This is the most unprofessional salon I have ever came across in my life! I stopped by multiple times to get my eyes brows done and every time I do so they looked at me in a discriminating manner and then looked at each other and whispered something in their own language and refused me. that was very rude and unprofessional!!! The only reason I went there is because the super for the building where my store is told me the owner and him are good friends. This is very bad and I hope the owner sees this and you all learn to be more courteous to your customers You truly did lost a good paying one!

Monaco Salon & Spa is not concerned about you health and safety. Monaco Salon & Spa has remained opened during the covid 19 health crisis. Hiding behind locked closed doors when the police come. How clean could Monaco Salon & Spa be if they hide behind locked doors and don't care about infecting their clients?q

the light skin short spanish lady did my hair lovely and didn’t burn my hair. the price is ridiculous though. they must have saw me coming. $40 for wash and blow dry plus conditioning. that’s obsurd for a not so upscale place. i’ll never come back for that reason. usually i pay $40 for cut included. and as i just saw the prices afterwards when i got home it clearly states $25 plus $5 for deep conditioning so they basically ripped me off.

ONEYDA did my natural hair. Although there was a small communication barrier it worked out as best it could. She didn’t understand as a black woman with natural coarse hair that using a small teeth comb isn’t going to be good for my hair or my pain tolerance. I had to keep my hair in braids to go through the hair washing process. Which they also didn’t understand. After the wash I got it blow dried and that costed thirty-five dollars instead of the listed price of twenty-five. My hair came out straight like I wanted. I wrapped it for about twenty minutes then combed it down myself.

Bem, eu estava procurando um local para lavar e secar o cabelo, encontrei esse salão. Fui bem atendida e o servico foi bem rapido. Nao eh um salão top, mas eh muito bom, organizado. Se voce estiver hospedado nas proximidades, eu recomendo.
