Came in with home-manicured natural coffin shaped nails that I wanted color on and left with very short, fat nails. Since my nails only needed polish, I didn’t think I had to tell her not to file them down, but my left hand was gone before I even noticed. Kinda bummed two months of nail growth and my pretty shape is gone. This dip was $60.

it costs $25 to take off 8 nails…already had two nails that fell off on their own. Overpriced as hellll it costs $10 at any other salon. $15 MAX. they are scammers.

Five days after my acrylic manicure, my nails started falling off. I went back, and they charged me to fix it. I kept showing them how other nails were also coming off, but they couldn’t care less. Two days later, another one came off. I’ve been getting my nails done for years, and this is the first time I’ve had such an experience. Super disappointing. I might as well have glued them on with home glue. The staff is on a high horse, not willing to listen to you. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience—super disappointing.

Omg the service was so ridiculous i wish there was zero star Extremely rude staff i went along with my husband for pedicure and told her that i want to remove dead skin under my feet she says it is extra $15 i said ok but you never told me about that in beginning or in between when you are doing pedicure and she says we don’t do it , after she applied nail paint she never dried it i asked you don’t use machine to dry nail paint she said not in this service $47 for single pedicure i was surprised, after that i went to make payment i asked for receipt they say we are out of receipt paper and may have to wait 15 min to get paper receipt what a surprise and then she replied we don’t have any service receipt i was so surprised and then she says you make it so difficult omg what a customer service they don’t want to give receipt for service they offered and not know what they are doing.These kind of business should be checked in our neighborhood and not allowed to do any business because they are just doing scaming innocent people.

They did an amazing job - although it was more than I’ve paid for a mani-pedi before. $45 for gel manicure and $75 for gel pedicure. I am going on my honeymoon and wanted my nails done so I booked an appointment. Unfortunately the lady that does detail work (I’d wanted a tropical flower design) was not there and the other specialists couldn’t (even though I showed them a a few different pictures on Pinterest of varying difficulties and a YouTube tutorial video). I guess it’s probably good to know your limits as a nail artist to ensure a happy customer. Even though the design and colors weren’t what I originally planned, they did a very nice job and I’m satisfied with the quality. Bui Nguyen was extremely detail oriented and took extra care to make sure the nail polish went on my toes perfectly. The stylist who did my finger nails seemed a little stressed out and rushed the process. I could tell her mind was somewhere else, and I felt bad asking questions or making conversation while she was working. They both worked on my nails and feet at the same time (which limited my ability to use my hands - for reading or messaging on my phone) and finished the job in 1hr30mins. In the future I recommend asking their cost up front, since it isn’t advertised when you walk in or on their website. Also be aware that if you go in to get a mani-pedi, you may not be able to complete any social/work related/reading activities and the entire experience will be focused on getting your nails done.

Extremely expensive for the quick pedicure that I received! The nail polish also began to peel after day two. What was even worse was the dirty floor and surrounding!

I came in ask for a mani/Pedi and to remove Dip powder. The mani was okay!! The assistant complimented how beautiful my natural nails are and ask if I wanted to put the dip back on, when I told her No, she half way remove all the dip because I would not let her use that drill she said it takes to long then looked at my nails and said you don’t need a mani slapped some all on and said all the powder is removed. Said to say I went out of town and while away my nails began to crack and split because the powder was peeling off when I called them they told me to come in upon my arrival as usual they pretended to not understand what I was saying until I said take this stuff off my nails or give me my money back then they understood well!! This is typical of the people in these nail places I will never go to this place again. They are so sneaky and dirty it’s sad.

Regularly stop by for gel and regular mani/pedis. Surprisingly even regular manicures and good quality here (at other nail spa’s they tend to rush you out with a regular manicure). Four stars because I like the ambience, options, and quality on a good day. I have been asked to wait longer on days they are busy (despite having an appt).

Say they accept walk in's but don't keep enough staff. They just let $300 walk out the door. Won't be going back here. I cant understand how they stay open.

Thao is the best for waxing! Location is convenient, salon is clean, staff are professional. Appointments are easy to get on short notice. What more could you want?

Had the worst experience today. My friend and I went in for both a mani and pedi. The ladies were rude and super inconsiderate. Literally every polish we chose was out and not available. I ended up just doing French bc I was so annoyed. The girl doing my pedicure ran the drill over my skin and when I pulled my foot back in pain, she asked if I was ok. No, I’m not okay bc you just buzzed the skin off my toe!! My friend was pregnant and they didn’t offer her a pillow or the remote to the massage chair. Probably the last time I’ll go here and sadly it was one of my favorites.

I always get a haircut with either Duc or Hang, and they always give the best haircuts. They are always friendly, very skilled, and are awesome to work with. Would highly recommend!

I had been to salon once before and had a fantastic experience, this time the pedicure was great. The person doing my manicure files the nail beds so much one of them she went down to the skin and it bled! Then she said thin nails. They weren’t thin until she kept filing them. Now they are so thin they are breaking half way done the nail! She ruined my nails

So I've been going here for many years now ever since they opened but as the years go by I've noticed the decline in service doesn't match the increase in prices. Today I waited 2.5 for my nails to be done It was touched by 4 different people because they couldn't decide who will do my nails. Other people who came later than me was attended to. They are quite lucky I'm a very patient customer. A customer (caucasian) who came in not even 20 minutes that started complaining was immediately given attention to so she had to rush my nails. Many occasions they have made me wait and even made my toes bleed in one of my visits but I never complained. Next time I will set a timer and even videoy experience. The attached photos is proof that I was rushed that she didnt even have time to clean my nails properly. Is this $105 worth? I DON'T think so. By the way, the last time I was here I was charged $100 for the same exact service no difference in what I did except the nail color. I still left a tip of $15 despite the bad service, wait and somewhat favouring treatment of others first. I don't usually put reviews like this but I was really upset.

This review is for their gel mani and pedi service. The 3 star rating is because you don’t know whether you are going to get a good service or a really average service. Been here few time and it’s always been a hit or a miss. The first couple times were really good. The gel lasted longer. But the last two times I visited, I got a really bad service. The person who was doing my manicure started applying a wrong color. I picked #104 I believe. She brought #4. When I pointed that out and told the number, she kept justifying LOUDLY that it was in fact 104 that she was applying. I had asked her if I can show it to her on the color menu. Then she said oh yeah, it’s a different number. No apology, nothing. (Dont remember if that’s the exact number but it was along those lines) She moved on to finish the mani pretty quickly and was also loud about requesting tip. And in just 1.5 weeks, my nails started chipping. For this price point, I’d expect the gel polish to last at least 2 weeks. There are cheaper salons around where your nails can easily last 2 weeks. Would have given only 2 stars. But making it 3 for the two very nice ladies who had done a great job before

Best Nail Salon experience ever. I rarely get my nails done, until this past September when I decided to get a mani pedi at Monaco Hair and Nails and was incredibly impressed with the customer service and specialty in nail designs! I tried dip powder nails for the first time here and have been coming back ever since. I always leave the salon feeling relaxed and cared for and the girls are always a lot of fun. Will keep coming back!

The salon is clean and in excellent condition. The cost does not match the level of service. I asked for square shaped nails/fill, and the manicurist DID NOT LISTEN. I hate the outcome and it was VERY EXPENSIVE. The pedicure was also mediocre considering the cost.
