The experience, overall, was excellent and I look forward to returning in the near future.

This spa is the definition of luxurious. The staff were all so calm and friendly. I had a facial here and will be going back soon for a massage. It’s also nice being right down the hall from the rooftop pool and bar. The hospitality, cleanliness, and tranquility of this spa are all top-notch. Would definitely recommend!

By far the nicest spa I’ve been to in Oklahoma! The view of the city was so pretty there. The front staff and both of my provider's were kind to me, attentive, and accommodating. I got the sanctuary package of a 50 minute massage and facial with a complimentary enhancement. Both services were excellent! The tone and atmosphere of the spa was so relaxing. This was my first time here after my friend told me about it, and I will definitely be back! Much needed spa day, Thank you!

My wife and I had planned a 75 minute couples massage here. My first impressions were good however I was reserved due to the other negative comments. About 5 minutes into our massage I started questions my decision to use this spa as it was mediocre. Fast forward I truly believe the masseuses YouTubed how to give a massage. My wife informed me she had a similar feeling as we have never had a massage of this low quality. It felt as if they did not know what they were doing. They were unprofessional and loud during the massage. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend getting a massage here. After the massage ended I looked at my watch and saw we had only gotten a 50 minute massage( no big deal, I was getting upset anyway). When I go to pay, the front desk informed me that I had to write down all my card info due to them having machines down. I Now have to trust that my card information will be handled properly…. On a blank piece of paper.

Wonderful date at the spa! The staff was all friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were nice. I enjoyed a quick sit in the dry sauna before my massage. Tae was my masseuse and I could feel her positive energy radiating. She felt my muscles for the knots and was able to work them out. I do not get massages but once in a few years but I will be coming back to see her when I receive another!

My wife and I got 75 minute Himalayan stone massages and they were great! Mokara is on par with other 5 star resort spas we've been to. Very nice locker rooms, friendly staff, and quality massages. Glad we have access to a quality spa without having to travel to an expensive resort.

My provider never showed up and was forced to reschedule. I was offer 25% off for my massage but I find it funny that if I had missed my appointment they would fully charge me. It’s a nice spot but if their massage providers are that unreliable, not worth the time/money of going. Just disappointing experience overall.

Amazing spa, clean, smells good and looks so pretty inside! Everyone is very helpful and was upbeat over our experience when we left, we had a relaxing time! We scheduled our appointment close to their closing time, but the ladies up front advised us to show up early to enjoy all of the amenities they offer so we could have the full experience. I appreciated that because I hadn’t looked at the website for their hours yet. Look at their website for sure, they also offer valet parking for appointments. The views are amazing with all of the windows they have, that was a favorite of mine. The lights in the lounge room are motion censored to your movement, so sometimes they might go off; but they have candles lit with every seat in there so it’s really nice to have. It gave it a relaxing feel. Cold water and hot teas were in the lounge area, with little snacks while we waited for our appointment time. Our massage therapists greeted us with a drink when it was time and spoke to us gently throughout the appointment. Truly a spa experience you have to try. We had hot showers, dry sauna in both locker rooms and the spa attendant is on it! She’s always restocking the spa swiftly and announced herself before coming into mens/women’s locker room, which is appreciated. We appreciate everyones part in our experience here, there’s no other spas that feel quite like this one!

Got covid the day of the massage so we called to reschedule the service and was told they won't reschedule but they are "willing to reduce the cost 50% of the service." Wow, thanks. If you think you might get sick at any point in the future then don't schedule with them, they'll take your money and you get nothing and cannot reschedule.

My husband gave me a gift card to this Spa about a year ago. I did have trouble booking online and over the phone in the past. However, recently I was able to book an appointment over the phone but not online. The young lady that answered the phone was resourceful and kind. I was indecisive about which facial I wanted but the young lady was still very patient with me. She provided me with additional information about all the facial and made suggestions based on what I told her I wanted. She also informes me that I would receive valet parking since I was very worried about where I would park. I eventually booked the Dermafacial with Jessica which was awesome. When I arrived to the hotel valet parking was fast and easy. The hotel is stunning. You have to take the elevator behind the fireplace and push the spa button. When I arrived at the Spa, it was gorgeous and smelled great. The receptionist gave me a tour and explained what I needed to do to get ready for my facial. The waiting area was also beautiful. Not long after I arrived to the waiting room, Jessica arrived and took me to the room where I would receive my facial. Jessica asked me a few additional questions about my skin and my concerns. She provided information about all the products she used as she was conducting the facial. When she was finished my skin was glowing. In addition, my skin has continued to progress since the facial. Some of my dark spots are still fading. She also informed me what to use on my face after the facial. I booked another appointment with Jessica.

What an amazing time. Went for a couples massage and had Jenny and Chasity. Magical 50 minutes! The locker room/bathroom is so nice and the Relaxation Lounge was so serene. Would definitely book again.
