I have been going here for almost a year now. Mandi does my nails and let me tell you they always come out amazing!! I have never been disappointed. Bathroom is always clean and the place smells amazing. Great music playing and super cute decor. Angela the salon owner is always so sweet. Thank you ladies for a great experience everytime!

I have been to Monarch a couple of times now and I love my experience everytime. Angela is AMAZING at hair color. She did a color consultation with me and spent time on really listening to what I wanted. I currently have a color that fits my skin tones. I was looking for a different look and she did not disappoint. I am in love with my hair! I also go to Amanda (Nails by Mandi) located inside Monarch Salons by Angela. I usually get the same thing but anytime I ever feel like changing it up, Amanda always has great ideas. I am editing my review to show my newest set.

I worked with the salon’s aesthetician, Andrea, and received sugaring on my upper lip and underarms, a back facial, and foot detox. It was my first time receiving sugaring, and Andrea did a great and thorough job removing the hairs without being too uncomfortable. The back facial left my back very smooth and soft; and the foot detox felt very cleansing overall. I thoroughly enjoyed all the services, as Andrea is great at what she does and has a fun and vibrant nature. The salon overall is very nice and has a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place and Andrea’s services; I myself will certainly return for future aesthetics needs!

Monarch was recommended by a family friend who was extremely happy with the service she got there. My mom is 90 and had a wonderful experience when she got her hair cut and permed. I was so impressed I made an appointment for a wash and trim the next day. This will be our salon from here on out. Angela, Lori and Amanda are all so friendly and customer service oriented. You will be so pampered. I can't wait for my next appointment.

WORST HAIR COLOR EVER!!! I was referred by a co worker and decided to give this place a try despite me living over an hour away. Had to schedule a consultation where I showed pictures and was reassured by Angela that she could do what I wanted with no problem. A week later I arrived for my appointment where I again showed her the picture and explained what I was wanting….. again she said it was “no problem super easy”. 4.5 hours later and her telling me “oh next time we’ll get you that cooler blonde you want” on top of that my total was 225. I left a 25 dollar tip all to see my card was charged an extra 20 dollars. The next day I texted Angela telling her my hair was literally orange and not at all what we discussed. All she offered me was ANOTHER toner! No apology for knowing she didn’t delivery, no offering to fix, no partial refund, no customer service skills at all! Just a response of “no refund policy….. I can use a stronger toner”. a stronger toner when you already used TWO won’t fix it last…… SO DISAPPOINTED! Don’t waist your money here! Angela is clearly inexperienced and has zero idea how to run a business. Now i get why I had to sign a waiver not to sue 🤣

Angela was super patient with my son and made sure to ask him questions to make sure he got exactly what he wanted. She even pulled up pictures so he could find the look he wanted. Highly recommend her and we'll definitely be back for his next one!! I also had my hair done by her and she took me from a dark brown to a vibrant peacock color combination and it came out amazing!! My hair isn't damaged, it's super soft and the color is so beautiful! If you are looking for a color expert who isn't afraid of bright colors... she's your girl!!!

I am very particular about my long, silvering hair. She has been very generous with her time, letting me ask her a gazillion questions about shampoo, conditioner and other products. I am totally following all of her advice and get nothing but compliments about my hair!

I go to Amanda of Nails By Mandi located in Monarch Salons and love her. My nails always look great and always last at least 3-4 weeks and honestly I could probably even go longer. She takes her time and always provides great service and work. Always a relaxing experience being there. She recently let me add my son on to my appointment to get his nails painted before the holidays and he loved them and was showing them off to everyone. My mom doesn't get her hair done often but wanted to before a trip and had her hair done by Angela and had nothing but good things to say and whenever she wants her nails done too she loves to go to Amanda! 10/10 and will recommend this salon to everyone I come across.

I got my hair done by Mariah, and she’s just the best! Not only do I feel like my wants were heard, but she knew EXACTLY what I wanted. Her chair is one of the most inviting places and she is welcoming to everyone while still being professional. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

I recently got my hair done by Angela with Monarch and I am in love! She not only clearly knows what she is doing and how to work with curly hair - but you can tell that she enjoys it! She was creative and passionate about her craft and it made me feel being there was not a chore but real self care! I will definitely be going back.

The people were fun & friendly. At first you would think this place would be uptight and somewhere inside voices were kept at very low volume, but then you see the employess & realize that this is an undercover hip place. The girls are tattooed and chatty. Maybe redecorate the salon to reflect this and market your salon to a specific type for a great place to go that won't judge you for your tattoos.
