Alyssa was absolutely amazing!! She took the time to understand exactly what I was asking for before even parting my hair for color! She made going to a new salon so much fun and anxiety free! I would definitely recommend any stylist in this salon if you can't get in with her!

I went to MonCiel because I had gotten my hair done by Nikki while she was at Paul Mitchell. After she graduated she started working at MonCiel so when i decided to go from my blonde highlights to full red i of course reached back out to nikki and she set up a consultation with Alyssa so we could create a game plan to get me to my desired color. Alyssa and Paris were both so kind and immediately made me feel like we’ve known each other forever and were all about getting me my dream hair. Alyssa did amazing work after I told her i wanted to go red but didn’t want to have my hair feel fried or dead. We decided to bleach everything to get an even color all around and she made sure she kept my hair feeling and looking amazing. This entire team is so kind and has so much knowledge and they do an amazing job at explaining what would be best to get a desired look. i will never trust anyone with my hair as much as i trust Nikki Paris and of course my girl Alyssa

I’ve displayed the before and after so you can see the results 🥹 Honestly I couldn’t say more positive things. Taylor was my stylist and I can promise that I will continue going to her. Not only because she was so incredibly kind but also because she was knowledgeable and honest about what expectations I should have. She nailed it!!! I can’t express anymore gratitude! She has been in the industry for a good amount of time and you can really see that from the results! The entire team was lovely and even helped Taylor finish off my hair so she could start with her client as my hair took longer than anticipated! The atmosphere was lovely 10/10 recommend.

I have found my salon! Paris and her team are brillant, kind, and so creative! They took all my ideas and made it fit me and my vibe! I never went without a drink in my hand and a smile on my face. I HIGHLY recommend coming here and will be returning!

Loveeee coming here! The girls slay EVERY TIME 👏👏👏. From the moment I walk in, it gives pampered vibes ✨🥰 This time I was serviced by Alyssa and she really impressed me with her level of professionalism. She truly cared and made sure to make my inspo pics a reality 💕 she was thorough and super sweet during the entire process. She exceeded my expectations for the blonding I came in for. I am absolutely loving my mane!! 🤍🤍 Highly recommend MonCiel for blonding, or even just for pampering 😉

I’ve been going to Paris’ salon for about 4 years and absolutely love it! She does amazing work, is professional and keeps a clean salon. All the staff are super friendly. I’ve never walked away disappointed with how my hair turned out. Highly recommend!!!!

Paris has been my hair dresser since the beginning of 2017! She was the first hair dresser to ever cut my hair to where i wasn’t crying and upset after! I found her again through social media and have been with her ever since and now even my children go to her! She has done highlights, balayage, hair cuts, extensions, blow outs, curls. She does it all and i will always recommend and refer someone over to her salon!! She’s absolute amazing and every other hair dresser there I’ve meet are amazing aswell!

I have been going to Paris for a few years now and I’m always happy leaving the place! First off, it’s so pretty inside and the staff there are super friendly. They’re very helpful and ask questions to make sure you get what you want. Just a wonderful experience all around!

I saw the reviews on this place were amazing and welcoming and "lavish" and I thought I’d come here and treat myself with this experience & get my hair fixed but I felt the complete opposite with the stylist I ended up with. To begin, I was greeted by a welcoming stylist, and was asked if I needed a drink, which was a great start. When it came to the hair experience my stylist she didn’t seem hopeful or positive with me or my hair so it was already un-encouraging and then barely interacted with me unless she had to, but talked with everyone else. For the most part I was asking for advice on my hair and she didn't know what to do so every time would ask Paris for what to do and it was kind of weird cause then I would have preferred someone who was sure of what to do. Even when it was time to do anything with me she'd quietly consult first with Paris. I kept being told that since my hair was box dyed what I wanted was not possible when I’ve seen hundreds of examples after the fact of it being done. I wish I could had more reliable advice here. When applying the stuff, she was kind of speedy with it and had dark dye around my face and told me I could just use something at home for that. She ended up throwing away my iced coffee I had just bought before coming in without asking first which was so disappointing because of my experience with her already. When she talked with me it was kind of in an abrupt tone and it just felt intimidating the whole time. Just felt like she could care less if I was even there. Towards the end I got to talk with everyone else at the salon which was a nice ending but I wish I had a nicer and more experienced stylist. The other stylists were Extremely nice and I wish I had them instead. This service and my results were not worth $300+ I would've loved my experience had I had a better stylist and service especially if I'm paying hundreds of dollars for being there.

BEST HAIR SALON EVER!!!! This place is a literal dream come true, talk about girl world! Every hairdresser is the sweetest and does the most amazing work. My girl is Ema and let’s just say i’ve never walked out of there not feeling my most confident best self. She truly works magic! All of the girls are constantly checking on you and making sure you’re good and not thirsty or hungry. I 1000% recommend this place! I’ve never felt so relaxed and happy at a hair salon before.

Everyone here is so sweet. Paris alway does an amazing job, I naturally have very dark hair and she never fails to get me blonde with minimal damage. I’ll never go anywhere else and can’t recommend them enough!

I have trust issues with people doing my hair, and to have found her (thankfully from a friend), I am eternally grateful. What Paris has created at Lavish is by far one of the BEST salon experiences ever. I always walk out feeling like a beautiful queen!

I have been seeing Paris for my hair for around 6 years. She is an absolutely QUEEN! Her salon is absolutely beautiful, her staff is amazing, and she slays my hair EVERY time. She has brought me from box dyed black hair to blonde multiple times(don’t use box dye) and has kept my hair so healthy. She has also done my sewn in extensions for me and I loved them! I send everyone I know to her and every one of them ends up beyond happy with their hair as well. I refuse to go anywhere else for my hair. LOVE YOU PARIS <3

I was referred to Taylor by my friend & coworker. It's been 3+ years since I've had my hair done professionally; so I was in desperate need of a new look! I had somewhat of an idea of the look I was going for, but put my total trust & hair in Taylor's hands. 🤩 She did a great job talking me thru what she was doing & offered suggestions. Taylor was so easy to talk to and made me feel right at home! I am so in love with my new look! It came out better than I could of ever imagined! I've found my new hair salon!
