Update Jan 2025 Staff is still great. Salon spa is clean. New services offered too. They did a great job on my nails. *original review 4Star Staff is friendly and quickly. We were there on good Friday and had never seen them so busy. They did a great job managing the balance of appointments and walk-ins and still did a great job on services without making us feel rushed. We got the deluxe pedicure and felt the amount of services offered in that package was very fair for the price. They have an extensive color selection, both in traditional polish and gel. We ended up doing traditional polish this visit. We are quite pleased with the work done.

Been coming here for years, today I actually requested one of the manicure ladies named Kim to do my toes because they always make her design them anyways, well she was late for the appointment and then she just let Ana do my pedicure anyways because she said she doesn't do pedicures, that's fine whatever. Then she took it upon herself to get upset when I wanted a design on regular polish. I've been doing this for years I know it's possible, but because I didn't do it how she wanted and use gel she continued to make me feel unwelcomed. Also i didnt get the kind of design i requested. She tried to throw random colors in and it looked horrible. Its super embarrasing to have to tell somebody thats doing your service that they arent doing it right. Also Ana did an OK pedicure but didn't rub the bottoms of my feet at all and that's the problem area. She acted like she didn't want to be there at all. I won't be going back. Waste of time and money. A 40 min pedicure took over an hour and 40 mins and I didn't even get what I came for.

Had a time limit and they seemed busy so I asked how long it would be. I was told a few minutes and in a couple of minutes I was brought back to get my old nails soaked off. Thirty minutes later I still wasn’t next and my skin was cracking from sitting in acetone for half an hour. To top it off, I got to pay $15 to sit in acetone and get about two minutes of the remnants being removed. Glad they’re busy, but they should be truthful about waits instead of trying to not lose customers because of a long wait time.

ETA: after the owner replied to my review I was able to go today and get a new set for free. Kim, the lady that did my nails today was amazing! I love my new nails and will be back for a fill in with Kim. Thank you to the owner for making it right! My daughter and I (she's 5) came here Tuesday October 1st.it started out great with our pedicures. We both enjoyed them. I also think my eyebrows look good after the wax. She also enjoyed getting her nails done by one of the younger ladies. My nail tech, completely ignored what shape i asked for. She never prepped my nail beds, cut my cuticles, or clipped my nails before applying the builders gel. That's strange to me. I'm paying $75 for these nails and they can't even prep them properly? $65 for builders gel AND another $15 for gel polish. They also use really old brushes it looks like. At least my lady was. While filing my nails I noticed they were almost all slanted pointing to the right, so I politely asked her to fix them. She filed them again and some were extremely sharp at this point and some were round. It was really hard for me to say something AGAIN. Mind you this is no where close to the shape I asked. I asked for coffin nails she gave me these sharp dagger claws. I was almost in tears so I stopped talking at this point. She sits up and scoots her chair back really loud and asks for someone else to come over and fix them. They came and fixed my nails the best they could after her chopping them up. Now two days later one is almost broken off and they're really flimsy. Honestly my worst experience ever at a nail salon and that's sad because my daughter really enjoyed the Anna and Elsa chairs they have for kid pedicures. They are expensive and dont even do a good job, they rush you out even though they were not busy. Not going back and not recommending to anyone. I hope the owner sees this because it sure felt like a waste of $190. My eyebrows looks great though and our pedicures are good!

I drove about and hour to come to this nail salon after I read the lovely reviews! Now after having a pedicure and manicure done here I can write one myself! All of the staff is helpful, kind, and professional. It was also so very clean! I greatly enjoyed my time and it was most definitely worth the drive. I look forward to coming back soon!

I have a hard time rating this nail salon. It’s one I frequently visit. I’m giving it 3 stars because lately i’ve been going and the nail techs just don’t care. It really depends on who you get. The service could be great and it could genuinely suck. My friend and I went there together and her mani and pedi took 3 1/2 hours while mine took maybe 45 minutes. We both got the same thing. 😆 It just depends on who you get. Then I go to get my dip nails redone and the nail tech puts gel instead and tells me that’s what I want. So i just go along with it and she doesn’t even trim my nails or ask what shape. They’re all different lengths as well. Moral of the story. Ask for someone who cares about their work.

I have been here a few times. The first time I went wasn't bad my nails looked okay for the price. But this last time I went the girl was on her phone and definitely wasn't paying attention to doing my nails 🙄 they looked awful and normally they last around 3 weeks. But unfortunately they only lasted a few days.. I definitely don't recommend this place.. they seem more interested in being on the phone or cutting up with each other rather than doing their jobs!

I have been to many places for my nails and I will say I have had the best experience here. I see Debbie and she is phenomenal! She is so good at what she does. She is so creative and spot on. This is my favorite nail salon!!!! ❤️

I’m using my bfs account lmao oh well, my mom goes every 2 weeks and sees Debbie or Kim and loves them. Never have they disappointed her. I just got mine done by Kim yesterday for her wedding and LOVE them.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I’ve had multiple Nail Techs for both nails and pedicures, and I have no complaints! I’ve absolutely loved everyone of them! The staff is sweet and treat you like family.

I’ve been going here for two years with no issue. Today a new lady did my nails and I’ve never left with this bad of a shape. Then when I came back in to have it fixed she blamed it on me wanting an extra top coat. Extremely disappointed and a waste of money. This picture is after she “fixed” it.

Totally overpriced for the basic minimalist pedicure I’ve ever had. Guy seemed like he was disgusted to be doing it. He didn’t even put a top coat on my toenails! Then, my 9 yr old got a pedicure and we were charged for an adult pedicure because she was sitting in a regular chair after I specifically asked to have her sit in a kid’s chair and was told no that it was better to have her in the big chair. I guess it was better for their cash register.
