I showed her a picture of what I wanted, but she ended up cutting my hair however she wanted. The style she gave me was much shorter than the one in the picture I showed her. She is not updated and knows just a few styles!

I called the salon and she told to come at the moment we were talking for a hair cut and I said I can’t and then she said I have availability tomorrow which was Friday at 12 and I said ok. Next day I drove to there and she asked me if I have an appointment and I said yes at 12 for a haircut and she was working on 3 at the same time, she told your appointment is not today its tomorrow and I said no you told me to come today (Friday) and she it must be mistake but I cannot do you know you have to wait and I couldn’t wait. Zero professionalism and zero customer service!!

After 2 years of searching, I finally found a great haircut! All the stylists are good. I use Nada. They are also good with keeping appointments and not over-booking (make you wait).

If I could give this location a lower rating I would. Not only was the service sub-par and not rendered in full but the owner is also a thief and a liar. The professionalism was abysmal. Not only do the prices on the website and menu not matter, the owner will charge whatever she thinks she can upon checkout. She tried to "balance" multiple people at once by herself and in turn did not provide the attention deserved to anyone of us. And the final outcome was beyond unsatisfactory. Not only was the haircut not actually provided but charged.... the perm requested was not completed. Left the establishment with wet hair because of the lack of attention the owner (stylists) provided. Left with same hair length I entered with, and had the wrong curl type provided. Underlayer of my hair was chemically damaged due to mishandling. Services were not completed in full. Had to go to another professional to get my haircut and fixed from the damage this establishment did. The owner gives a bad name to local stylists and a worse name to private owned businesses.

If I could give them 10 more stars I would! I took my daughter there for a hair cut and it was really her first big cut so it was a pretty big deal to her, as she is 12 and had hair to her waist. They completely transformed my daughter and not just her hair!! She came home sobbing, the good sobbing!! She already is beautiful, but OMG her hair was amazing!! The most beautiful thing was the smile she had that took her from an emotional 12-yr- old tween not excited about much, to this radiant beautiful girl, so excited and happy she CRIED!! The women who are responsible for this are AMAZING!! We are DEFINITELY going back for years to come I'm sure, and I would HIGHLY recommend this salon to EVERYONE, and I will!! Thank you Monhair you guys are THE BEST!!

The owner/operator is very talented and listens to what you want but also gives practical feedback if you are asking for something that simply won't work with your hair type and will help you and spend the time with you on a consultation to find something that will be flattering something you'll be happy with & that will compliment your hair type, your face & personal style. Nada, the owner/operator of the salon listens to what you want but in addition to that she uses the best quality products such as the color she uses does not lift, does not fade. It is the best color that I've ever had put on my hair by anyone. Monhair also offers manicures and pedicures and other salon services, once again using only the best quality products to give you the outcome that you're looking for. The salon itself and the people within are very welcoming and friendly. I enjoy going and talking with her as she's doing my hair as it feels like I'm talking to an old friend. I couldn't speak high enough for Monhair Salon as well as Nada, the owner/operator and stylist. I am thrilled after all these years of searching since I moved Phoenix that I found someone that I can count on who is consistently good, has natural talent, loves what she does and truly cares about her clients leaving happy, knowing they will return and she will be able to repeat the services and satisfy them once again. No more searching, no more bad haircuts, no more bad color jobs, & only beautifully manicured hands & feet! Thank you Monhair Salon! She takes appointments and walk-ins, but for your manicures and pedicures is recommended that you call to make an appointment as her nail tech works part time.

Nada is amazing I have a short haircut. It is very difficult to find a stylist who cuts and styles it exactly how I want. Nada is wonderful. She has cut my hair several times and I have never been disapointed.

Nada is the best! Flexible scheduling, reasonable pricing, and the convenient location are all great, but the quality is beyond all of that!
