Had my first visit yesterday (12/14) and everything from the environment to the service was amazing!!! My stylist, Miranda, made sure I was confident in my decision, educated me on the important parts of the service I was getting and was extremely personable. I left the salon feeling 10x better than when I walked in, with healthy beautiful new hair. I will 100% be back and I recommend this salon and most importantly Miranda! Thanks Monaco :)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. after spending at least $1000 per visit and more when buying hair. The thread failed 4 s times in a 3 month period. Had them completely redone assured problem fixed. Failed 3 weeks later requested a credit for the services 3 weeks ago and instead of being repaired, start over with a new stylist. They said no finding a new place. their customer service is terrible tried reaching a decision making manager. No go. I will post records of my receipts for the past 2 years. they claim to have a warranty. UPDATE: I emailed a copy of the review to the salon. A real manager called me back. She said that because of the review they were not even willing to repair their poor work... She implied the repair was a favor. I kept asking her if they warranty their services her response was they didn't want to continue the relationship. BEWARE: They charge double what other salons charge. NO WARRANTY. will file complaint with better business bureau. their services have failed 4 times. No customer service. Do not deal with Krista KC Demiras Isabella I really don’t have the time or care to respond to all of their lives. However they record all of their phone conversations. And if I want to go to court there’s recordings of four times they had to repair my hair and them saying they would not even repair it never mind all I did was ask them to redo the work with another stylist and not charge me for the services offered to buy new hair and get color.. There is also recording of them stating they had a problem with a bad batch of thread and it was happening to everyone. I bared with them on that and another thousand dollars a month later then saying they have new thread. I’m back in there for a service that should last three months terribleI All I have to say is always pay with a credit card. American Express is best. But you can always get your money back.

Best place to get your extensions. I have been researching places, people and techniques for over a year now and I made the decision to go with Monaco Salon because they checked all the boxes! Kristi (the owner) is amazing, professional and super cool, I am hooked to this place now!

Krista /Owner of Monaco is probably one of the most amazing stylist of our time!! That is saying a lot since I’ve had my hair done with the best in NYC & Worldwide. As a 80’s Super-Model I’m very picky about my hair… as well as my looks & even more so as the years pass. Now as a Structual Engineer & CGC worldwide 🌎 Though I still do ads for top cosmetic companies plus I have a new Vogue cover coming out in 2025. It’s important to stay on top of my game in a world where “Age & Beauty” reigns… Krista & the unbelievably talented stylist that Krista hires to work in her salons truly have you walking out of the Salon & you feel you like you just shot your first Vogue Magazine Cover-it’s that Incredible… Listen don’t take my word for it, Go experience it for yourself and I’d better be ready for competition because you’ll emerge from the Salon feeling like a Supermodel…. Sometimes I’ve just had a simple wash & blowout with pretty much all of the stylist at the Bay to Bay location. Forget that number 23 in the USA the ratings say I’m telling you they are number One in my book!!! Get your hair colored by Virginia or Laura or Hallie But if your fortunate you get the Owner Krista who I can’t say enough about that woman & honestly every stylist they have at the Bay to Bay salon is incredible!!! I think every single stylist at a station or being trained my Krista to soon be at their own station is under the watchful & skillful incredible Eye of KRISTA/Owner…This woman is Incredible & I would Know …but don’t just take my word go book an appointment & I can promise you will emerge feeling quite beautiful & the Men you’ll feel quite Handsome.. If your hair just needs something to make you feel great about yourself again, their extension department which is Krista the Owner’s secret weapon btw, I’ve watched people come in but when they walked out… OMG I just am in awe that after NYC & now relocating my new company to Florida that this Diamond of Salon’s worldwide is here in Tampa Florida WOW & WOW .. You will never look the same but incredible will be your new image….Trust This, I don’t like to do reviews but as a CEO, I feel as a Commercial Builder worldwide & a supermodel (now that is a tongue twister). lol But I leave Monaco Salon & just feel incredible….They are just that good, plus you will love everyone at the Salon especially the women who run the front reception like Taylor She is amazing but ALL and I mean ALL at Monaco are incredible but front desk will make it work and get you an appointment!!! I Just can’t say enough about this Salon and all the stylist there with Krista/Owner as the reigning Queen…♥️♥️ Trust This…. You’ll never go back to another Salon after one time having your hair done at Monaco… They are truly that good!! Trust That!!! Respectfully Tina💋

Kaysie Soto & Laura Foulkes at Monaco Salon off Bay to Bay in Tampa, Florida are by far the best hair wizards in the hair industry. To start, I have extremely thin hair and it breaks the minute I comb it or pull it back in a ponytail. The saying, “you always want what you don’t have,” has been my reality when it came to my hair. I have always been self conscious about my hair appearance especially in social media. All of my family pics consists of me wearing hats or my hair up in a ponytail. I have always felt invisible for most of my adult life until I finally decided to invest in me. I have always been a huge skeptic of hair extensions especially after 20 + years of horrific salon nightmares and people saying my hair was too thin so I never thought it was even an option.In late 2023, I started doing lots of research and visited with Monaco Salon. After two consults i did it, I made the decision to get hair extensions in December of 2023. Fast forward, that was by far the best decision I made, outside of my husband and kids. Kaysie and Laura observed and listened to me, they asked so many questions and most importantly they understood me! 18 months have passed and I can happily say I love me again, I am 51 years old and I’m finally living. My family, friends and colleagues have seen such a positive difference in me and my confidence. Kaysie and Laura thank you for making me love me again. You will never know how much I appreciate you both.

Virginia has changed my life. I now have beautiful long blonde, and full head of hair and I feel beautiful everytime. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't find Virginia at Monaco salons. My daughter and I love our visits. ❤️

I have been seeing Krista for over 3 years now, she’s absolutely amazing. Everyone I’ve encountered at the salon are very friendly & professional. Krista has been doing my extensions and recently my vlight extensions. I’ve walked out every time feeling like a new woman & so pretty!!! I cannot recommend this place enough. Top notch all the way around.

Virginia has been doing my extensions for a few months now, and I am absolutely in love with how they look! My hair looks full and healthy! Virginia goes above and beyond, and if there's anything I want tweaked or changed last minute, she is always happy to do it. She is amazing!

Called in and asked if they did Brazilian knot method and whoever answered the phone was very condescending and very shrugish you can say, you can hear how snobby and rude by her tone was … very unpleasant to hear especially also being told that the salon only accepts their brand of hair and they don’t allow any other type of hair to be re-installed. Never even heard of MONACO for them to be acting like they are on the level of Bellami 😂😂😂😂 like cmon now I’m from Miami and not even Miami be treating other inquiring clients like if they have 5star rated hair 🤡 Please be aware of who calls and how you guys be treating your new or returning clients. Very big turn off. Def not recommended if you have any questions and you just moved here to Tampa, they don’t even have good reviews at that. So it shows something

Krista did my sew in extensions and is amazing. Will always come back. But her assistant is the reason I’ll always come back (I can’t remember her name :(((( sweet soft spoken girl) she is so gentle. Whenever she removed my extensions literally close to no hair was pulled or cut. Absolutely AMAZING!!! Love her. Will only want that assistant to touch my hair!! Deserves a raise!!! On the other hand… i booked last minute and a diff assistant took out my extensions since I was a last min appt. She was so terrible ripped so much hair out of my head when I saw it on the floor I wanted to cry ..I was not only sad but pisses off. I didn’t reaply my extensions since that day bc I was so stressed out by how agressive she was and how much hair I lost. I wish I took a picture I was in shock. Anyways !! Book with Krista and her soft spoken assistant !!! Them 2 are the only way I’ll come back!!!

It’s always an amazing experience visiting my girl Hallie! I highly recommend her for any / all your extentions needs! Her work just magical, the whole process from color to cut So. On. Point do not go anywhere else as the results are so beautifully realistic! I can’t express how wonderful the girls are at Monaco.. and also a shout out to Brielle .. who is always so welcoming and sweet! Can’t wait to see you both again soon!

I’ve been working with Krista and Hallie, who are amazing! I’ve never had hand tied extensions before and wanted them for my wedding in February. Krista guided me through my first appointment and actually made me reschedule so that my hair would look amazing for as long as possible since I was leaving for 2 weeks after the wedding. I needed a little guidance so I appreciated it so much! I’m absolutely addicted to my long hair and everyone is convinced it’s real. I don’t think I’ll ever go back, BUT, if I did choose to go back I know my hair would look exactly like it did before the extensions. Krista took such good care of my hair while doing the installation that it was literally the same when I went to my appointment to move them up. If you’re looking to try extensions or just a new place to go, Monaco is definitely the place. Ask for Krista and Hallie! Pictures of the front and back with extensions and the only before picture I have before the install. Edit: 2 years later and I finally replaced my old extensions with new seamless ones. Love how the extensions let my natural hair grow so much, Thank you Hallie!

My girl Hallie did her thing last night again, per usual. Hallie is honestly the best hair dresser I’ve ever had by far. She’s not only so professional and talented, but she’s a wonderful person and friend. We started with 22 inch extensions and this year upgraded to 26 inch extensions and I love them so much. My girl Hallie is a keeper and I don’t mind driving over an hour to see her. 5/5, would definitely recommend.

I wanted to take some time to tell everyone about Alexa. She is highly skilled and will make sure that your hair looks amazing, and exactly how YOU want it. I was wanting to go from a dark blonde to almost full platinum. She was very transparent about how we could get it there in one session, or do it over a couple sessions to maintain the integrity and health of my hair. She went over pricing with me up front to make sure she was meeting my goals within my budget. Once we started drying it, I noticed it wasn't as light as the pictures I showed her, which I was fine with since I knew it this would be a process. It was still a light, very beautiful color (I even had her write down the formula she used for another time), but she said something about it immediately. She reassured me it would be no problem for her to tone and wash it again to get it exactly the way it looked in my inspo pics. With all the foils I needed, my girl put in work that day, but it came out perfect. My hair has never looked this good. :) She is literally one of the sweetest human beings on the planet. Easy to talk to, is always in a bubbly mood, and makes it a relaxing and fun experience. You can tell she is very passionate about her work, and truly cares about her clients and their happiness. She has also installed extensions on me a few times and is always extremely gentle. I never feel sore during or afterwards. They have amazing extensions at Monaco. They never itch! The salon has a wonderful selection of Paul Mitchell and Kerastase products. All the staff at Monaco I've spoken to have been so kind and professional. You can tell they are like family and very supportive of one another. The vibes there are so good. I cannot recommend Monaco Hair Salon enough!

I went to Monaco 3 times (diff people each time and loved each stylist). One for a full (may), second time for a cut and toner (Aug. because my hair was so damaged after I got it colored…) and then in October for a partial highlight. After my hair was colored for the last time in October I had to go back to get them to cut off the pieces in the front that were basically fried off. And noticed significant damage at my crown. I have been getting my hair colored blonde for a decade and this has never happened to me. I take extremely good care of my hair so it was really awful. I probably paid $1,400 between all services to be left with probably 2/3 the amount of hair I used to have, and significant damage on my front framing pieces which has really affected my confidence. I loved the stylists as people but I can’t come back… if you are blonde I would probably try somewhere else. I am shocked this is the #1 rated salon. If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it , this was a total waste of money and now I have to wait probably a year of extremely diligent and extensive bonding treatments to get my hair back to it’s starting point. This is an amazing salon , beautiful and with an amazing staff . I have been coming to Kaysie for my extensions for 3 years and I love how natural and beautiful they look . Monaco Salon is the very best !
