I live full-time in NYC and come back to Santa Barbara a few times a year just to see Karen. She's a highly skilled RN and rivals the injecting talents of my former plastic surgeon and dermatologist. She and the team are not pushy and will only recommend treatments they think you may need. The facility, the quality, the care, it's all above the rest. Just go see them, seriously. Your future self will thank you.

MMS is awesome and so is Karen! She is my go to gal…very accommodating and takes care of my needs. She will honestly tell me if something is too much and would not look good which I truly appreciate. The ladies that work there are all very professional and courteous. The spa is clean, modern, easy to get to, lots of parking, and surrounded by good food and shopping!

Beautiful space with a great list of services. I've been getting laser hair removal by Karen for the past several months and my results are amazing. Karen takes the time to explain the process and has great bed side manner. She is friendly, kind and extremely professional. I would highly recommend.

Best facial ever!! I always go to Karen and get the Deluxe Hydrafacial. She is so knowledgeable and leaves my skin so clear and glowy by the end. Not to mention, she is the sweetest, most personable aesthetic nurse I’ve ever been to. Couldn’t recommend this place more - 11/10!!!

I can't speak highly enough of Montecito Med Spa! The moment I walked through the door for my first appointment I was greeted with a very friendly staff where I immediately felt at ease. Karen Neary was so knowledgeable and helpful answering all of my questions. Her background as a highly skilled RN, and her experience with the latest medical spa technology is so impressive! She has the keen ability to be determine what treatments that were right for me, often suggesting less expensive alternatives to achieve my goals. She is articulate & thorough helping me to feel very satisfied with the results. Her staff include Giana, Ashley & Cayley, who are also very skilled & so sweet! I could not be more pleased with my experience at Montecito Med Spa. I have always heard such good things about this place and such good things about Giana. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The office is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Giana did such a great job on both treatments I have gotten done here. She listened to exactly what I wanted and let me tell you, she understood the assignment!!! I expressed to her that I wanted a very natural/subtle look and my friends gave me endless compliments about how natural my results were. I am so happy and feel so much more confident thanks to her! I will definitely be coming back :)

I would recommend going to this spa and make sure to ask for Cayley! She has always been flexible with scheduling and makes me feel calm and comfortable during all my treatments. The location of this spa is great and the environment is very clean and relaxing.

Karen is by FAR the best esthetician I have ever been to! She has changed my skin and is so considerate of her clientele. Also - her spa is so thoughtfully decorated I always feel so clean when I am there. My whole skincare routine is now products from Montecito Med Spa - she Carrie’s my dermatologists favorite brands. Highly recommend!!!

Karen is really fun and kind. She's been so wonderful in guiding me on a post-baby, post-spinal injury journey to repair weak muscles with em-sculpt. After just a few treatments I'm strong enough to do a normal workout with planks and ab exercises again, and I have a significant reduction in fatigue and back pain from long drives or long days at the office. The salon is beautiful, relaxing, and smells great with delicious aroma-therapy candles. Can't recommend this more! Only wish my insurance covered this much-needed treatment!

I adore Giana! She is a true artist. I deeply appreciate her friendly personality, her patience and her ability to listen to my needs/concerns. She is aligned with my desire to keep a natural look and often people will be surprised when I tell them I get botox. She takes her time to ensure that natural look and talks me through every step of the way during appointments. I am always pretty nervous/hesitant about trying new things (especially on my face) but I trust Giana completely! Montecito Med is a beautiful, calm space and parking is super easy. I highly recommend Giana!!!

If you are considering medical grade and/or higher end treatments, this is your place. Not only professional, these ladies are top of the line. . Both Karen and Giana were highly recommended and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. Long story short, my lips turned out beautiful and I’m currently receiving Temspure Treatments on my neck area. Pricing is very competitive but it’s how comfortable they make you feel which is important to me. This will forever be your new fave.

In a town filled with Med Spa’s and plastic surgeons, Montecito Med Spa is a cut above the rest. Not only is the office brand new and state of the art, the staff are kind, courteous and very professional. I was lucky enough to have Karen administer my treatments and I couldn’t be happier. MMS was an excellent experience for me. Over time I have become more concerned with aging skin and wrinkles around my eyes, forehead, and neck. Karen and the team took several approaches, including botox and a skin care system that has made me feel and look great!! I get compliments, and I am personally feeling better about first encounters and being with long-time friends. My wife is super stoked, too, that I am taking Karen's advice and getting into the rhythm for healthier-looking skin. Thanks MMS!

So I originally went for a Hydra facial, it was absolulety lovely the team was so friendly and I loved how Karen communicated what was happening with each step and then gave my quiet space to enjoy the process. The holidays came around and my husband was getting a little self concious of his wisdom lines so I bought him a xeoming treatment. We went together, as I am always nervous around anything that has to do with needling. Once again Karen took care of us and she was amazing, she let me watch and the hubby said is was no big deal. By day 5 I was amazed at how many lines disapated or disappeared completely and how natural he looked, so I booked myself an appointment the next day. We are both enjoying our natural youthful appearance and are looking forward to checking out the Emsculpt treatments.

Love the results every time; still have my full expressions, minus those deep lines. I wouldn’t have anyone else do my treatments. Very hospitable environment. Both Karen and Giana were kind from when I walked in. I went in for 40 units of Xeomin, and the results are amazing : ) I’ve seen other med spa and cosmetic specialists, and although everyone is great at their profession, I felt that Karen was detailed oriented in providing me with my best options. Additionally, she broke down details with regards to other inexpensive services that I should consider to correct supplemental issues I had concern about. All things considered, I felt that Karen was very meticulous in her work, so I will definitely be coming back to her med spa for additional cosmetic procedures that do not require invasive surgery.
