Made the appointment online for 11:30am but waited outside for 40 minutes for my appointment to start. She didn’t know what I was there for and begins to prep for flat ironing even though I asked for a curly cut, provided reference and inspo pictures, AND included a comment that I wanted layers and bangs. My bangs were cut so short that they don’t even reach the middle of my forehead, and I didn’t get the layers I had asked for/provided. Disappointed and will not be returning.

2 stars because the service was great, but they operate sketchy.. I called in for a walk-in appointment to get a silk press, I was super glad I was able too. A lot of salons don’t do walk ins so that was great. My hair looked good and the stylist did great work. My total for the silk press was 160 after tip which I thought was over priced but whatever, I signed and walked out. Later I charged my card $190 which gets me very upset on how you could make that mistake after I signed the iPad. Reached out they refunded me the $30 quickly but it just doesn’t sit right that they tried to charge extra. No apologies or explanations ether. What if I never noticed? Will not be going back.

Deja did a great job! My hair looks amazing and my curls lasted for days! I also felt safe as far as coronavirus goes. Deja and I were the only ones in the studio and I was the first client of the day. We were both wearing masks. The studio says they only allow two stylist at a time.
