I was there for a polish manicure. The technician paint my nails too quickly so she left many bubbles in the polish layer. my polish start getting messy while I’m still at the place and she blamed me for messing it up. But the fact is that it was done way too quickly. She rushing thru everything. The price is nice but the service isn’t great. You get what you pay for.

Been a customer since 2020. Spa Pedicure is the best. They are so friendly and do such a great job. Would never go anywhere else.

Gel nails lasted less than a week. They are starting to chip and peel already. Gel nails typically last me at least 3-4 weeks. Will not be going back here next time.

Ive been here a few times for mani pedis, both regular nail polish and gelish. Decent prices, friendly staff. I’ve brought my daughter twice and they’re very sweet with her. My only request is that they have quick drying nail polish available. Due to the multiple layers of polish, regular nail polish is still fragile hours after the manicure. Best part? The free neck and shoulder massage. Heavenly.

Worst manicure I’ve ever received. Nails were filed unevenly and nail polish was left all over my fingers. Nail polish was also not painted smoothly or evenly on nails. When asked to clean them up, she gave me an attitude and barely fixed them. I need to go elsewhere to get them redone. Do not go here!!

The whole team here is AMAZING. They always do a flawless on my nails and are so kind. They've stayed around late to make sure I could hang out in the shop during a rain storm and eventually get home safely. I've also left personal items at the salon and they've held onto them and returned them to me. All around wonderful people with the kindest hearts <3

I been coming here for years and never did a review . lol unbelievable : so let me get this review done because they deserve 5 stars!!! Let’s get started by saying I love getting my feet done here yes I do!! I get my feet done here by Maylene & Jessie. Their service is beyond great. They go above and beyond when they do my feet. They take their time , their massage game is on point as well! Their massage is the best. For the ladies they will put your hair up with a pin and massage your neck / back / arms . Omg it’s the best I’m telling you. Feels so Good you will recommend the shop to add full body massages to their menu lol. I recommend the both of these ladies to anyone for sure. You could come in having a bad day they going to make sure they take care of you & you will definitely walk out with a smile and great work done from what ever service they have provided to you. I would love to give 5 stars to silky as well the owner. She always takes good care of me as well when ever I need service done in her shop. You may even walk by her shop she would wave “hello” :) She so sweet , kind , caring , & of course beautiful. Silky you hired a great team In your shop, keep them forever. Oh yeah let’s talk about the rest of the crew in here when I walk in :) . The rest of the ladies give warm greetings when you enter their store. I asked for a dip manicure and my nail tech seemed very sweet but she made the dip way too thick. She also did not trim my cuticles or really prep my nail beds besides applying acetone. I tried telling her multiple times the dip looked too thick and she insisted she wasn’t finished…even when she was it looked such a mess. Very annoyed and won’t be coming back here

The staff here is very nice but this pedicure experience was enough to not bring me back. After asking why it came out this way, the nail tech said it was because of the polish. I’ve never seen nail polish dry this way and that should mean me getting the opportunity to get them redone or something, but instead she put a top coat and sent me off. I will now have to get them redone elsewhere. Disappointed!

best budget nail salon in this part of brooklyn. i love coming to mom's, all the techs are unbelievably sweet. you can't beat the price ($13 for a manicure) and for what it is (a budget manicure) you truly can't beat the service. i go at least once a month. the best!!

update: I've been coming here for five months -- the last 3 time's i've been have had so many issues, finally culminating in the worst pedicure i've ever received -- the technician destroyed my nails. I'm not returning. ---- They are so absolutely sweet. Two visits here and unlike many other salons, they don’t make you feel like voicing your preferences (or corrections) is a burden! Admittedly not the best attention to detail but if you don’t mind giving them some pointers it’ll turn out great. Great selection of colors, great prices. Tip well! Edit: I forgot to mention how amazing the massage is at the end! They beat out any masseuse!
