Best experience ever! I did morpheous8 on my chin/cheeks about 4 months ago and I’m loving the results. Dr. Barrueta works miracles! I would also recommend her face washing products, like the gentle foam wash and collagen. I can tell the difference under my eyes! Definitely a confidence boost.

Highly recommend!! Very professional, meticulous, and informative. I am not necessarily a "spa girl" and was a bit apprehensive before first visit, but I immediately felt comfortable upon arrival because of the overall demeanor of the staff. Absolutely thrilled with results and love their products as well. Will definitely be returning for sure!

I have had several procedures done here at Monaco MedSpa. Including Hair PRP, Botox, Morpheus8 on my face, neck, eyes, and abdomen, under-eye filler and skin care consultations. People say I look 15 years younger after virtually falling apart due to being 52 years old and getting Long Covid starting two years ago. Everyone i know says, Monaco is the best medical spa in Miami, and i just had to go find out for myself. They were absolutely right! All the 5 Star reviews are the real deal! Best cosmetic doctor I've ever seen in practice. I highly recommend this place for the best quality procedures, top notch service and unbelievable long lasing results.

Monaco Med Spa is by far the BEST! This place is TOP NOTCH, so don’t look further. If you want to enhance your beauty by the VERY BEST, Dr. Barrueta I suggest you call. I guarantee you will be happy and see true results using only the finest medical supplies, equipment, techniques. There are NO GIMMICKS! Dr. Barrueta is a licensed doctor and is very honest and humble. She takes the time to hear your concerns and wishes and will only recommend what you will need. Her Botox is pure, not watered down like many places and so are her lip fillers. I had a previous experience at another place in which they didn’t put the lip fillers correctly and Dr. Barrueta noticed that my lips were not even and she brought it to my attention. I mentioned that I wanted more lip fillers because my fillers were not lasting. I was getting injected 1 syringe every 6 months. Obviously, it was watered down- I immediately noticed the difference when Dr. Barrueta was injecting- the liquid (filler) felt thick unlike before at the other place. With this being said, her lip fillers AUTHENTIC just like her Botox. My husband got Botox 2 weeks and looks better than ever! A forever client!! The first time I visited here I had a great consultation where the Dr. went into detail on what she was going to do and why she recommended the amount of Botox and why she thinks it would be good in each place. I really appreciated the time and effort she took to consult with me instead of just going in with injections. I loved my results and it was the most long lasting round of Botox I have ever had (I’ve gone to many a med spa in both Miami and Los Angeles). I’ve been back to see Dr. Barrueta again and have referred friends there who have also had great results. Love it here !!

I had the morpheus8 done with Dr.barrueta. I was nervous to get it done with the stuff I did online. However, Dr.barrueta did an amazing job leaving me looking like myself but younger. I'm so happy with my results and the doctor and I think we don't need to do another one. I also did it on my abdomen and it made my abs shine through. Amazing spa and facility 10/10 recommend Monaco MedSpa!

Very happy with this place. First time there did botox. Loved how she shaped my eyebrows, got rid of my frown lines and how long it lasted. Went back to see Dr. Barrueta about maybe getting a Morpheus and she recommended fillers instead because she said my face needed volume. I am so glad I listened to her because my face looks amazing. She puts filler in places where you can't tell you have filler but I looked sculpted and young again. Thank you for your honesty Dr. Barrueta and thank you for making me feel beautiful again.

Dr. Barruetta is simply amazing!! She is detailed, takes so much time evaluating you, explaining the products that will best suit you, makes sure you are comfortable, goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is as pain free as possible. The facility is beautiful and her staff friendly and attentive. I had PDO thread lift with Botox. I will definitely be back to complete a few more little things we left for my next visit. Jeanette is amazing! I had lip migration from another clinic, and she was able to still give filler in the proper locations without me having to dissolve at all at this time, which I was not ready for. She has so much knowledge and experience. I’m really thankful to have met her and plan on only going to her in the future!
