I’ve always wanted to get a Brazilian done but was too scared to go through with it, until I met Molly. She immediately made me feel at ease, reassured me that not wanting to follow through with a full Brazilian was okay, was fun to talk to, good sense of humor, and always communicated with me before moving onto the next step. All around just an amazing person who made my first ever experience stress free. There were strips that hurt more than others but the pain really only lasts like 3-7 seconds tops and I haven’t felt a single thing since I walked out her door. Definitely book an appointment here if you want a good experience!

First time customer. Arrived 15 min early for my 11am, which most businesses appreciate. I was only allowed to use the restroom (had roaches) then asked to wait in my car. Service was quick but pricey and she missed quite a bit so I was back to shaving the next day.

I went here to get my Brazilian wax while I lived in Raleigh for the year. Molly always did a great job, made sure you were comfortable, and always made sure you were happy with the results. Sad that I have to leave Raleigh and have to find a new waxer! I definitely recommend booking your next Brazilian with Molly!

Let me first say that I have been to countless waxing places in the Triangle. None have provided me the service or level of comfort and ease that Molly's Wax Shop did. I made an appointment online - which was super easy and got a Sunday appointment which was amazing! Molly is also amazing - super nice and so friendly - which is so important for an appointment like this! My appointment was quick and for what it was relatively painless! Molly took her time and explained everything to me. I will never go anywhere else. Molly has a customer for life!

I decided to write a review since reviews are what convinced me to choose Molly’s for my first Brazilian wax. I impulsively decided to get a Brazilian on Monday, and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. I know everyone wants to hear about the pain, and in all honesty, it wasn’t nearly as bad as people make it out to be. Some strips were more painful than others, and it’s waxing - of course it doesn’t feel great. But I’d say the most painful strips were a 6 or 7/10 - the rest maybe a 4. Very tolerable and first time is the worst! Since it was my first time, she let me know there was no shame in not following through, but I had my mind set on getting it all off. I felt very comfortable the entire time, and thought the whole experience was almost fun! Molly is very communicative, professional, experienced, and serves as a light during a scary experience. I truly look forward to coming back!

I have seen Arianna about 4 times now (starting with my very first wax ever!) She has been nothing less than professional and kind every visit. She is efficient, yet effective, which is important for such a process! I sing the praises of waxing and especially of Molly's to anyone who will listen! Ladies why are you going anywhere else???? Molly is THE BEST at what she does. Her facility is clean, she is delightful, professional and gentle. I’ve been to three other “franchises” in the area that don’t even compare!!!! You get what you pay for. Molly’s services are sooooo worth it.

Molly was very professional and clean. She was able to get me in same day. She heard my concerns about having thin brows and fixed them to look full. I made another appointment for more services. I cannot stop looking at my brows in the mirror because they are so beautiful.

I've been going to Molly for years now, and there's no one I trust more than her when it comes to my bikini! She's thorough and a great conversationalist. The wax is relatively painless and I'm always incredibly happy with the results. Whether you're a first time waxer or a have been doing it for years, she always makes sure you're comfortable.

Just had my first wax here after going to the same person for 2 years and then moving away from that city. After a couple bad experiences with 2 different places locally a friend told me about Molly's! I had Arianna and she was amazing and made me feel very comfortable on top of giving a GREAT wax. I will definitely go back, highly recommend.

This place really upset me, I understand mainly women get their eyebrows done but I should not be pushed away because I am a man. This place is very Bias and it embarrassed me getting pushed away. This is so unfair and it’s 2019 people really should stop being this way. I hope great things for your company but shame on you for denying me because of my Gender

Molly is magic. I have never had such a positive experience with a wax. I’ve had good waxes and I’ve definitely had bad waxes, but I had never had a GREAT wax... until Molly’s Wax Shop. And I never thought I would say that about a bikini wax. Everything from the calm atmosphere and great products to the gentle but efficient wax was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone!

The ONLY reason I’m giving this a two star is because I would be a new client but to get a brow wax I have to add on a body service? Why would I trust you with my Brazilian if I can’t even see what your skills are with brows? I just moved here and have heard really good things about this place but that’s just silly. I used to work for a brow bar and not taking new brow wax clients is just turning away easy money.
